Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of intrapreneurship on theperformance of manufacturing companies in Tangerang. The population was managerof a manufacturing company in the province of Banten. This study developed andtested a theoretical model where the variable intrapreneurship shaped by factors ofinnovation, risk / uncertainty, risks / challenges, competitive energy, proactive andautonomy, and performance on financial performance variables, variables and variableproductivity growth and repair. Based on the questionnaire, which is selected usingpurposive sampling method of data obtained from a sample of 25 medium-sizedcompanies manufacturing in Tangerang. This study uses confirmatory analysis basedon structural equation modeling (SEM). This research model using AMOS 21.0. Theresults of this study revealed that intrapreneurship has a multidimensional structure.Innovation factors, risks / challenges, competitive and proactive energy can explainwell intrapreneurship. This model proved its effect on the growth and repair.Intrapreneurship affect the growth and repair. This study contributes to theoryhighlights the importance of intrapreneurship-forming factors and their effects in themodel. This is helpful for researchers looking for appropriate performance measuresand intrapreneurs aims to support their decisions and evaluate their performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis  persepsi para ulama, para tokoh ormas Islam dan akademisi terhadap perbankan syariah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan yaitu metode survey dan wawancara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif eksploratif Berdasarkan hasil penelitian persepsi para ulama, anggota ormas Islam dan kalangan akademisi terhadap bauran pemasaran (produk, promosi, harga, lokasi dan personal) perbankan syariah berbeda-beda. Para ulama  dan kalangan akademisi menilai bauran pemasaran yang dikembangkan oleh perbankan syariah sudah tepat. Sementara anggota ormas islam menilai bauran pemasaran yang dikembangkan oleh perbankan syariah masih kurang tepat. Perbedaan persepsi ini disebabkan karena adanya perbedaan pengalaman, peranan, minat dan kebutuhan serta tingkat keyakinan.Persepsi para ulama dan kalangan akademisi terhadap kesesuaian praktek perbankan syariah dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah adalah positif. Sedangkan anggota ormas islam menilai praktek perbankan syariah  tingkat kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah masih rendah. Perbedaan persepsi tersebut dimungkinkan karena kurangnya pengalaman, pengetahuan, minat dan kebutuhan terhadap produk-produk dan layanan perbankan syariah. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Ulama, Tokoh Ormas Islam, Akademisi, bauran pemasaran, prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

The objectives of the research is to study and to analyze empirically the influence of office channelling on third party deposits and return on assets in Indonesian sharia business unit. Third party deposits and return on assets are used as indicators of sharia business unit performance after opening new branchs through office channelling program. The research uses korelasional method.The number of sharia business units taken as samples in the research cover about 10 sharia business unit in Indonesia which already publicate theirs own financial statements separated from their conventional banks financial statements. The data were analyzed using Ordinary Least Square Method.The result show that, firstly, office channelling statistically significant influence third party deposits, but secondly, office channelling statistically insignificant influence return on assets. This unpredicted result shows that the increase of third party deposits through office channelling program not automatically could increase return on assets. We found that the sharia business unit couldn't yet opfimally response the increase of third party deposits. The increasing of third party deposits were not followed yet by the good atocafions of fund.Keywords : Office channelling, Third party deposits, Return on assets, Sharia business unit, Performance

Abstract

Salah satu kebutuhan dasar bagi manusia adalah pangan. Jika ketersediaan pangan relatif lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan maka akan menyebabkan ketidakstabilan ekonomi secara nasional. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menggali potensi sumber daya alam khususnya pangan yang terdapat di suatu daerah untuk diproduksi dan dikembangkan, misalnya pada Provinsi Banten yang mempunyai berbagai jenis pangan lokal salah satunya yaitu aren. Gula aren jahe sari kacang hijau telah berhasil diproduksi dan dianalisis kandungan nutrisinya melalui uji tingkat kesukaan produk dengan uji organoleptik, kadar air menggunakan metode mouisture analyzer, kadar abu menggunakan metode pemanasan, kadar protein menggunakan metode kjeldahl, kadar lemak menggunakan metode soxhlet, kadar gula menggunakan metode Luff Schoorl, dan aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan metode FRAP. Berdasarkan pengujian tersebut diperoleh kandungan nutrisi terbaik pada variasi gula aren jahe 70%:sari kacang hijau 30% dengan tingkat kesukaan yang paling tinggi dan hasil analisis yang hampir memenuhi SNI 01-4320-1996 tentang syarat mutu serbuk minuman tradisional yang memiliki kadar air 1,27%, kadar abu 1,35%, kadar protein 5,75%, kadar lemak 0,46%, kadar gula 97,54%, dan terbukti memiliki kandungan antioksidan, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai minuman kesehatan.

Abstract

Students as agents of change in society are required to take part in the halal certification program. The Socialization of Halal Product Process Assistance (PPH) for students is aimed at preparing halal volunteers and halal supervisors who help small and medium-sized businesses to obtain halal certification. The socialization activity was designed in three stages: introduction of halal certification, the flow of registration for filing halal certification, and simulation of preparing administration for filling halal certificates. All of instructors described clearly and providing problems that should be solved. The aim of this activity is to create halal volunteers or supervisors who can assist UMKM in applying for halal certificates.
