Abstract

In this industrial 4.0 era, there are more industries built in Indonesia. During the operation of an industry, the waste generated is not spared. These industrial wastes, if not managed properly, can pollute the environment and can endanger the environment and health. The waste treatment process can be done in several ways, such physically, chemically and biologically. With the smart city concept, the government, society, industry, transportation and also the environment must be smart, especially in utilizing existing resources so that they can be used efficiently and effectively. For the development of waste treatment technology and to fulfill this concept, the industry must also play a role in choosing an efficient technology. Therefore, to utilize energy effectively and efficiently, in handling liquid waste from industrial production, anaerobic waste treatment technology using IC (Internal Circulation) Reactor can be used. IC Reactor is considered as an excellent and efficient technology development breakthrough. This technology uses 3-phase separation to produce gas, biomass and final waste. In this technology, in addition to cleaning waste water, biogas is also produced at the same time which can be used as a reusable resource. In addition, this technology can also save costs and energy, so that the waste treatment process using an IC Reactor is a very effective and efficient treatment method.

Abstract

Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. PPB Majalengka merupakan salah satu dari 14 pabrik beton pracetak milik WIKA Beton. Sistem produksi yang digunakan adalah Make to Order (MTO). Sistem Make to Order memiliki resiko waktu pemenuhan pesanan yang lebih lama karena hanya berproduksi ketika ada pesanan dari pelanggan. Sebagai upaya untuk meminimalkan dampak risiko yang terjadi, pada penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan terhadap kinerja supply chain dengan menggunakan metode SCOR DS 14.0. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, terdapat time gap pada metric level-2 RS.2.3 Transform Cycle Time sebesar 1.470 menit. Sedangkan pada metrik level-3 terdapat empat gap di RS. 3.14 Waktu Siklus Isu Material 360 menit, RS. 3.15 Produce and Test Cycle Time 430 menit, RS. 3.16 Rilis Produk Jadi untuk Mengirimkan Waktu Siklus 470 menit dan RS. 3.18 Tahap Waktu Siklus Produk Jadi 210 menit. Dari jeda waktu tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan proyek perbaikan program antara lain BP.011 Production Line Sequencing, BP.119 Generation of Dynamic Bills of Materials (BOMs), BP.089 Perfect Pick Put-Away dan BP. 197 Visualisasi dan Visibilitas Data Tingkat Lanjut.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the industrial sector has undergone rapid and significant development. This progress encourages companies to improve productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency. However, such advancements are often accompanied by the use of modern technology, hazardous materials, and complex work processes, which inevitably increase the potential for workplace accidents if not properly managed. The larger the scale of an industry, the more complex the potential hazards become, thus elevating the level of risk. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a critical aspect that must be prioritized to protect all workers within the workplace environment. Despite its importance, the implementation of OSH practices remains inadequate in many institutions. This lack of attention has led to numerous workers failing to apply safety protocols for their own protection. Furthermore, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential in mitigating occupational hazards and plays a significant role in ensuring workplace safety and health (Ramli, 2010). Unfortunately, the level of worker compliance with PPE usage is still relatively low, which consequently increases the risk of accidents and injuries. Given these conditions, the implementation of OSH and proper PPE usage is urgently needed at PG. Jatitujuh. The nature of work activities and the production materials used at this facility present considerable opportunities for hazards and risks that could potentially endanger not only the workers within the plant but also the surrounding community.

Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini, banyak pelaku usaha, khususnya seller atau penjual online, masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk mereka secara efektif melalui platform digital. Kondisi ini juga dialami oleh komunitas ibu-ibu seller online shop di Desa Jatipamor, Kecamatan Talaga, Kabupaten Majalengka. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif untuk mendorong peningkatan penjualan produk. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan pendampingan partisipatif, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu workshop, penyampaian materi pelatihan, diskusi daring, kompetisi pemasaran digital, serta praktik langsung penggunaan media sosial dan aplikasi e-commerce. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta. Para ibu-ibu pelaku usaha mengalami peningkatan pada beberapa aspek, yaitu: (1) peningkatan penjualan produk, (2) peningkatan kesadaran merek (brand awareness), (3) penguatan keterampilan pemasaran digital, (4) peningkatan kualitas dan kemasan produk, serta (5) penguatan jejaring komunitas. Peran pendamping sangat penting dalam memberikan motivasi, bimbingan teknis, dan dorongan bagi peserta agar berani memanfaatkan media sosial dan platform digital sebagai sarana utama promosi. Kegiatan ini terbukti mampu memperkuat kapasitas digital pelaku UMKM desa serta berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan daya saing ekonomi berbasis masyarakat di era transformasi digital.
