Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to describe scaffolding process in mathematics learning in the learning material of straight line equation at grade VIII Junior High School Number 4 in Karanganyar Regency in the  Academic Year of 2013/2014 for conceptual and procedural knowledge. This research was a descriptive qualitative research. The main subject of this research was a mathematics teacher grade VIII Junior High School Number 4 in Karanganyar Regency. Meanwhile, the minor subject in this research was students getting scaffolding from teachers in the learning process. The selection of  research subject was by purpossive sampling technique. In this research, researcher used passive participation observation and not structured interview recorded by using handycam. In this research, the data validity technique was triangulation technique. The result of research showed as follows. 1) The scaffolding process of learning activities in the learning material of straight line equation for conceptual knowledge given by teacher was to keep students on task, and provide clear direction and reduce students confusion. It was scaffolding process given often by teachers. While the scaffolding process given occasionally by teachers was presenting the conducting questions, clarifies expectations and incorporates assessment, and presented the information clearly. 2) The scaffolding process of learning activities in the learning material of straight line equation for procedural knowledge given by teachers was to present the information clearly and present the conducting questions. It was scaffolding process given often by teachers. While the scaffolding process given occasionally by teachers was directed students against reference, keeps students on task, involved student’s participation, provides clear direction and reduces students’ confusion, and clarifies expectations and incorporates assessment.Keywords: scaffolding, conceptual knowledge, procedural knowledge

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of activestudent learning strategies to the students learning achievements on thelines and angles material. The population this study is all of the seventhgrade students of SMP IT Al-Munir Sukoharjo Pringsewu in theacademic year 2014-2015 that consist of 24 students. This study 5students as a respondents and 19 students as a sample. The datacollecting technique used was test and test description consists of 3items. Furthermore, the data has been analyzed using descriptive t test.The results of analysis data, that there are differences between theresults of students mathematics learning after a given learning by usinglearning strategies students active with the chief engineer, and theaverage results of students mathematics learning after being given anactive student learning strategies more than Minimum CompletenessCriteria at 65 so it can be concluded that active student learningstrategies is an effective learning of the results of students mathematicslearning.Keywords: effectiveness of active student learning strategies,students learning achievements

Abstract

Changing times continue to grow, the role of the teacher has undergone significant changes. Teachers must have a variety of competencies that are able to face the challenges and demands of increasingly complex education. Teachers need to continue to learn, adapt, and develop themselves in order to provide effective and relevant education for students in the modern era. PAUD (Early Childhood Education) teachers must have specific competencies that enable them to face the challenges and demands of teaching early childhood. These competencies will help PAUD teachers to provide quality education that is relevant and supports the holistic development of early childhood in the 21st century. Based on these conditions, knowledge and skills are needed to develop pedagogical competence as a qualified PAUD educator. This training was held at Aisyiyah PAUD, Ganjar Agung District. The results of the questionnaire at the end of the training activities showed that 77.5% of the participants said the activities were useful and 77.9% said the training was interesting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak implementasi digital marketing terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) pelaku UMKM di Desa Tanggulangin, Lampung Tengah. Pendekatan kombinasi deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif digunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi UMKM sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan digital marketing. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 pemilik UMKM yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan rentang usia 27–50 tahun. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sebelum pelatihan, sebagian besar pelaku usaha masih bergantung pada pemasaran konvensional yang terbatas oleh jangkauan pasar yang sempit. Namun, setelah pelatihan, para peserta mengalami peningkatan penjualan yang bervariasi antara 10% hingga 40%. Rata-rata kenaikan penjualan sebesar 20% menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital mampu memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memperkenalkan pelaku UMKM pada dunia pemasaran digital dan memanfaatkan berbagai platform digital untuk keuntungan usaha merekaKata Kunci: SDM, Digital Marketing, UMKM
