Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence the level of consumer satisfaction at the Lido Graha Lhokseumawe Hotel. The research review carried out from the dimension of providing quality service is the commitment and responsibility of the management and all employees of the Lido Graha Hotel, especially in customer service who directly provide services to customers regarding all the facilities at the hotel. The analysis method is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the research findings show that the simultaneous test or F test on the tangible, reliability and responsiveness variables simultaneously has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable. Based on the partial test or t test, it shows that the reliability variable partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the values of the tangible and responsiveness variables have an influence but are not significant on customer satisfaction. We suggest to the management of the Lido Graha Lhokseumawe Hotel to pay attention to the room decoration and improve employees in providing responsive and fast service to their customers. Keywords:, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, consumer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the determinants that affect the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia. Profitability is measured by Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. Determinants that are expected to affect ROA consist of Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) and Profit Sharing Financing (PBH) as independent variables. The data used is secondary data which is quarterly data for the period 2016 to 2020, obtained from the Financial Services Authority. The population of this study were all 14 BUS. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling and obtained as many as 5 BUS with an observation period of 20 quarters so that the number of observations is 100 observations. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that NPF, FDR, BOPO and PBH simultaneously have a significant effect on BUS profitability in Indonesia. Furthermore, the partial test results found that BOPO and PBH had a significant negative effect and FDR had a significant positive effect on BUS profitability, while NPF was not significantKeywords : Profitability; Sharia Commercial Banks

Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing halal product purchase decisions among the Muslim community in Lhokseumawe, with purchase intention acting as a mediating variable. The research is motivated by the growing demand for halal products and the need to understand consumer behavior in Muslim-majority regions. The main objective is to examine how product quality, halal assurance, price, and consumer trust affect both purchase intention and the final purchase decision. A quantitative method was employed, using a sample of 152 respondents selected through snowball sampling from a population of 188,888 Muslim residents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with a confirmatory approach. The findings indicate that product quality, halal assurance, price, and consumer trust all have a significant and positive impact on purchase intention. In turn, purchase intention significantly influences actual purchase decisions. Moreover, purchase intention effectively mediates the relationship between the influencing factors and the purchase decision. The study concludes that integrated marketing strategies emphasizing quality, price competitiveness, halal certification, and trust development are essential to strengthen consumer engagement and expand the halal product market in similar demographic settings.

Abstract

The brick industry in Bireuen Regency has grown and developed as a home-based business. The average lifespan of these businesses is more than 3 years. The fixed cost burden borne is relatively low where the industrial location area is owned by the company. This shows that the brick business is relatively easy if it want to entry the market, especially in Bireuen. The purpose of this study is to highlight market size and product diversification as important aspects to be reviewed in an effort to develop the brick industry leading to a more profitable business venture in Bireuen Regency. This research was conducted using experimental-based primary data obtained from 199 business units in the Peusangan, Kota Juang, and Jeumpa sub-districts as production center areas. The methods of data and analysis with using the approaches; (i) Total Addressable Market (TAM), (ii) Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and (iii) Share of Market (SOM). Research shows that each brick business controls less than 2 percent of the market share. To expand the market size to the Regency’s Pidie Jaya and Bener Meriah, and even to Aceh Tengah and Pidie Regencies, it is necessary to diversify brick products by offering a variety of sizes and textures and adding additives. Thus, the brick industry has a competitive advantage over other products, such as lightweight bricks or concrete blocks.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial knowledge and financial behavior on the interest in using Islamic financial technology (fintech) lending, with Sharia compliance as a moderating variable among MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) entrepreneurs in Lhokseumawe City. This is a field research employing a quantitative descriptive approach. The population comprises 6,352 MSME actors in Lhokseumawe, with samples selected through purposive sampling. A total of 144 respondents were included in the sample. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that: (1) Financial knowledge and financial behavior have a positive and significant influence on Sharia compliance; (2) Sharia compliance and financial behavior significantly influence the interest in using Islamic fintech, while financial knowledge does not have a direct effect on fintech usage interest; (3) Sharia compliance fully mediates the relationship between financial knowledge and fint ech usage interest, and partially mediates the relationship between financial behavior and fintech usage interest. These findings highlight the importance of adherence to Sharia principles as a key factor influencing the interest of entrepreneurs in adopting Sharia-based fintech services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bagaimana penerapan deposito umum dan penempatan antar bank yang menggunakan akad mudharabah di BPRS Provinsi Aceh. Untuk merespons hal itu maka peneliti melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan deposito umum dan penempatan antar bank di BPRS Aceh apakah sudah sesuai panduan DSN-MUI serta bagaimana pengaplikasiannya dalam operasional perbankan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif, metode penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan kuisioner dan dokumentasi yang berhubungan dengan deposito di BPRS kepada seluruh Direksi dan/atau Pejabat Eksekutif BPRS di Aceh. Adapun hasilnya adalah bahwa secara umum pelaksanaan deposito umum dan penempatan antar bank sudah sesuai dengan pedoman fatwa DSN-MUI, hanya saja terdapat beberapa temuan-temuan lapangan minor yang menunjukkan bahwa ada BPRS yang tidak patuh terhadap ketentuan dikarenakan adanya tekanan Bisnis maupun Likwiditas.

