Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan hasil belajar yang dihasilkan dengan menerapkan model student team achievement division. Metode ini diterapkan pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik dan elemen mesin Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menjadikannya treatment untuk kelas eksperimen dan model pembelajaran konvensional untuk kelas kontrol. Pre test dilakukan sebelum kegiatan treatment dan post test dilakukan setelahnya. Maka nilai N-Gain yang didapatkan dari perhitungan skor pre test dan post test dijadikan data untuk uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dua arah. Hasil N-Gain kelas kontrol sebesar 56,27 sedangkan untuk kelas eksperimen nilai N-Gain sebesar 68,38. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 3,734  dan lebih besar dari ttabel dengan derajat kebebasan dk = 58 yaitu bernilai 2,00. Hal ini menunjukkan penolakan H0 dan penerimaan hipotesis alternatif yaitu terdapat pengaruh  penerapan model pembelajaran student team achievement division terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan multimedia animasi terhadap peningkatan Penguasaan Konsep mahasiswa DPTM UPI pada pembelajaran materi Penguatan Logam dengan mengimplementasikan multimedia animasi dibandingkan dengan menggunakan media diktat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen, dengan menggunakan pola desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda yang berbeda, tes dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah mahasiswa diberikan treatment. Hasil penelitian yang dilihat dari nilai rata-rata N-Gain dari masing-masing kelompok menunjukkan pengaruh penggunaan multimedia animasi terhadap peningkatan penguasaan konsep. Kelas yang menggunakan multimedia animasi berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan kelas yang menggunakan media diktat yang berada pada kategori rendah. Kesimpulan diperoleh bahwa terdapat  pengaruh penggunaan multimedia animasi terhadap peningkatan penguasaan konsep pada pembelajaran materi Penguatan Logam.

Abstract

Tujuan relevansi yaitu terpenuhinya semua kebutuhan pengguna. Mengingat belum adanya pemetaan materi kurikulum secara komprehensip antara MK Bodi Otomotif, MPPKTPBO dengan UKK TPBO standar BSNP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan discrepancy evaluation model. Fokusnya untuk mengukur adanya perbedaan antara yang seharusnya dicapai dengan yang sudah dicapai. Subyek dan tempat penelitian adalah SMKN 8 Bandung, DTM UPI dan dokumen BSNP. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu: materi MK Bodi Otomotif belum relevan terhadap materi MPPK TPBO di SMK 8 Bandung. Materi MK Bodi Otomotif belum relevan terhadap materi UKK TPBO standar BSNP. Materi MPPK TPBO sudah relevan terhadap materi UKK standar BSNP. Sekuen antara ketiga materi tersebut telah dipetakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pengujian logam dengam  pembelajaran menggunakan media audio visual di SMKN 1 Katapang. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran dasar perancangan teknik mesin, guru kesulitan menjelaskan materi pengujian logam disebabkan tidak adanya alat-alat pengujian logam, sehingga guru tidak bisa melakukan demonstrasi proses pengujian logam. Tidak bisa dilakukannya demonstrasi pengujian logam, menyebabkan siswa hanya mendapat pengalaman belajar yang lebih sedikit melalui media gambar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan control group pre-test post-test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji homogenitas untuk data pre-test dan post-test, perhitungan N-gain, dan uji-t untuk pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dan Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas X di SMKN 1 Katapang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran materi pengujian logam yang menggunakan media audio visual lebih besar dari media gambar. Respon siswa terhadap media audio visual juga berkategori baik.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes over the past four years show that more than half the number of students get a fairly low value. This condition occurs due to many factors, one of which is the learning process that still uses the lecture method and the use of simple learning media. This study aims to produce the development of Autodesk Inventor based multimedia animation on kinematics acceleration material, as well as to find out the increase in students' generic science skills on kinematics acceleration material.This research uses the ADDIE development method, and uses the Pre Experimental Design research design with the type of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This study was conducted on 25 samples of Mechanical Engineering Education students in 2015. The application of generic science syntax in this study consisted of modeling, symbolic language, causal law, logical consistency, observation, and awareness of scale. The results obtained showed that there was an increase in the generic science skills of studentsafter the implementation of Autodesk Inventor-based multimedia animation on kinematics acceleration material. This is evidenced by the average N-gain value of students of 0.63 in the medium category. The highest increase in generic science skills occurredin the observation aspect with an N-gain value of 0.65, and the lowest increase occurred in the aspect of symbolic language with an N-gain value of 0.52 which was included in the medium category.

