Abstract

Selectivity of zeolite-lampung (ZKK) towards some matrices cations generated from uranium fission products has been investigated using some typical fission product-non-radioactive cations by cation exchange batch-system process. The previous investigation showed that zeolite-lampung is effectively able to absorb cesium ion from radioactive waste, consequently the presence of others cations i.e. generated cations from the uranium fission products are assumed as the competitive cations which may affect the zeolite selectivity on to Cs exchanges, on the otherhand the Cs-exchange capacity of zeolite would decrease. The main matrices cations which present in the natural zeolite are K+, Na+ and Ca2+and those are generated from fission products such as Cs+, Ba2+, Sr2+ and Ce4+ exist in the nuclear spent fuel solution. The ion exchanges of counterpart cations in zeolites with that each of Cs+, Ba2+, Sr2+ and Ce4+ ion or/and its mixtures have been examined. The selectivity of zeolite onto mentioned exchanged cations has been shown by the correlation of fraction of the cations concentration in the zeolite (Az) towards that in equilibrated solution (As). The results show that the raw zeolite Lampung selectivity is decrease in order to Cs+> Ba2+= Sr2+ > Ce4+. The exchanged capacity of zeolite into Cs+ ion is decreased by the presence of combining ions of Ba2+, Sr2+ and Ce4+, and so are those competitive cations.

Abstract

A suitable learning model greatly reassurances the learning effective, learning outcomes and students’ competencies in dealing uncertainty changes in society 5.0 era. This study drives to legitimize strongly that the collaborative learning model is a suitably model which urgently to be set-off to advance students' competence in fronting the society 5.0 era in Indonesia. To achieve the research ambitions, a qualitative method which systematic literature review design was orchestrated. Research data was poised by collecting 20 previous research judgement from the internet approximately the results of collaborative learning model implementation. Data analysis performance consist of data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. The analysis fallouts: 1) Collaborative learning is a learning model which has been empirically proven to be appropriate for Indonesian English teachers to apply in society 5.0 era. 2) The application of collaborative learning model has been empirically proven to increase the students’ competencies needed in society 5.0 era, namely English communication skills, critical thinking, collaboration skills, and solving problems skills. Subsequently, this research seeks out that collaborative learning model is a recommended model to be applied by Indonesian English teachers to produce the excellence graduates to fronting the vagueness in society 5.0 era in Indonesia

Abstract

Persaingan dalam sektor layanan kesehatan semakin meningkat, sehingga rumah sakit perlu menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pasien. Rumah Sakit Yadika Kebayoran Lama (RSYKL) mengalami variasi dalam jumlah kunjungan pasien meskipun telah menawarkan layanan medis yang kompetitif. Faktor dalam bauran pemasaran, khususnya Product, Price, Place, dan Promotion (4P) sebagaimana dikemukakan oleh Kotler, diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pasien dalam memilih layanan kesehatan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana faktor bauran pemasaran berkontribusi terhadap minat kunjungan pasien ke RSYKL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 71 pasien menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor 4P secara keseluruhan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan pasien. Secara individual, variabel Product, Price, dan Place berpengaruh secara signifikan, sementara Promotion tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan pasien. Kata kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Minat Kunjungan Pasien, Pelayanan Kesehatan

Abstract

Correspondence has defined as a written communication medium between private agencies and government agencies. It become the main reference for all activities within an agency. Payakumbuh High School of Technology (STTP) is one of the private universities in Payakumbuh City which still uses a manual system in managing data related to correspondence as it is prone to error. Therefore, a web-based e-Office system was built using the SLDC Waterfall method. The performance of the e-Office system is tested using GTMetrix. To determine the level of effective usage of the e-Offuce system at STTP, a research was conducted using quantitative methods which were analyzed based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). From the results of testing the performance of the e-Office system, it is obtained a grade “A”, which states a “Very Good” performance. While the results of the research on the effectiveness of the e-Office system in STTP use obtained a value of 3.235, which can be interpreted that the system could be used “effectively” by users.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk mempresentasikan ide dan fakta guna meyakinkan, memberi edukasi, dan memberikan solusi terhadap penulisan artikel sesuai dengan kaedah ilmiah di STT Payakumbuh. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah  dengan mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi sistematika penulisan artikel ilmiah dan publikasi jurnal, implementasi dan pendampingan proses penulisan artikel ilmiah dan publikasi jurnal dan langkah terakhir melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk melihat hasil kegiatan PkM dan mengetahui kendala-kendala yang ditemui dalam implementasi kegiatan ini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi ini secara umum berhasil menambah wawasan mahasiswa mengenai proses penulisan dan cara mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase jumlah mahasiswa yang telah menemukan jurnal ilmiah sebagai tempat publikasi artikel ilmiahnya yaitu sebesar 67%, dan persentase mahasiswa yang sudah mulai proses penulisan artikel ilmiah baik dalam bentuk draft (35%) maupun yang telah sesuai dengan template jurnal ilmiah yang dituju (27%). Kata kunci: artikel ilmiah; publikasi; pengabdian masyarakat AbstractThe aim of this service is to present ideas and facts in order to convince, provide education, and provide solutions for writing articles in accordance with scientific principles at STT Payakumbuh. The method implemented in this service activity is by holding systematic socialization activities for writing scientific articles and journal publications, implementing and assisting the process of writing scientific articles and journal publications and the final step is carrying out monitoring and evaluation to see the results of PkM activities and find out the obstacles encountered in the process. implementation of this activity. The evaluation results show that this socialization activity was generally successful in increasing students' insight into the writing process and how to publish scientific articles. This can be seen from the percentage of students who have found scientific journals as a place to publish their scientific articles, namely 67%, and the percentage of students who have started the process of writing scientific articles either in draft form (35%) or in accordance with the scientific journal template. intended (27%). Keywords: scientific articles; publications; community service
