Abstract

Background : Malnutrition in early life may cause low quality of live; thus supplementary feeding or educational feeding programs are needed.Objective :The objective of this study  was to analyze the nutritional status difference among malnourished children after receiving suplementary feeding  and educational feeding program.Method : The Subject  of the study were of 90 children under five consisting of 45 samples from sub  distric Kembang and 45 samples from sub distric Bangsri. Using Repeated Measure Anova SPSS program, test was used to know the difference nutritional status of the sample after one month, two months, three months giving of suplementary feeding both for the samples group of recovery suplementary feeding  and education suplementary feeding receiver, and Independence Test of T – test to know the difference nutritional status between the samples group of recovery suplementary feeding and educaton suplementary feeding receiver after 1 month, 2 months, and after 3 months.Results : There was a difference nutritional status within   recovery suplementary feeding group  before and after receiving suplementary feeding p= 0.000. In recovery suplementary feeding group there was no significanly difference, p= 0.103. There was  no significant difference of nutritional status between group of recovery suplementary feeding receiver andeducation  suplementary feeding receiver after one month by p=0.706. and also after 2 months by p value = 0.063, but after 3 months there was significant difference by p value = 0.019. .Conclution : Nutritional status moalnourished children between the group of recovery suplementary feeding and educational suplementary feeding receiver was  significantly different after 3 months.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in adolescents is about the use of coping mechanisms that affect mental emotional conditions, due to the many behavioral deviations that occur in adolescents such as saying harshly to the teacher even to hitting the teacher and fighting between groups which is one of the emotional mental disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the mental emotional state of adolescents in SMP Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative using descriptive design. The samples in this study were 216 people with stratified random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used was the Strenght And Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) Questionnaire to measure mental emotional states. This study uses univariate analysis. Adolescent mental emotional conditions as many as 78 people (36.1%) adolescents experience mental emotional conditions abnormal category, as many as 76 people (35.2%) adolescents with mental emotional conditions are normal categories, and as many as 62 people (28.7%) adolescents experience mental emotional state of the borderline category.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan berbasis data semakin penting dalam konteks pendidikan modern untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan kepemimpinan berbasis data oleh kepala sekolah di tingkat Sekolah Dasar, Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, mengandalkan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah secara konsisten menggunakan data untuk mendukung kebijakan pendidikan, mengukur kemajuan akademik siswa, dan mengevaluasi kompetensi guru. Penggunaan data ini memudahkan perencanaan program yang lebih akurat dan objektif, serta membantu dalam menentukan prioritas yang tepat. Kepala sekolah juga menggunakan data untuk memantau perkembangan siswa dan mengevaluasi efektivitas program yang diterapkan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan bahwa kepemimpinan berbasis data dapat memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Kepala sekolah yang menggunakan data dalam pengambilan keputusan mampu menciptakan kebijakan yang lebih tepat sasaran dan meningkatkan efektivitas program pendidikan di sekolah. Selain itu, penggunaan data juga membantu dalam mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan dan merencanakan intervensi yang sesuai. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan berbasis data tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan berbasis data tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memainkan peran kunci dalam membentuk karakter anak di masa emas perkembangan mereka, khususnya pada usia 0-6 tahun. Pada masa ini, anak mulai menyerap nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang akan membentuk kepribadian mereka di masa depan. Di KB Raudhatur Rahmah, Desa Tanjung Leban, pendidikan karakter menjadi pondasi utama yang diterapkan melalui aktivitas harian anak-anak. Guru tidak hanya berperan sebagai pengajar tetapi juga sebagai teladan yang memperlihatkan sikap disiplin, jujur, dan empati, sehingga anak-anak dapat mencontoh perilaku baik tersebut dalam keseharian. Pendekatan pendidikan karakter di KB Raudhatur Rahmah bersifat holistik, mencakup pengembangan moral, sosial, emosional, dan fisik anak. Berbagai kegiatan seperti permainan edukatif, kegiatan sosial, dan rutinitas harian dirancang untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti kerjasama, tanggung jawab, serta kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dan sesama. Melalui pendekatan ini, karakter positif dibentuk sejak usia dini secara menyenangkan dan alami, dengan dukungan penuh dari orang tua, guru, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This article seeks to analyze and describe the application of contingency leadership style in the educational institution of Taman Kalijaga Permai State Elementary School, Cirebon City. This study uses qualitative research through case studies by conducting in-depth interviews on the leadership of the Principal of Taman Kalijaga Permai State Elementary School, Cirebon City, by making the basic concepts of contingency leadership style, namely tasks, relationships, organizational structure. The results of this study were able to provide an increase in positive relationships between leaders and those led, able to increase motivation within employees in the work environment, and able to manage orders with other employees effectively and efficiently. There is comfort, increased work motivation due to self-awareness that grows from interactions made by leaders to colleagues, subordinates in their organization. Flexible, willing to learn and adaptable nature provides changes in environmental dynamics. The conclusion of this research is that leadership by applying the principles of contingency leadership is able to face various situations and challenges in an organization. The leadership performed recognizes the importance of adaptability, situation recognition, staff involvement, and continuous leadership development. The implication is that leaders who support these principles will be more successful in leading their institutions or organizations effectively. However, in its application, it is not absolute that this contingency leadership style can be applied in all situations and circumstances, because abnormal circumstances will require the leader to adjust his attitude in making the right decision. In that situation the leader will use an authoritative or transactional style to solve the problem to match expectations. Styles other than contingency are not dominant only at certain times. This indicates that the dominant contingency leadership style compared to other leadership styles shows the successful management of the institution or organization. This shows adaptability and awareness of the circumstances that occur, is the key to successful leadership that continues to change.Keyword : Leadership Implementation; Contingency Leadership; Islamic Education
