Abstract

The process of selecting candidates for home rehabilitation of Dhuafa in Desa Ulee Nyeue, Kec. Banda Baro, Aceh Utara still using a manual process and by a subjective assessment. In this study the authors designed a decision support system to determine the candidates for home rehabilitation of Dhuafa in Desa Ulee Nyeue, Kec. Banda Baro using TOPSIS method. The criteria we used in the decision support system process are the area of the house, house building materials, type of floor, occupation and income. In this decision support system, it is supported by a method in making decisions, that is a web- based Topsis method which can support data processing. The sample data analyzed by using Topsis method in this research obtained that several people who had the priority to receive the housing rehabilitation of dhuafa assistance based on the preference value of each alternative are Fatimah Ben, which has a value of 0.534110001, Habsah with a value of 0.481135666 and Mawardi with a value of 0.629027038. The final result of this research is that the system built can help the selection team for home rehabilitation of dhuafa in Desa Ulee Nyeue, Kec. Banda Baro, Aceh Utara to make the process of determining more accurate.

Abstract

The increasing number of children with autism in the world makes autism, which was previously not too much of a problem by parents, becoming increasingly known and feared. The rapid increase in the number of people with autism is not proportional to the number of professionals studying this field. This often causes confusion in making the diagnosis. The purpose of this research is to apply the forward chaining method and certainty factor into a web-based application that can diagnose autism in children in real time. The results of this study can provide information about the diagnosis of autism in children and can see medical records that are easily understood by the public.

Abstract

Serious challenges are faced by broiler chicken farmers in Seumirah Village, Nisam Antara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency, in their efforts to create high-quality and productive chickens. These difficulties not only impact the farmers' income but also result in recurring losses every year. This research aims to design a system using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm to assess the capacity and classify production types based on specific criteria such as population, age, depletion, FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio), IP (Index Performance), and BW (Body Weight). The system aims to classify broiler chicken production as either increasing (profitable) or decreasing (unprofitable). In the development of this predictive system, the PHP programming language is employed, with a MySQL database as the data storage medium. The results of this broiler chicken production prediction system have proven effective in providing information in the form of profit or loss reports based on the harvest results for each monthly period. The implementation of this system is expected to assist in optimizing farmers' production management, increasing business profitability, and providing better guidance for future business decisions. The classification results using the Naive Bayes method indicate an accuracy rate of 86,67 and error rate of 13,3%.

Abstract

Currently, the Cahaya Medika Bireuen Pharmacy does not yet have an online-based queuing system that makes it easier for prospective patients to take a queue number without having to go to the pharmacy to take a queue number. This study aims to implement a web-based information system that can improve patient care. The system built does not only focus on taking queue numbers. The results of this study also include information about facilities and doctors' schedules, making it easier for the public to find information about clinics.

Abstract

The Baktiya Health Center is one of the health centers in Baktiya District, North Aceh Regency. The services offered by the Baktiya Health Center, as for complaints felt by the people of Baktiya District, are that there is no information regarding inpatient services, due to being the only health center in the District. Baktiya, so many people cannot use these inpatient services due to limited space or rooms for inpatients and information regarding room availability or room capacity at the Baktiya Health Center, and the process of data collection and information related to inpatient services is still done manually so slow down the performance of staff and officers at the Baktiya Health Center. For this reason, we need a system that functions to provide information about inpatient services at the Baktiya Health Center, to make it easier for staff and employees of the Health Center and the community to improve quality and services, especially inpatient services for the Baktiya Health Center. With the construction of a web-based Baktiya Health Center inpatient information system, it can help the community and Health Center staff to provide, receive and improve quality inpatient services at the Baktiya District Health Center.

Abstract

The A* (Astar) algorithm is an algorithm that is included in the category of informed search methods. This algorithm is very good as a solution to the path finding process. This algorithm looks for the shortest route distance that will be taken from a starting point to the North Aceh tourist attraction. The search technique used in this simulation is the A* algorithm with a heuristic function. The main aim of this research is to study how the A* algorithm works in finding the fastest distance, which simulates conditions when someone is looking for a route in a traffic jam. This simulation provides a more realistic picture of the behavior of the A* algorithm in finding the shortest route distance to North Aceh Tourist Attractions.

Abstract

Decision Support Systems (DSS) have been widely implemented in various human activities, particularly in determining eligibility for subsidized livable housing in Gampong Pulo, Samudera District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, Indonesia. Currently, the evaluation process for determining eligibility for subsidized livable housing does not adhere to established criteria and relies solely on reports from the Hamlet Head and estimates, without valid supporting data. This Decision Support System is designed to facilitate decision-making in determining eligible recipients for subsidized livable housing using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The tools employed include UML (Unified Modeling Language), with PHP (Personal Home Page) as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of this study demonstrate that the system simplifies the evaluation process for Gampong Pulo officials in determining eligibility for subsidized livable housing according to set criteria. This system offers several advantages over the current system, such as faster determination of aid recipients.
