Abstract

The internet that is stable and safe from interference in one network has become a necessity for every user of the internet network both through mobile phones and computers. Hotspot and LAN need bandwidth management, so when accessingthe internet simultaneously it is no longer a problem. In addition, network security can be filtered through proxy so that online sites and games that do not need to be accessed during lecture hours from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. can be blocked and reactivated after finishing college. By implementing network filters, the internet on the campus in Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia (UNIKI) will be stable and safe during lecture hours as expected.Keywords: MikroTik, HotSpot, Bandwidth,UNIKI

Abstract

A monitoring system is needed to monitoring vehicle’s daily activities at Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe. The management of vehicle’s daily activities in the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe is still using manual handwritting’s records on some books, which is making it difficult to retrieve the required data quickly and accurately. To assist in carrying out the objection given, the authors designed an integrated information system which capable to monitoring vehicle’s daily activities. The Information system based on web and gps for android.

Abstract

The management of Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh is still using a manual library in Biro Perlengkapan which contains some problem whereas it can be burned accidentally refers to fire case in 2017 in Rektorat Building at Universitas Malikussaleh. Given the problem faced by the staff in Biro Perlengkapan, the authors idea is to create a database-based data processing system, the authors designed an integrated information system which be able to anticipated such problem in the future and saving time to collecting important certificates such Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh and protecting them with Honey Encryption algorithm. The information system based on desktop and works as a client-server system. The result of this research provide that the honey encryption algorithm can protect the data and it can solve the problem in management system of land and building certificates.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a type of pandemic that emerged at the end of 2019 which has attacked all over the world, to Indonesia, not to mention the Bireuen-Aceh district. For easier handling it is necessary to socialize 3M and provide social distancinginformation and arrange visits to the danger zone which is divided into five zone levels, namely the green, orange,yellow, red and black zones. Currently, there is a need for geographic-based mapping in Bireuen district to provideinformation on the level of danger of the Covid-19 zone for the general public, especially for the government. Theinformation presented is very complex because it is supported by geographical information through the design of a webapplication that uses the Google Maps API which can provide geographic information through mapping the earth'ssurface that can be accessed through a web application. The geographic information system web application is designedwith the PHP programming language and MySQL database. From the results of the design and implementation of thesystem, it has been able to provide information on the location of the covid-19 zone which is displayed by color so that itcan provide information to the public.

Abstract

Scheduling is related to the problem of deciding which processes will be carried out in a system. Processes that have not received the allocation from the CPU will queue in the ready queue. The scheduling algorithm is used to determine which processes are in the ready queue to be executed by the CPU.

Abstract

Bireuen district has seventeen sub-districts with each sub-district centralized in public health services, namely the puskesmas, one of which aims to guarantee and monitor the nutritional health of children under five in Bireuen district.This research was conducted to design a geographic information system that can provide information about thedistribution of under-five nutrition in Bireuen Regency. Geographic information system is a system where mapping of theearth is carried out using a computer, in this case, such as recording the distribution of the location of the Public HealthCenter and Posyandu, Bireuen Regency. The system design uses a web-based program, namely PHP which is supportedby a My-SQL database and mapping using the Google Maps API which is easy to access by the library in data manipulation. The results of the implementation of the system can be input, display search results such as village data, posyandu data, nutritional data on body weight, nutritional data for height, nutritional data, weight or height can also display reports. With the geographical information system on the distribution of nutrition, it can add information for monitoring the nutritional status of children under five in Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat menghasilkan sarana dan prasarana yang semakin canggih yang dapat dimanfaatkan para pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan atau memperkenalkan produknya. Digital marketing adalah salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce dan platform-platform yang ada di market place. Kegiatan penganbdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang Dosen. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan kolaborasi antara Fakultas Teknik dan Ilmu Komputer dengan Fakultas Komputer dan Multimedia Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia. Abstract

Optimasi waktu akses database terdistribusi pada instansi/perusahan yang memiliki banyak cabang membutuhkan sistem informasi yang sangat memadai,untuk kemudahan akses data dan back-updata, untuk menjamin ketersedian data secara berkelanjutan merupakan hal yang sangat penting,instansi/perusahaan yang memiliki banyak cabang untuk dapat melakukan integrasi dan prioritas data pada masing-masing cabang yang terhubung langsung dengan bagian pusat instansi. Banyaknya data yang masuk bersamaan menyebabkan database lambat untuk memproses data yang diprioritas. Proses replikasi,distribusi dan prioritas data menjadi permasalahan utama dalam kasus ini. Dengan Penggunaan tabel status/temporary dan tabel prioritas merupakan teknik untuk mengoptimalkan waktu proses replikasi dan prioritas data, penggunaan algoritma Priority Scheduling untuk mempercepat proses prioritas pada distribusi data. Dengan menggunakan metode ini proses replikasi,distribusi dan prioritas data ke setiap cabang instansi/perusahan dapat mengakses data secara langsung dan data yang di prioritas akan lebih cepat masuk ke server pusat

Abstract

Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 programmer dihadirkan platform CMS, Web builder yang mempercepat pembuatan program seperti create templete responsive/dinamis, CRUD dan grafik namun belum adanya framework untuk membangun source code pada platform web yang memecahkan alur proses pada sebuah algoritma sehingga akan membantu programmer/peneliti dalam menyelesaikan masalah aritmatika/logical proses pada sebuah algoritma/metode jika di-implementasikan kedalam source code platform web HTML, PHP, CSS. Urgensi permasalahan ini harus adanya sistem repository yang menyediakan source code algoritma komputer meliputi (expert system, data mining, decision system, artificial intelligence, kriptografi/security computer, system information, searching, image processing). Adanya repository ini akan memberikan kemudahan dalam menghasilkan source code algoritma/metode komputer untuk dapat digunakan sebagai, modify,combine, comparation, example, trying, testing , implementation, sehingga akan mudah dalam penyelesaian program penelitian dan membantu mempercepat laju skill programmer/peneliti di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Very commonly found in chili plants, but the problem is whether the pest or disease causes significant losses or not. To find out what type of attack occurs on chili plants, sometimes farmers lack knowledge in the field of information on pests and diseases so that there are times when the treatment is not in accordance with the type of attack so the disease continues to spread to other plants. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem by designing a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages such as PHP-MySql so that it can assist farmers in diagnosing the disease that is attacked. The application of an expert system in making decisions uses a forward chaining inference engine (forward reasoning) where cases are traced at the initial state so that goals will be found for the final results of diagnosing chili plant diseases. The results of the implementation of the system, namely the system provides questions in the form of symptoms that must be answered by farmers and the results of this process the system will provide information on what diseases attack plants and solutions for handling them
