Abstract

The era of disruption has triggered profound shifts in various dimensions of human life, notably in the spheres of religion, politics, and education. These transformations necessitate a dynamic reinterpretation and application of Islamic law to ensure its continued relevance and efficacy. Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), the largest Islamic organization in Indonesia, plays a pivotal role in contextualizing Islamic legal thought to respond to contemporary social dynamics. This study explores NU’s adaptive legal approaches in addressing the challenges posed by digital disruption and socio-political changes. These efforts have proven instrumental in addressing current issues related to religious life, cultural politics, and educational reform in an increasingly disrupted world.

Abstract

Marriage harmonization is a relevant topic in the social and cultural context of Indonesia. Indonesia, as a country with ethnic, religious, and cultural diversity, is the focus of this study. This research investigates how couples adjust and achieve harmony in their marriages, highlighting key aspects such as effective communication and conflict resolution. It reveals how specific cultural values and norms influence the dynamics of marriage, from gender roles to societal expectations of partners. Findings from this research can have broad social implications, such as offering new insights into supporting healthy relationships in society or informing marriage and family policies. The method used by the author is a qualitative method which pays attention to empirical data with library research.. Through this study, we can understand the strategies couples use to address challenges in their marriages, such as how they handle differences of opinion or tensions in their relationships.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkuat literasi dakwah dan hukum Islam santri Pondok Pesantren Al Munawwaroh Brondong Lamongan melalui pendekatan partisipatif, meliputi asesmen awal, penyusunan modul, pelatihan, simulasi dakwah, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Materi mencakup ushul fikih, kaidah hukum Islam, komunikasi persuasif, dan analisis kasus keagamaan aktual. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman, sikap moderat, dan keterampilan santri dalam menyusun materi dakwah berbasis dalil secara sistematis. Pembentukan forum literasi dakwah internal menjadi indikator keberlanjutan program. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi literasi dakwah dan hukum Islam efektif memperkuat kapasitas intelektual dan spiritual santri dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial-keagamaan kontemporer.