Abstract

This research aims to develop autodesk inventor-based multimedia that was designed to increase students’ generic science skill on the application of relative velocity at kinematics and dynamics courses. This study used the mini course method developed by Borg and Gall, including the stage of analysing and planning, developing early product, and validating from the expert and revision the early product. Based on the analysis conducted, it was revealed that there were five indicators that students had difficulties with, including illustrating kinematic diagram, illustrating velocity direction, calculating absolute velocity, illustrating velocity polygon, and calculating velocity based on velocity polygon. Those five indicators were related to six generic science aspects, including modelling, symbolic language, laws of causality, logical consistency, scale awareness, and observation. The developed multimedia consists of nine displays of slider-crank mechanism and eight displays of four-bar mechanisms, using .idw, .iam, and .mp4 formats and has been validated by material and media experts. Based on the judgment from the experts, the inventor-based multimedia was worthy to be applied in the course.

Abstract

The government is trying to improve the ability of the community in entrepreneurship. This is done to overcome the increasing unemployment problem in the country. Expertise services are one of the factors that support entrepreneurship. One of the expertiseservices is filling and vacuuming the freon Air Conditioning of car. This expertise requires reliable human resources. However, until now the available resources are still limited. The training was conducted by lecturers from the Department of Mechanical Engineering UPI in line with the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi activities on the skills of filling and vacuuming the freon AC of the car. The purpose of this training is to help out-of-school youths in Cigugur village, Kuningan regency who are not yet workingor in order to find work, so that they have basic skills in the car air-conditioning system so that they can be used for work or independent entrepreneurs. The methods used in this training are lectures, discussions, practice and improvement projects. Thetraining was conducted for 18 young people who dropped out of school in Cigugur village, Kuningan district. The results of the training show that there is a significant increase in the practical skills of maintaining and repairing air-conditioning youth cars that drop out significantly.

Abstract

Product damage during the delivery process can reduce customer satisfaction and negatively impact the image and performance of logistics service companies. This study aims to evaluate the level of product damage during the delivery process at PT X and to analyze the quality of the process using the Six Sigma approach. A quantitative method was employed using the DMAIC model (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews, and analyzed using the Seven Tools. The data processing results indicate that the damage rate between February and May 2024 reached 0.38%, with a DPMO value of 1,278 and a sigma level of 4.38. The dominant cause of damage was identified as human-related factors, such as carelessness during loading and unloading, and rushed driving. Recommended improvements include enhancing employee training, optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs), increasing the number of delivery vehicles, and improving packaging material quality. This study concludes that the Six Sigma method is effective in evaluating and improving delivery quality and can serve as a reference for strategic decision-making aimed at reducing damage rates..

Abstract

The surge in demand during the period leading up to Eid al-Fitr poses a major challenge for PT XYZ, a Muslim fashion company in Indonesia. The inbound volume, which can increase up to threefold, often causes congestion in the transit area due to the dedicated storage system, where empty racks cannot be used by other SKUs. This study aims to redesign the warehouse storage layout by integrating Class-Based Storage (CBS) and Seasonal Slotting to improve operational efficiency during peak seasons. Secondary data were used, including inbound/outbound volumes, SKU dimensions, and the existing warehouse layout over the period December 2024–March 2025. CBS was applied to classify SKUs based on movement frequency into classes A, B, and C, while Seasonal Slotting identified seasonal SKUs with demand growth ?50% to be positioned closer to the picking area. FlexSim simulations showed that the new layout reduced transit area congestion and facilitated smoother distribution, despite an approximately 12% increase in total process time. The integration of CBS and Seasonal Slotting effectively enhanced warehouse capacity utilization and accelerated the flow of seasonal products. ABSTRAKLonjakan permintaan menjelang Hari Raya Idul Fitri menjadi tantangan utama bagi PT XYZ, perusahaan fashion muslim di Indonesia. Peningkatan volume barang masuk hingga tiga kali lipat sering menimbulkan kepadatan di area transit akibat sistem penyimpanan dedicated storage, di mana rak kosong tidak dapat digunakan oleh SKU lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang ulang tata letak penyimpanan dengan mengintegrasikan metode Class-Based Storage (CBS) dan Seasonal Slotting guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional pada musim puncak. Data sekunder yang digunakan meliputi volume barang masuk/keluar, dimensi SKU, dan layout gudang eksisting selama periode Desember 2024–Maret 2025. CBS mengklasifikasikan SKU berdasarkan frekuensi pergerakan menjadi kelas A, B, dan C, sedangkan Seasonal Slotting mengidentifikasi SKU musiman dengan lonjakan permintaan ?50% untuk ditempatkan lebih dekat ke area picking. Simulasi FlexSim menunjukkan bahwa layout baru mengurangi kepadatan area transit dan memperlancar distribusi, meskipun total waktu proses meningkat sekitar 12%. Integrasi CBS dan Seasonal Slotting terbukti meningkatkan pemanfaatan kapasitas gudang serta mempercepat aliran barang musiman.
