Therefore, transportation by sea is very much needed to support trade flows in reaching areas between islands with one another through national and international waters. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of the implementation of the MLC (Maritime Labor Convention) on ships and to determine the effect of the implementation of the MLC (Maritime Labor Convention) for the welfare of seafarers. The data collection method is survey and interview methods. This research is included in qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the 2006 MLC regarding the welfare of seafarers onboard KM Bukit Siguntang has been implemented well, but the rest time is not optimal so it is necessary to pay attention to its optimization. Abstract

In light of the fact that unproductive workplace behavior can have a significant negative effect on an organization, it is essential to do research on the factors that play a role in the emergence of unproductive workplace behavior in an organization. The work locus of control, organizational limits, and organizational equality have all been suggested as important factors in the development of counterproductive work behavior by a few previous studies and results based on observations made in the workplace. As a result, this line of research directs us to investigate the influence of those three characteristics on counterproductive behavior in the workplace. This goal will be accomplished by the use of multiple regression investigations, which will be used in the research. The results of a survey using a Likert scale have been analyzed here as part of this study. The key information was collected from 200 individuals who were representatives of the Directorate General of Taxation and came from a variety of work roles, locations, and organizational units. This was calculated by using a non probability sampling combined with the purposive technique. The findings of the hypotheses test have revealed that work locus of control, organizational limits, and organizational justice have a significant impact on counterproductive work behavior both partially and simultaneously. The measurement expressive also shows that the Directorate General of Taxes has a direct inner locus of control, lower organizational constraint discernment, and better organizational justice discernment. It is suggested that Directorate General of Taxes should further improve its internal control in order to complement the employees' self-discipline, maintain its organizational limitations, and ensure that organizational equality is maintained at an appropriate level.

Abstract

Ship document services in the context of agency services play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of ship operations in accordance with the standards set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Agent services are responsible for providing various document services that support ship operational activities, starting from the arrival process, maintenance, to ship departure, in accordance with IMO standards. Explaining that quantitative research is a type of research that uses numbers as a means to carry out data analysis. In its application, the figures are analyzed using statistical methods to obtain more measurable and objective information. So that the researcher can identify the influences or relationships that exist in the data, allowing for more quantitative interpretation and generalization to a wider population. So by applying a quantitative approach, the author realizes the aim of validating and measuring the extent to which the y variable in improving port security as an attachment variable can be known and answered. A total of 30 respondents filled out a 2-material questionnaire, each of which contained 9 questions regarding document services and 9 questions regarding agency operations. Filling in the questionnaire is carried out by the ship's crew using agency services at PT. Samudera Makmur Agency Cilacap branch 1. Document services (X) are partially very influential because they have a positive and significant probability of agency performance (Y). Has a positive and significant influence with a regression coefficient of ???? 6.312+0.862X The linear regression equation shows that increasing the level of document service on agency performance at PT. Samudera Makmur Agensi is 0.862 2. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test to determine the amount of influence exerted by variables X and Y, it is found that the R square value is 0.859 or 85%. This shows the magnitude of the positive influence of the implementation of document services on agency performance..

Abstract

Modern companies increasingly recognize the importance of non-financial factors in influencing company performance and value. One important non-financial factor is intellectual capital, which includes human resources, customer relationships, and innovation capabilities. Company growth is a crucial component in establishing a company's value. Very few studies have looked at the relationship between growth, intellectual capital, and financial performance and business value at the same time. This study investigates how business value in the banking sector is impacted by growth, intellectual capital, and financial performance. This study takes a quantitative approach, gathering secondary data from the financial and annual reports of companies in the banking industry listed on the IDX between 2018 and 2022. Purposive sampling was employed to pick the 63 companies that comprise the research sample. The Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used to evaluate the data. The findings demonstrated that corporate growth, intellectual capital, and financial performance positively and significantly impacted firm value. To increase company value, businesses should consider non-financial elements like corporate development, intellectual capital, and financial success.

Abstract

KSOP Class III Tanjung has a big responsibility in ensuring that the guidance service runs smoothly. However, the realization of the availability of guided facilities and infrastructure is still not in accordance with the state of the field. This study aims to calculate the adequacy level (ideal) of human resources, facilities and infrastructure for ship guidance according to the report of guiding activities. This research is quantitative descriptive with a formula method or an empirical calculation formula of the level of adequacy, used as a reference or reference provided by the Directorate General of Ports. The results of the study show that there is an excess of Human Resources (HR) and Guidance Infrastructure amounting to 2 guides and 1 kepil ship. The factor that affects the calculation of the ideal result is the characteristics of the vessel's guiding area.
