Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) prosedur pengembangan modul IPA Terpadu berbasis Inquiry Lesson tema Pencemaran Lingkungan; 2)  karakteristik modul IPA Terpadu berbasis Inquiry Lesson tema Pencemaran Lingkungan; 3) kelayakan modul IPA Terpadu berbasis Inquiry Lesson tema Pencemaran Lingkungan; 4) efektivitas modul IPA Terpadu berbasis Inquiry Lesson tema Pencemaran Lingkungan terhadap literasi sains. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan hasil modifikasi model penelitian pengembangan dari Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Validasi desain produk dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli pendidikan, ahli media pembelajaran, ahli bahasa dan praktisi guru IPA. Subyek uji coba lapangan adalah 35 siswa kelas VII-B, subyek uji lapangan adalah 35 siswa yang diambil secara acak dari dua kelas yaitu VIIA dan VIIC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pengembangan IPA Terpadu berbasis Inquiry Lesson mengadaptasi kerangka modul dari Depdiknas 2008 yang terdiri dari bagian pembuka, inti dan bagian penutup.  Prosedur pengembangan menggunakan Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi yang terdiri dari: penelitian dan pengumpulan data awal, perencanaan penelitian, pengembangan produk awal, uji coba awal, revisi hasil uji coba terbatas, uji coba lapangan, revisi hasil uji coba lapangan, uji lapangan, revisi produk akhir dan diseminasi; 2) Modul IPA Terpadu berbasis Inquiry Lesson tema Pencemaran Lingkungan mempunyai karakteristik model keterpaduan webbed, basis modul Inquiry Lesson, dan sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013; 3) kelayakan modul sangat baik dengan penilaian ahli materi 88%, ahli pendidikan 100%, ahli media pembelajaran 83%, ahli bahasa 82%, praktisi 93%; 4) penerapan modul IPA Terpadu berbasis Inquiry Lesson pada kelas uji coba lapangan dan uji lapangan  secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan literasi sains siswa dengan rata-rata N-gain masing-masing sebesar 0,5 dan 0,62 pada kategori sedang. Uji korelasi gain literasi sains pada uji coba lapangan dengan uji lapangan memperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,957 artinya hubungan korelasi literasi sains pada uji coba lapangan dan uji lapangan sangat kuat. Nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara literasi sains siswa ketika siswa menggunakan modul pada uji coba lapangan dengan uji lapangan.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the new concept as an alternative management of natural resources (specifically Coastal Areas and Small Islands/CA-SI). In Decision Number 3/PUU-VIII/2010 (the Court Decision), the Constitutional Court uses the new concept as considerations to cancel the Concession Rights on Coastal Waters (CR-CW) as the mechanism of management of CA-SI in Law Number 27 Year 2007 about Management of Coastal Area and Small Islands (Law 27/2007). Some important questions in this paper are why did the Constitutional Court annul CR-CW in Law 27/2007? Whether the new concept offered in the Court Decision and consistent with 1945 Constitution? And how is the new concept offered consistent with people empowerment?The revoke of CR-CW in Law 27/2007 is caused that the concept of concession is contrary to the norms of natural resources management in the 1945 Constitution and the spirit of people empowerment. The new concept offered in the Decision is the common access. In this concept of access, CA-SI is   regarded as the common property with the rules from members of the community itself. The provisions to access CA-SI  as  the common  property are also determined by agreements of the community itself. Management of CA-SI on the common access is in accordance with people empowerment. The consistency is shown by the relevancy of concept of common access to include three key issues of people empowerment (access, assets and collective  capabilities).

Abstract

The Decision of Constitutional Court No.85/PUU-XI/2013 (The Decision of CC 2013) has canceled Law No. 7 Year 2004 on Water Resources (Law on WR 2014). The cancellation is a new hope for improving the management of water resources. During the implementation of Law WR 2004, there is mismanagement in the provision of drinking water. This paper has two focus issues, namely: first, how the low responsibility of the state for managing water resources impacts the fulfillment of drinking water for the citizens? Second, how are the improvements of water resources management expected to be realized through the Decision of CC 2013? From the discussion, the author has two conclusions. First, the negligence of the state caused that the role of the state in providing drinking water for the citizens was  lost by the role of private sector. For example, a year before judicial review (2012), the number of consumers of drinking water supplied by the national sector in in the counting unit of household level is only the part of 11.79 percent. The number was lost by the supply of private sector covering 38.85 percent of households nationally. Second, the Decision of CC 2013 brings a new hope. Some basic thought are the improvement of state’s responsibility for managing water resources, termination  on the private’s monopoly and termination on commercialization of water value.

Abstract

Da'wah, Jihad, and Islam are a partial correlation. Da'wah is seen differently by everyone, Similarly, jihad is always synonymous with acts of violence. Jihad is not a taboo in the present because it already existed in the time of Muhammad Saw. Students become resource persons in research. The results of the study revealed that: 1. Da'wah is actually a da'wah that uses ethics of courtesy by ruling out acts of violence. In diversity is primary in preaching, not individuality. 2. Jihad in the teachings of Islam is to sacrifice one's body and soul in fighting for and upholding the teachings of Allah. However, many jihadis are misinterpreted that the act of defending religion with terrorists. 3. The perception that Islam is identical with the violence of views which is not justified in Islam because Islam itself is not a religion of violence but a tolerant religion. The perpetrators of radicalism are themselves individuals or groups not in the name of Islam.

