Abstract

Abstract Hydroponic vegetable farming is a modern and efficient agricultural innovation, well-suited for urban areas such as Bekasi City. However, challenges such as price fluctuations, high production costs, and limited technical capacity among farmers hinder the sustainability of this business. This study aims to analyze the partnership model between CV Teras Budidaya Inovasi and its partner farmers, as well as assess farmers' income levels within the partnership. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining primary data collected through observation and interviews with secondary data from company documentation, official statistics, and supporting literature. The informants included four partner farmers and one company representative, selected purposively. The findings indicate that the implemented partnership follows the Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA) model, where the company provides production inputs, technical guidance, and marketing support, while farmers focus on cultivation. This model is built on mutual trust and a fair division of roles. Income analysis shows that all partner farmers gained net profits, such as Maura Farm, which earned IDR 12,040,612 in one production cycle. The practical contribution of this study highlights that the KOA model enhances farming efficiency and income. Theoretically, it reinforces the concept of inclusive agribusiness, where collaboration is key to sustaining urban farming initiatives. Keywords: Hydroponic Farming, Agribusiness Partnership, Farmer Income, KOA Model.
