Abstract

In the lecture process, the Internet becomes very important, and access settings or bandwidth management is needed so that Internet use can run smoothly. Many users can cause the burden of computer access to be high, so internet use will be unbalanced if bandwidth management is not carried out. Bandwidth management aims to allocate bandwidth in an internet network so that the distribution is equal and the comfort between users and one another is not disturbed. The method used is fuzzy Sugeno to implement Sugeno's fuzzy logic into bandwidth management and optimize internet usage. Fuzzy inputs used include download, streaming, and browsing variables. Using three fuzzy sets, namely low, standard, and solid. The output is Download Limit, Streaming Limit, and Browsing Limit. System testing will be conducted using MATLAB. After testing, results were obtained through bandwidth limits from downloading, streaming, and browsing. One of the study's results included a given system input download = 700, streaming = 668, and browsing = 611. Produce output is Download Limit = 700, Streaming Limit = 481, and Browsing Limit = 319

Abstract

Stock price movements are a reflection of various situations and factors such as economics, politics and markets. Influencing factors such as economic news both foreign and domestic such as monetary policy, changes in interest rates and political events such as general elections. Indonesian politics is currently holding a general election process, the Presidential election can influence stock movements. Causing investors to be more careful about investing in this case in banks in Indonesia that have state-owned status, such as BTN, BRI, BNI and Bank Mandiri. This research predicts stock price movements using the Linear Regression method compared to the k-NN method, to find the best evaluation results from the two methods in selecting banks that are more profitable and do not influence political process factors. The results obtained were that Bank Mandiri was safer and promised profits using the Linear Regression method which was better than k-NN with RMSE 281,012, MAE 97,909 and MSE 80348,873. Abstract

Coastal Batik is made outside of Solo and Yogyakarta. The use of the term "coastal" is due to the majority of batik production being located in the northern coast of Java, such as Indramayu, Cirebon, Pekalongan, Lasem, and others. Coastal batik is characterized by flexible color selection and patterns, influenced by foreign influences, particularly after the introduction of Islam in the 16th century. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method is commonly used in classifying digital image data. Neurons in CNN are represented in a two-dimensional form, differing in linear function and weight parameters. The CNN extraction process consists of hidden layers, including convolutional, pooling, and ReLU (activation function) layers. The evaluation results of the Convolutional Neural Network model show that it can perform classification and recognize coastal batik images of Java Island, achieving the best results in the first scenario with a training data ratio of 70% and testing data ratio of 30%, resulting in an accuracy of 83%. For future research, it is recommended to increase the number of batik images and capture them directly, while incorporating segmentation or extraction features to measure efficiency and accuracy levels. This will help obtain better results in recognizing the characteristics of coastal batik in Java Island.

Abstract

The implementation of the Community Service Application in Tonggara Village, Kedungbanteng District, Tegal Regency aims to simplify and speed up the community service process. This application is web-based and can be accessed by the public via computer, smartphone or tablet devices. Some of the services available in this application include providing information about village profiles, village potential, and village programs. The Village Community Services Application can process various village administration services, such as domicile certificates, business certificates and trade business permits. The Village Community Services Application provides a platform for the community to submit complaints to the village government, providing consultation services for the community regarding various matters, such as health, education and law. The implementation of this application is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of community services in Tonggara Village. Apart from that, this application is also expected to increase the transparency and accountability of the village government to the community. The benefits of implementing the Village Community Service Application in Tonggara Village have several benefits, including increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of community services, making the community service process faster, easier and more transparent. Increasing transparency and accountability of village governments, communities can easily access information about available services and monitor village government performance. Increasing community satisfaction, people feel more satisfied with the services provided by the village government. Increasing community participation, it is easier to get involved in village activities. Implementing the community service application in Tonggara Village is the right step to improve the quality of public services in the village. This application can help village governments to provide more effective, efficient, transparent and accountable services to the community.

Abstract

Introducing campus locations for new students or address seekers is an important activity. Multimedialearning is not only a tool for creating harmonious presentations and alternatives that combine visualand audio media; technology can be used for its tools. Augmented Reality (AR) is one of them.Augmented Reality is helpful as a combination of virtual and Reality devices that operate interactivelyin a realtime natural environment. Based Marker Tracking is a method used to make objects into twodimensions and three dimensions whose process begins with directing the marking object by the userusing the camera on the mobile device until the camera reads the object. Light intensity affects detectionsuccess, and distance calculation also becomes essential. If the marker is successfully detected, theapplication will convert it into a 3-dimensional object as the final result. In this study, a location searchwill be carried out for the STMIK TEGAL Campus Building using Augmented Reality based on theBased Marker Tracking method to produce the most ideal conditions to be able to display 3D objectsfrom the STMIK TEGAL Building, which is a distance of 15 to 25 cm with bright Light using Android,so that this application can be used to find the location of the STMIK TEGAL Building.
