Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah masih kurang optimal. Sampaah non organic masih perlu dikurangi dengan cara mengolahnya menjadi barang bekas. Penyuluhan lingkungan hijau diperlukan agar lingkungan tampak asri dan sehat. Salah satu manfaat lingkungan hijau yang dipenuhi oleh tanaman adalah mampu menyerap polusi udara serta mencegah berbagai penyakit berbahaya seperti kangker.Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan praktek bagaimana cara mengolah botol plastic menjadi vas bunga sehingga lingkungan sekolah tampak asri dan sehat. Kegiatan ini diikuti 30 siswa SMP Dreiwnati Bekasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mampu memberikan hasil daur ulang sampah botol plastic dan menciptakan lingkungan lebih hijau. Siswa mencapai rata   nilai rata rata para siswa dalam hal materi sebesar 69.9.

Abstract

The phenomenon of brain rot, or the decline in analytical thinking skills due to passive consumption of digital content, is a new challenge in modern education. This study aims to test whether YouTube video-based learning improves students' analytical skills compared to conventional learning. The term "brain rot" has garnered widespread attention and has been discussed in both popular and academic literature recently; several articles and reviews have suggested a link between consuming short/shallow content and decreased concentration, cognitive overload, or reduced deep thinking. social media has positive impacts, such as a means for socializing, self-expression, seeking entertainment, obtaining information, building networks, and supporting the educational process, its negative side is also real. The research method used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The study, conducted before and after the use of image learning media, significantly improved students' analytical skills. The results of the analysis of the analytical thinking skills test revealed changes in learning, indicating an increase. This means that the average sample remained in a normal brain state and did not experience a decline or brain decay in their analytical skills. The conclusion of this study is that targeted learning using YouTube videos can prevent brain rot by improving students' analytical skills.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the quality of Biology education through the implementation of Lesson Study based on the Deep Learning Approach (DLA) with teachers in Vocational High Schools (SMK). The main problem in Biology education in SMK is the tendency of teachers to still apply learning strategies oriented toward surface learning, which emphasizes memorization of concepts and task completion without deep meaning. This study uses the Lesson Study approach with three main stages: Plan–Do–See, combined with the Deep Learning Approach strategy, which emphasizes reflective learning, critical thinking, and contextual learning. The subjects of this study consisted of 9 SMK teachers in Jakarta. The research method uses a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, conducted in three cycles. Data was collected through observations, interviews, reflective journals from teachers, and an assessment of learning quality using the Lesson Observation Sheet and Deep Learning Rubric instruments. The results of the study show that there was an improvement in the pedagogical competence of Biology teachers in SMK, particularly in designing, implementing, and reflecting on deep learning approach-based lessons
