Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi usaha energi dan daya. (2) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi usaha energi dan daya.Metode penelitiaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian Pre-Experimental Design menggunakan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Darul Dakwah Sungai Ambawang.Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan perolehan uji Wilcoxon yakni nilai  dan dengan rincian nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest yaitu 38,56 dan 76,63. (2) Berdasarkan uji effect size menunjukkan nilai sebesar 2,55. Dari kriteria interpretasi nilai effect size besar pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dikategorikan tinggi terhadap hasill belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Kejawanan yang berada di Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat merupakan pelabuhan yang memproduksi cumi-cumi dengan skala besar yaitu mencapai 2.300 ton pada tahun 2013. Produksi cumi-cumi mengalami peningkatan selama kurun waktu 5 tahun, volume produksi yang cukup besar 681 ton pada tahun 2010 dan meningkat drastis menjadi 2.000 ton pada tahun 2011. Dengan volume produksi yang terus meningkat menyebabkan alat tangkap jaring cumi (cast net) di PPN Kejawanan Cirebon menjadi unit penangkapan dominan dan menjadi andalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor produksi yang berperan  penting dan mengestimasi hubungan antara produksi dengan faktor produks di PPN Kejawanan Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus bersifat deskriptif dan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji F, uji t-student, dan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas. Faktor-faktor yang berperan nyata pada unit penangkapan jaring cumi di PPN Kejawanan terdapat enam faktor dari delapan variabel, diantaranyaPanjang API (X1), jumlah BBM (X3), lama trip (X4), jumlah watt lampu (X6), jumlah ABK (X7), PK mesin kapal (X8).Hubungan antara faktor-faktor produksi dengan produksi unit penangkapan jaring cumi di PPN Kejawanan Cirebon dapat direpresentasikan dalam model fungsi Cobb-Douglas, yaitu sebagai berikut: ln Y = 94,815 + 2,017 X1 – 1,383 X2 + 1,487 X3 – 7,545 X4+ 2,761 X5 + 1,766 X6. Dari persamaan model regresi berganda Cobb-Douglas yang diperoleh tidak semua variabel bebas berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil produksi cumi-cumi, akan tetapi terdapat dua variabel yang dapat menurunkan hasil produksi unit penangkapan jaring cumi di PPN Kejawanan Cirebon, yaitu variabel jumlah BBM dan jumlah watt lampu. Kejawanan National Fishing Port which  is located in the city of Cirebon, West Java is the port which produces squid with large scale reaching 2,300 tons in 2013. Production of squid increased during the period of 5 years, a large enough volume of production 681 tons in 2010 and increased dramatically to 2,000 tons in 2011. With the increasing production volumes caused the net squid fishing gear (cast net) in Kejawanan National Fishing Port Cirebon become the dominant fishing gear and become a mainstay. This research is purpose to assess the performance of technical squid nets and factors of production, estimates the relationship between production by a factor of production, as well as business profit analysis unit, determines the net catching squid (Cast net) in Kejawanan National Fishing Port Cirebon, West Java. The method used in this research is descriptive case studies and purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in the form of classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, Student's t-test, the Cobb-Douglas production function and profit analysis effort. there are six factors of eight variables, including length of API (X1), the amount of fuel (X3), a long trip (X4), the amount of wattage lamp (X6), number ABK (X7), ship engines (X8).The relationship between the factors of production with the production of unit catching squid nets in Kejawanan National Fishing Port, Cirebon can be represented in the model of the Cobb-Douglas function, as follows: ln Y = 94,815 + 2,017 ln X1 – 1,383 ln X2 + 1,487 ln X3 – 7,545 ln X4+ 2,761 ln X5 + 1,766 ln X6. From equation regression models obtained Cobb-Douglas is not all independent variables influence in increasing the production of squid, but there are two variables which can reduce production unit net catching squid in Kejawanan National Fishing Port, the variable amount of fuel and the amount of wattage lamp.

Abstract

This study aimed to create a literate and inclusive school environment by providing literacy and anti-bullying training to elementary school teachers and principals. The research was conducted in 20 primary schools in Banyuwangi Regency, Indonesia over three years from 2021 to 2023. In the first year, the focus was on a balanced literacy program that followed key stages: 1) developing reading and writing habits, 2) searching, browsing, processing, and understanding information, 3) analyzing, responding, and using written texts, and 4) developing understanding and potential to participate in the social environment. The second year focused on an anti-bullying program that targeted indicators like setting consistent rules, creating inclusive study groups, and identifying potential behavior problems. By the third year, 75% of teachers were able to create literacy-rich and inclusive classroom environments, apply consistent rules, and conduct ongoing socialization with other teachers. The results showed improvements in teachers' abilities to implement balanced literacy activities, use reading comprehension methods, create student-authored books, and apply anti-bullying strategies. The study concludes that the integrated literacy and anti-bullying program was successful in preparing students with strong literacy skills while also creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Overall, this research demonstrates how a holistic approach targeting both literacy development and anti-bullying measures can lead to positive outcomes for elementary school students.

Abstract

Islam telah memainkan peran penting dalam sejarah Indonesia sejak kedatangannya. Berbagai teori menjelaskan asal-usul Islam di Nusantara, termasuk teori Gujarat, Mekah, dan Persia. Kedatangan Islam membawa perubahan signifikan dalam aspek sosial dan pendidikan, terutama melalui sistem pesantren yang menjadi pusat pembelajaran agama. Sebelum Islam, pendidikan di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh budaya Hindu-Buddha dan terbatas pada kalangan bangsawan. Dengan hadirnya Islam, pesantren berkembang sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang mengajarkan agama, bahasa Arab, dan ilmu-ilmu Islam lainnya. Selain sebagai pusat pendidikan, pesantren juga berperan dalam dakwah dan perlawanan terhadap kolonialisme. Contoh nyata adalah Pesantren Sukamanah di bawah pimpinan K.H. Zaenal Mustafa yang menentang kebijakan Jepang. Hingga kini, pesantren tetap menjadi bagian penting dari sistem pendidikan Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore the potential benefits of integrating innovative technology and agile methodologies, precisely the Scrum method and the AppSheet platform, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of school exam administration. The research seeks to address the constraints of manual exam administration and investigate the role of technology in providing practical and efficient solutions. Methods: The study was conducted at Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, utilizing the Scrum method with the AppSheet platform. The development of the school exam administration application with AppSheet, the low-code development platform (LCDP), using the Scrum method was carried out with a structured and adaptive approach. User stories and use case diagrams were employed to translate user insights into tangible visualizations, ensuring alignment with the intricate needs of the examination committee. Result: Implementing the Scrum methodology in the development process has proven effective in creating a tailored and efficient application for school exam administration. The application's design and functionality have been carefully crafted to meet the specific requirements of exam administration, including form-filling, data entry, PDF report generation, and user feedback collection. The user survey conducted as part of the development process has provided valuable insights into user experiences, guiding areas for improvement and ensuring a user-centric approach to application development. Novelty: This study contributes to the field by demonstrating the successful integration of agile methodologies and user-centric design principles in developing a comprehensive solution for school exam administration. The research highlights the potential of innovative technology to revolutionize exam administration for improved educational outcomes, emphasizing the significance of the Scrum methodology and the AppSheet platform in providing a structured yet adaptive approach to application development in the education sector.
