Abstract

Peranan teknologi pada dunia perkantoran yang dibentuk dalam lingkup otomatisasi perkantoran mempercepat koordinasi dan pengelolaan pekerjaan sehingga mendukung organisasi atau perusahaan dalam mencapai visi dan misinya. Salah satu fungsi adanya otomatisasi perkantoran adalah untuk mendukung pekerjaan kantor khususnya dalam pencegahan plagiarisme pekerjaan baik dalam hal dokumen yang terdiri dari unsur teks dan gambar. Melalui analisis, penggunaan aplikasi pendeteksi plagiarisem berupa image atau gambar memberikan gambaran pentingnya pendeteksi plagarisme, pelanggaran plagiarisme dalam dunia perkantoran, cara kerja dan fungsinya dalam otomatisasi perkantoran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) Tinjauan ini dimulai dari definisi plagiarisme, aplikasi plagiarisme, tujuan penelitian, metode, hasil dan pembahasan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi pendeteksi plagiarisme image atau gambar sangat penting sebagai fasilitas pendukung otomatisasi perkantoran untuk menjaga mutu dan citra organisasi atau perusahaan  serta pengelolaan pekerjaan yang teratur dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam manajemen kearsipan, akan mempermudah proses pencarian data, dokumen atau arsip yang diperlukan. Rentannya tempat penyimpanan tidak akan melindungi arsip ketika terkena debu ataupun terkena bencana alam. Maka diberikanlah pelatihan kepada para guru dan staf Tata Usaha (TU) khususnya di SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Kota Bandung. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, artinya penulis terjun secara langsung ke lapangan. Untuk mengumpulkan data yang valid dan objektif, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Solusi yang ditemukan yaitu dengan adanya manajemen kearsipan berbasis TIK dengan digitalisasi arsip dokumen, kemampuan pencarian dan bagian data dapat dengan mudah ditemukan dan diambil untuk digunakan kembali. Pencadangan data juga dapat digunakan sebagai rencana cadangan apabila terjadi kerusakan dari berkas atau dokumen arsip agar dapat dipulihkan kembali.

Abstract

In a national-scale educational assessment system, such as the National Examination, the need for several sets of questions that have the same level of difficulty is very required to avoid cheating by students. Therefore, the objective, which is to make a set of questions with the same level of difficulty automatically, is done in this research. It used a machine learning approach, namely K-Means. To achieve this goal, several following procedures need to be implemented. Firstly, we need to create banks of questions to be assigned to students. Then, we build training data by determining the value of each question based on Bloom's Taxonomy, item characters/types, and other parameters. Then, with utilizing K-Means, several cluster centers are obtained to represent the uniformity of the questions in the cluster members. By using several heuristics criteria defined previously, several sets or packages of questions that have the same characteristics and difficulty levels are obtained. From the experiments conducted, the analysis with descriptive (i.e., mean, standard deviation, and data visualization) and inference (i.e., ANOVA) statistics of results are presented showing that questions of each sets have the same characteristics to ensure the fairness of examinations. Moreover, by using this system, the contents of the questions in the generated set do not need to be the same, the package of questions can be generated automatically quickly, and the level of the difficulties can be measured and guaranteed.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang saat ini sudah berkembang pesat di berbagai bidang menuntut suatu sistem untuk dapat mengolah dan menyajikan data sehingga menghasilkan informasi dengan cepat dan akurat. Bidang pemerintahan adalah salah satu yang memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas di lembaga pemerintahan seperti Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU). Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam melakukan pengolahan data pemilih dan memberikan informasi data pemilih kepada masyarakat. Satu kemajuan teknologi yang dapat mengatasinya adalah dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi web service dengan metode Representational State Transfer (REST) yang bertujuan untuk memungkinkan dilakukannya pengecekan data transaksi secara terpusat walaupun Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) memiliki database yang berbeda-beda di dalam website yang berbeda-beda pula. Pada penelitian ini penulis dapat menghasilkan sebuah website yang bersifat terpusat dengan memanfaatkan web service metode REST dalam proses pengambilan datanya yang bertujuan untuk menggabungkan atau menyatukan data-data tersebut walaupun berasal dari database yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Branching becomes one of the materials in basic programming subjects in vocational schools that have not been properly understood by the student. The observation results showed a problem in the learning process of the subject. The proposed solution to solve the identified problem is develop an interactive learning multimedia. Interactive multimedia helps solve problems by making the subject matter more interesting and easier to understand. This study aims to analyze the implementation of ADDIE model in the design and development of learning, improve student extrapolation understanding, and student response to multimedia. Interactive multimedia has been developed and rated "Feasible" by material experts with a score of 3,67 and is rated "Feasible" by multimedia construction experts with a score of 4,03. The use of multimedia, on the other hand, improves the understanding of student extrapolation shown it is emphasized by using the ANOVA test with a value of 0,553 x 10-130,05. The student's response to interactive multimedia received a score of 4,53 with the category "Very high".

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of equal distribution of technology in regions of Indonesia, including Papua, Sulawesi and even Java, which is still not evenly distributed, so that technology education in some areas is difficult to progress and develop. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design and implement Ethnopedagogy-based Unplugged Computer Science (UCS), creating animation-based media as documentation to make it easier for teachers to understand UCS. The UCS method is a method for teaching computers without using computers and is based on ethnopedagogy, so technology learning can be done using cultural elements, both traditional tools and traditional games from a region in Indonesia. In designing Ethnopedagogy-based UCS, 4 stages are carried out, namely compiling the material, determining the ethnopedagogy tools or games that will be used, mapping the material as well as abstracting ideas for ethnopedagogy-based UCS and preparing steps for Ethnopedagogy-based UCS that will be carried out by teachers and students. The waterfall method is used as a reference for creating animated media as documentation of Ethnopedagogy-based UCS.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of an Android-based learning media to enhance students' understanding of digital literacy, particularly in distinguishing between facts and opinions. The learning media was developed using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis stage, the software and hardware requirements were identified to support the media development. During the design stage, the media was created using Microsoft PowerPoint and iSpring Suite 11, with the content presented descriptively and in an easily understandable manner. The development stage produced media that was validated by experts, achieving scores of 88% for instructional design, 97% for content quality, and 92% for user experience, indicating excellent quality. The implementation was conducted in grade VIII at SMPN 43 Bandung, with the LORI questionnaire results showing an average score of 84.33%, indicating that the media is highly suitable for use in learning. The evaluation results demonstrated that the Android-based learning media is effective in helping students understand digital literacy and is highly suitable for classroom application.
