Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mendeskripsikan profil usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit petani plsama dengan petani swadaya dan menganalisis perbandingan pendapatan dan keuntungan usahatani kelapa sawit antara petani plasma dengan petani swadaya di Kecamatan Luhak Nan Duo Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan pengisian kuisioner. Metode survey adalah penyelidikan yang diadakan untuk memperoleh fakta-fakta dari gejala-gejala yang ada dan mencari keterangan-keterangan secara faktual,baik tentang insititusi soaial. Keuntungan merupakan selisih antara penerima dengan biaya yang dibayarkan dan biaya yang diperhitungkan dalam proses produksi. Rata-rata penerimaan yang diterima petani plasma perluas lahan adalah Rp. 6,412,800.00. Penerimaan petani swadaya adalah sebesar Rp. 13,000,985.22 per hektar. Abstract

A visual novel is a reading media in the form of conversations between characters shown in a static anime style that attracts readers to continue reading it. Equipped with audio in Japanese and translation in English, it is estimated that visual novels can be used as an exciting learning media for students. This study aims to determine the possibility of visual novels, which are usually used as a game for entertainment purposes, as a medium for learning Japanese to pass the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test). The method used in this stusdy is a quantitative method to find the matching vocabularies, with a listening and note-taking method for data collection. The data analyzed here is a conversation transcript of some chapters of A3! visual novel and JLPT 2018 questions ranging from N5 to N3 level. The A3! visual novel data are grouped according to the JLPT's four linguistic aspects: Moji goi, bunpou, dokkai, and choukai, at each level (N5 to N3). The analysis results show that the visual novel A3! can be used as a strengthening medium for students to pass the JLPT from N5 to N3.

Abstract

Liberalization their logging services makes the concept of cabotage which was known in the field of shipping, has now become part of the field of aviation. Such a situation when associated with the concept of state sovereignty in the air space, juridically has caused a serious intersection. In countries that do not accept the concept of air cabotage, often found smuggling air cabotage laws. Thus requiring the state government concerned to judicial action in order to protect its national airline company, including the Government of Indonesia. Adanya Liberalisasi jasa penebangan menjadikan konsep cabotage yang tadinya dikenal dalam bidang pelayaran, kini menjadi bagian dalam bidang penerbangan. Situasi demikian bila dikaitkan dengan konsep kedaulatan negara di ruang udara, secara yuridis telah menimbulkan persinggungan yang cukup serius. Pada negara yang belum menerima konsep cabotage udara, sering ditemukan penyelundupan hukum cabotage udara. Sehingga mengharuskan pemerintah negara yang bersangkutan melakukan tindakan yuridis dalam rangka melindungi perusahaan penerbangan nasionalnya, termasuk Pemerintah Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dan penyuluhan kepada individu/pengusaha kecil khususnya di IKM Vertebleu tentang pelatihan pemasaran online. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu tutorial dan diskusi, demonstrasi, dan metode pendampingan dengan maksud dapat mengembangkan kreativitas pada mitra. Diharapkan setelah dilakukannya program pengabdian ini, para peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan di bidang pemasaran online dan menjadi pengusaha kecil yang terampil untuk berinovasi dan menambah kreativitas dalam pengelolaan industrinya.
