Abstract

This research focuses on the field of factors affecting demand RASKIN (poor rice) is an analysis of variety variables such as the number of poor population, income per capita population, and the price of rice substitution. Thus, the alteration of those variables enable occur change in the demand for RASKIN (poor rice).The purpose of this research is to investigate how far the affect of independent variable such as the number of poor population, income per capita population, and the price of rice substitution of RASKIN (poor rice) demand in Pidie religion. In addition, another purpose of this research is to investigate how the demand the development of RASKIN (poor rice) in Pidie district.The data used in this research is the secondary data was the result of survey in 2013 from Statistics central Agency (BPS) and Affairs Logistics Agency (BULOG) in Aceh province. The analysis model used is the model of multiple linear regression methodusing SPSS application.The result of this research indicates that RASKIN (poor rice) demand by the population of Pidie district influenced by the number of poor population, per capita income population, and rice prices tend to be more expensive substitutes. This is proved by R2 = 0, 0196, the level of alpha conviction is 90%. The third partial variables also influence with each other. Variables affecting the number of poor people in poor rice demand is proved by the T – (count) hitung of 3,129 is greater than 1588 compared with T- table. The level of alpha conviction is 90%, income the number of poor partially also affect poor rice demand is proved by the t 0.063 and tables for 1588. For the price of rice substitution proved by t 1576 smaller than T-table 1, 888 and significant at alpha 90%.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan Kegiatan PKM Internal Unigha, Tim mengusulkan d e s a i n s produksi dan inovasi produk pengrajin ranup lampuan (sirih hias) yang istimewa untuk kaum ibu sebagai hantaran pesta dalam adat Aceh.Target utama dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) Bagaimna meningkatkan pengrajin ranup lam puan (sirih hias) menjadi produk istimewa Gampong Neulop II (2) bagaimana meningkat kan volume penjualan pengrajin ranup lam puan (sirih hias). dan (3) Bagaimana membentuk wadah kerajinan tangan masyarakat desa Neulop II .Kegiatan ini akan dilakukan selama 6 bulan. Sasaran program ini adalah kelompok Ranup lam puan desa Neulop II Kecamatan Indara Jaya Kabupaten Pidie. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat Desa neulop II kurang nya pemahaman masyarakat dalam merangkai daun sirih menjadi sirih hias unik yang dapat mendukung proses produksi, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen keuangan, kegiatan PKM Unigha dilakukan dalam 3 (tiga ) tahapan yaitu:Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi kegitan. Bentuk kegiatan meliputi desains produk yang estetik dan komersil. , pembinaan kecakapan produk pemasaran produk melalui aplikasi situs Skill (web) oleh kelompok ranup lampuan, penguatan pengembangan SDM masyarakat desa Neulop II untuk dua kegiatan tersebut ,manajemen keuangan, perencanaan usaha yang baik. Pendampingan akan dilakukan untuk mendukung keberkelanjutan para pengrajin ranup lampuan (sirih hias) desa Neulop II. Pada Akhir kegiatan akan dilakukan evaluasi dan penyusunan rencana pengembangan usaha terwujudnya pengrajin ranup lampuan (sirih hias) desa neulop II yang mandiri.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence the level of consumer satisfaction at the Lido Graha Lhokseumawe Hotel. The research review carried out from the dimension of providing quality service is the commitment and responsibility of the management and all employees of the Lido Graha Hotel, especially in customer service who directly provide services to customers regarding all the facilities at the hotel. The analysis method is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the research findings show that the simultaneous test or F test on the tangible, reliability and responsiveness variables simultaneously has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable. Based on the partial test or t test, it shows that the reliability variable partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the values of the tangible and responsiveness variables have an influence but are not significant on customer satisfaction. We suggest to the management of the Lido Graha Lhokseumawe Hotel to pay attention to the room decoration and improve employees in providing responsive and fast service to their customers. Keywords:, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, consumer satisfaction

Abstract

This community service aimed to increase the utilization of posyandu lansia in Desa Neulop 2, Kecamatan Indrajaya, Kabupaten Pidie. The increasing number of elderly people requires accessible and affordable health services. However, posyandu utilization in this area remains low. The activities included counseling and training for elderly citizens, their families, community leaders, and posyandu cadres. Results showed a significant improvement in awareness and attendance at the posyandu lansia, supported by family involvement and cadre commitment.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to introduce the creative economic sector to Village Women so that their family's income and quality of life increase, and they are able to change their thinking.The powerlessness of rural women has an impact on the low quality of life, therefore converting the traditional economic sector to the creative economic sector is one solution that must be appreciated.The results of this activity have provided significant changes after the Fesa Neulop II women received training, understanding, and direct practice from the Community Service Team. Housewives and young women have access to creativity, culinary knowledge, and aesthetic presentation in handicrafts, thereby increasing family income and welfare.

Abstract

The brick industry in Bireuen Regency has grown and developed as a home-based business. The average lifespan of these businesses is more than 3 years. The fixed cost burden borne is relatively low where the industrial location area is owned by the company. This shows that the brick business is relatively easy if it want to entry the market, especially in Bireuen. The purpose of this study is to highlight market size and product diversification as important aspects to be reviewed in an effort to develop the brick industry leading to a more profitable business venture in Bireuen Regency. This research was conducted using experimental-based primary data obtained from 199 business units in the Peusangan, Kota Juang, and Jeumpa sub-districts as production center areas. The methods of data and analysis with using the approaches; (i) Total Addressable Market (TAM), (ii) Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and (iii) Share of Market (SOM). Research shows that each brick business controls less than 2 percent of the market share. To expand the market size to the Regency’s Pidie Jaya and Bener Meriah, and even to Aceh Tengah and Pidie Regencies, it is necessary to diversify brick products by offering a variety of sizes and textures and adding additives. Thus, the brick industry has a competitive advantage over other products, such as lightweight bricks or concrete blocks.