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the effect of service on the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Aceh in Banda Aceh City in terms of the dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This study uses primary data for the period 2021. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results showed that the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and assurance had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. For that researchers expect the management of PT. Bank Aceh pays attention to customer satisfaction as a response to experiences related to the products or services provided. Emotional responses are stimulated by cognitive evaluative processes in which perceptions (beliefs) of an object, action, or condition are compared with one's values (needs, wants, desires).Keywords:     service, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy

Abstract

Abstrak - Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui determinan yang mempengaruhi harga saham pada Indeks SMC Liquid di Indonesia. Objek yang diamati adalah emiten SMC Liquid periode 2018-2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Populasi sebanyak 91 perusahaan. Penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 20 sampel selama 4 tahun sehingga didapatkan 80 observasi. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel terikat yaitu harga saham dan variabel bebas, terdiri dari DER, TATO, ROE, EPS, BVS dan SIZE. Teknik analisa data menggunakan model regresi linear berganda data panel yang terdiri dari CEM, FEM, dan REM. Ketiganya diuji untuk mendapatkan satu yang terbaik dengan Uji Chow, Hausman dan Langrange Multiplier. Model terbaik  harus lolos multikolinearitas dan heterokedastisitas. Selanjutnya, melakukan uji hipotesis secara simultan dan parsial. Hasilnya DER, TATO, ROE, EPS, BVS dan SIZE secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hasil uji parsial DER, TATO,  EPS, dan BVS berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham serta SIZE pengaruhnya negatif sedangkan ROE tidak signifikan. Kata Kunci: Harga Saham, SMC Liquid, Investor Abstract - The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants that affect stock prices in the SMC Liquid Index on the Indonesia. The object observed is the issuer of SMC Liquid for the period 2018-2021. The data used is secondary data. The population is 91 companies. Sample withdrawal using purposive sampling and obtained 20 samples for 4 years so that 80 observations were obtained. The research variables consist of dependent variables, namely stock prices and independent variables, consisting of DER, TATO, ROE, EPS, BVS and SIZE.The data analysis technique uses panel data multiple linear regression models consisting of CEM, FEM, and REM. All three were tested to find the best one with Chow, Hausman and Langrange Multiplier tests. The best model must pass multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Next, conduct simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The results show that DER, TATO, ROE, EPS, BVS and SIZE simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partial test results DER, TATO, EPS, and BVS have a significant positive effect on stock prices and SIZE has a negative effect while ROE is not significant.  Keywords: Share Price, SMC Liquid, Investors
