Abstract

The rapid development of technologies affects the financial technology sector, especially e-money in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the determinant from intention and use behavior of financial technology (e-money) using UTAUT2 as the model. This research took place in Jabodetabek, with a total sample of 300 people as the respondents. The purposive sampling method is used as the sampling method in this study. The scale which is used in this study is the Likert scale with a range of 1-5. Data were analyzed using descriptive and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that performance expectations, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitation conditions, and habits are factors that influence the intention and use of e-money. On the other hand, hedonic motivation and price value do not affect behavioral intention. It indicates that using financial technology is a must and not depend on user motivation or the price of the technology. These results provide implications about several factors as the determinant of e-money for stakeholders to develop the strategy for e-money based on the most influential factor that affects consumers as users. While developing e-money technology, the developer should take into account factors such as performance expectations, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitation conditions, and habits.

Abstract

Nowadays digital technology provides benefits for the business development process in a company. Astra Motor Kedungsari Magelang also utilizes digital technology through the Motorku Express application service. This service is a form of appreciation for all Astra Motor Kedungsari Magelang customers. However, not all customers know the usefulness of the Motorku Express application. Therefore Astra Motor Kedungsari Magelang requires a strategy to promote the Motorku Express application to customers in order to increase the effectiveness of the application utilization. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Motorku Express application based on SWOT analysis to formulate a promotion strategy. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that uses interviews, observation, and literature review as a method of data collection. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the formulation of strategies that can be applied is the WO strategy by increasing promotion strategies using mass selling by utilizing social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Line, E-mail, radio, television, and Youtube as promotional tools, conducting sales promotion strategies by giving discounts or even free service discounts by using the Motorku Express application for one year specifically to purchase a motorbike at Astra Motor, attend events for promotion, free shipping costs to attract consumers and offers purchasing programs every month.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis partisipasi atau keterlibatan dari penyandang disabilitas dalam perencanaan pembangunan di Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap kelompok penyandang disabilitas dan organisasi perangkat daerah di kabupaten Gunungkidul. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada responden sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, sedangkan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian responden dari penyandang disabilitas mengusulkan ketersediaan sarana dan prasana yang dapat diakses oleh para penyandang disabilitas. Selain itu, pemberdayaan ekonomi para penyandang disabilitas juga menjadi usulan yang cukup banyak disebutkan para responden. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bagi Pemerintah Kabupaten Gunungkidul untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dari para penyandang disabilitas dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah. Hal tersebut diperlukan karena keterlibatan para penyandang disabilitas masih belum efektif untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan mereka.

Abstract

PTSL is a policy implemented by the Government to provide legal certainty and protection for land ownership rights for the community. The BPN Sleman is an institution that also implements the PTSL program. The success of the implementation of the program requires quality service performance in order to provide satisfaction for the community. Therefore, this study aims to determine the quality of the PTSL program in the BPN Sleman in providing services to the community. The research method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used were observation and interviews during the period of January - February 2020. The Servqual dimension is used as a model to identify the quality of a complete PTSL service. The results of this study explain that the BPN Sleman already provides good quality of services as a whole. The dimensions of tangibles, responsiveness, and empathy tend to have good quality, however, it is necessary to improve the quality of service based on the dimensions of reliability and assurance. The results of this study provide managerial implications for the BPN Sleman to improve the quality of its services to the community, especially in the PTSL program.