Abstract

The environment is something that is very influential in life, but cannot be avoided from the term pollution. The problem is a top priority for local residents, so the tips needed are environmental preservation to maintain a beautiful environment and the balance of the ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to describe the origin of the formation Bendung Lepen Gajah Wong, the role of youth in the construction of Bendung Lepen Gajah Wong, and the function of Bendung Lepen Gajah Wong in the lives of local residents. The qualitative method is appropriately used in this program by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain relevant data or information. The results of this program indicate that 1) before Bendung Lepen Gajah Wong was built, it was a river that was used for irrigation channels which was filled with waste and garbage so as to pollute the environment. 2) Seeing the condition of the environment which is filled with garbage, there arises the awareness of the young people around to preserve the environment by cleaning up trash around the river and Bendung Lepen Gajah Wong. 3) Bendung Lepen Gajah Wong weir currently functions as an irrigation channel in irrigating rice fields, as a tourist attraction as well as an educational facility for visitors, especially for children, and as a counterweight to the ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai metode yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) khususnya di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri (SLBN) Lampung Timur, karena dengan penggunaan metode yang tepat akan membuat siswa dapat dengan mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara langsung yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan mengenai bagaimana pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) bagi anak Tunarungu yang dilakukan di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri (SLBN) Lampung Timur.Metode yang dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri (SLBN) Lampung Timur yaitu model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan bimbingan guru dan orang tua yang dianggap paling mempunyai dampak positif dalam proses pemahaman siswa dalam belajar. Selain oleh guru, orang tua siswa juga membantu proses pembelajaran agar pencapaian belajar dapat tercapai dengan baik. Orang tua diberikan panduan dan bimbingan dari guru sendiri mengenai bahasa isyarat yang diajarkan ke anak di sekolah.

Abstract

The lack of optimal teachers in facilitating the learning process of slow learner students will certainly have an impact on the learning outcomes obtained by them. The purpose of this study provides an overview of the characteristics of slow learner students in grade III SD N Wirosaban and the learning process in grade III SD N Wirosaban. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used are by observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at SD N Wirosaban, which focused on examining the characteristics of slow learner students in grade III and the learning process. The instruments used are gadgets and stationery. The result of this study is the difference in the characteristics of students in general with slow learner students who are most dominantly seen in their cognitive. Slow learner students experience difficulties during the online learning process, while in offline learning students are more able to maximize during learning

Abstract

 ABSTRAKPembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 pada tingkatan sekolah dasar menerapakan pola tematik integratif. Sesuai dengan semangat Kurikulum 2013, pola pembelajaran ini juga sekaligus meniscayakan keterpaduan pencapaian kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sosial, kompetensi pengetahuan dan kompetensi ketrampilan. Akan tetapi dalam materi Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) Kelas VI, dan juga pada materi lainnya, Permendikbud 24/2016 dan Permendikbud 37/2018 tidak menyediakan uraian Kompetensi Dasar (KD) sikap spiritual. Dalam konteks inilah, guru harus melakukan inovasi pengembangannya sendiri.Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Sunan Averroes pada Kelas 6 Semester Dua Tahun Akademik 2018/2019. Fokus kajiannya adalah mengkaji RPP untuk melihat penggunaan ketrampilan Abad 21 sebagai sarana implementasi sikap spiritual dalam pemebelajaran IPA. Alasan pemilihan materi IPA dikatenakan materi tersebut sanga tepat sebagai sarana memperkenalkan ketrampilan Abad 21 yang berorientasi pada tekhnologi Informasi.Sebagai hasilnya, SDIT Sunan Averroes berhasil mengembangkan KD sikap spiritual dalam materi IPA Kelas 6 Semester Dua dengan mengembangkan paradigma keilmuan integrasi-interkoneksi serta dengan didukung semangat sejarah penamaan SDIT Sunan Averroes itu sendiri. Selanjutnya, strategi penggunaan ketrampilan Abad 21 sebagai sarana impelemntasi sikap spiritual dalam pembelajaran IPA Kelas 6 adalah dengan cara menyisipkan pertanyaan siapakah Pencipta dari segala eksistensi dan peristiwa alam tersebut. Dengan menanya Pencipta, sebenarnya guru sedang mengasah salah satu ketrampilan Abad 21, yakni critical thinking.

Abstract

Educational institutions have an essential role to play in dealing with border issues. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Furqon uses border issues to develop the governance of educational institutions. This research focuses on two things. First, what are the characteristics of border-based Islamic Elementary Education management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Furqon? Second, how is the strength of the management in its participation in responding to border issues? Research with this qualitative method collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis uses three stages: data reduction and presentation, and conclusion. This Madrasah has utilized school-based management to develop border-based Islamic Elementary Education Management. Among the characteristics of border issues concerning its management is branding as the Boundary School, the orientation of student recruitment by taking community groups with problems in border areas as its customer segments, and management of learning management based on border issues. The use of management like this gives strength to this Madrasah to manage aspects of the customer segment, value proposition, channel, key partnerships, key activities, and cost structure in the business management of educational institutions to deal with border issues. This Madrasah also utilizes management like this to develop inclusive Islamic religious education in the border context.