Abstract

Abstract: The role and contribution of Islamic finance on economic growth in Indonesia has increased gradually and steadily. This is because the Islamic economy's universal and comprehensively basic principle is the primary foundation of Islamic banking. This research aimed to analyze the role of Islamic Banking on Indonesia's real sector during 2007.01 – 2016.04. This study used the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) as a tool to analyze secondary data. The result showed that in Indonesia, sharia deposit positively and significantly influenced actual output in the short term. In addition, in the long-term, sharia financing positively and significantly influenced actual output. Moreover, Granger Causality Test proved the occurrence of one-way causality between actual output and inflation. Thus, Islamic banking can encourage actual output in Indonesia. The results of this study become a consideration for stakeholders and policymakers to pay more attention to strategies and policies that support economic growth in Indonesia.Abstrak: Perkembangan keuangan syariah di Indonesia semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Prinsip-prinsip dasar ekonomi syariah yang universal dan komprehensif merupakan landasan utama perbankan syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menginvestigasi peran perbankan syariah terhadap sektor riil di Indonesia selama periode 2007.01 – 2016.04. Penelitian ini menggunakan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) sebagai alat untuk menganalisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dalam jangka pendek deposito syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap output rill. Selain itu, dalam jangka panjang pembiayaan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap output riil di Indonesia. Lebih lanjut, Uji Kausalitas Granger membuktikan terjadinya kausalitas satu arah antara output riil dan inflasi. Dengan demikian, perbankan syariah mampu mendorong output riil di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi para pemangku kepentingan dan pengambil kebijakan untuk lebih memperhatikan strategi dan kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan), perceived usefulness (persepsi manfaat), perceived risk (persepsi risiko), dan brand image (citra merek) terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif bersampel 100 responden melalui metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keputusan penggunaan metode pembayaran Shopee PayLater dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh variabel perceived usefulness (persepsi manfaat) dengan nilai (0.000 < 0.05) dan brand image (citra merek) dengan nilai (0.000 < 0.05). Variabel perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan) terbukti berpengaruh dengan arah pengaruh yang negatif dengan nilai (0.041 < 0.05) sedangkan perceived risk (persepsi risiko) tidak terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai (0.053 > 0.05). Keputusan penggunaan pada metode pembayaran Shopee PayLater dapat dijelaskan sebesar 42,1 persen oleh variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk dan brand image. Sedangkan 57,9 persen variabel keputusan penggunaan dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel diluar variabel independen dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan, citra, dan pemasaran berbasis pengalaman terhadap loyalitas tamu dengan kepuasan tamu sebagai mediator pada homestay di Balkondes Borobudur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data dari 112 responden sebagai sampel. Populasi penelitian adalah tamu yang pernah menginap di homestay Balkondes lebih dari sekali, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan AMOS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, citra, pemasaran berbasis pengalaman dan kepuasan tamu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas tamu di homestay Balkondes. Lebih lanjut, kepuasan tamu terbukti menjadi memediasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas tamu, citra dan loyaltas tamu, serta pemasaran berbasis pengalaman dan loyalitas tamu di homestay Balkondes.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a green product strategy to increase the development of environmentally friendly UMKM in Magelang City. This type of research uses a qualitative approach by using primary data sources and secondary data obtained by using the methods of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study is the Department of Industry and Trade of Magelang City using the purposive sampling technique. After the data is collected, then the data is analyzed using the IFAS and EFAS matrix SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis show that the position of the Magelang City Industry and Trade Office is in Quadrant I, so the strategy used is a strategy to support aggressive growth policies. One of them is by using the SO strategy, namely UMKM are able to maintain quality raw materials in production, UMKM can maintain product quality, monitor production operational standards, conduct guidance, and control production waste, UMKM actors start using environmentally friendly packaging or green products and increase public awareness relations to establish good relationships with consumers and partners.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Di masa pandemi Covid-19 destinasi wisata mengalami penurunan kunjungan wisatawan. Kondisi tersebut juga terjadi di kawasan Balkondes Borobudur. Dengan adanya kebijakan CHSE dari Pemerintah dan kecenderungan perubahan perilaku wisatawan di masa pandemi Covid-19, maka perlu diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat berkunjung wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik wisata, kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan di kawasan Balkondes Borobudur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari 100 responden berdasarkan metode convenience sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik wisata justru tidak mempengaruhi minat berkunjung wisatawan, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan dapat meningkatkan minat berkunjung wisatawan. Hasil tersebut memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi pengelola destinasi wisata di kawasan Balkondes Borobudur untuk menerapkan layanan berbasis protokol kesehatan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan wisatawan melalui sertifikasi CHSE. Kata kunci: daya tarik wisata, kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan wisatawan, minat berkunjung wisatawan ABSTRACT During the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of tourist visits to tourism destinations declined. This condition also occurs in the Balkondes Borobudur area. Based on these, it is necessary to know what factors influence tourist interest in visiting because the Government also create CHSE policy and the trend of changing tourist behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction, service quality, and trust on the interest of visiting tourists in the Balkondes Borobudur area. This study uses primary data from 100 respondents based on the convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tourist attractions did not affect the interest of visiting tourists, while the quality of service and trust could increase the interest of visiting tourists. These results provide managerial implications for tourism destination managers in the Balkondes Borobudur area to implement health protocol-based services and increase tourist trust through CHSE certification. Keywords: tourist attraction, service quality, trust, tourist interest to visit

Abstract

Most restaurants are adapting to the Covid-19 pandemic conditions through improving the quality of service based on health protocols, as is Waroeng Special Sambal Magelang. This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality based on SERVQUAL (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on consumer satisfaction at Waroeng Special Sambal Magelang during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach by using primary data from respondents through questionnaires. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases at Waroeng Special Sambal Magelang. The number of samples used is 100 respondents based on the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis based on SPSS. The results show that simultaneously service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the dominant variable is reliability. While partially, only tangibles and reliability variables have a significant positive effect. The results have implications for restaurant managers to consider factors in service quality that can affect customer satisfaction. Thus, it is expected that restaurants can provide quality service to make consumers satisfied and have the potential to become loyal customers.
