Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : (1) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. (3) Pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. (5) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. (6) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja. (7) Pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pada Biro Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Biro Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yang berjumlah 49 orang dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel secara sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. (3) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. (5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (6) Motivasi kerja tidak berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. (7) Motivasi kerja berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Lingkungan, Kemampuan, Motivasi, Kinerja.

Abstract

The performance of quality teachers can have a good impact on the realization of an educational institution. This study intends to analyze the principal's leadership style and the perception of certification on teacher performance through the intervention variable of achievement motivation in SMP Negeri SeKabupaten North Konawe. The population in this study were all teachers who were recorded to be active in North Konawe Regency, as many as 42 people. The population determination is by Cluster Area Random Sampling and continued by taking samples using the Slovin technique. The analytical tool used is Smart PLS software. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that leadership style has a good and big impact on teacher performance, leadership style has a good and big impact on achievement motivation, perceptions of certification have a good and big impact on teacher performance, perceptions of certification have a good and big impact on teacher performance and have a big impact on achievement motivation has a positive and significant impact on achievement motivation and has a good and large impact on teacher performance. Leadership style has a good and large impact on teacher performance. Cognition certification has a good and large impact on the performance of junior high school teachers in Oheo Street, North Conaway County Intervention Variables of Teacher Achievement Motivation by Country.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Budaya Organisasi dan Desain Pekerjaan Terhadap Komitmen Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra. Objek penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi dan Desain Pekerjaan Terhadap Komitmen Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap pada Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra sebanyak 37 karyawan. Adapun penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu jumlah sampel diambil dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi sebanyak 37 karyawan. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan sofware PLS (Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra; (2) Desain pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra; (3) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra; (4) Desain pekerjaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra; (5) Komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra; (6) Komitmen kerja memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra; dan (7) Komitmen kerja memediasi pengaruh desain pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sultra. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan dan menguji pengaruh kredit mikro terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro, menjelaskan dan menguji pengaruh agunan kredit terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro, menjelaskan dan menguji pengaruh capacity building terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro, menjelaskan dan menguji pengaruh kredit mikro, agunan kredit, dan capacity building secara simultan terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota UPK Kota Kendari sebanyak 10.391 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan proporsional sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 orang. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredit mikro berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro. agunan kredit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro, capacity building berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro. kredit mikro, agunan kredit dan capacity building secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro. Kata-kata Kunci : Kredit, Agunan, Capacity, Kinerja Keuangan

Abstract

This study examines and proves whether there is an effect of Dividend Per Share (DPS) in moderating the relationship between Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return on Equity (ROE) on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This type of research is associative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements. This data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method, namely descriptive statistical method used to analyze data for more than two research variables. To test the regression with moderating variables using the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) Test. Hypothesis testing used is t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). This study produced four findings as stated in the research hypothesis. First, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices. Second, Return on Equity (ROE) has no significant effect on stock prices. Third, the interaction variable Earning Per Share (EPS) with Dividend Per Share (DPS) is a moderating variable, so that DPS can strengthen the relationship between Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices. Fourth, the interaction variable Return On Equity (ROE) with Dividend Per Share (DPS) cannot strengthen the relationship of Return On Equity (ROE) to stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the income of TPF and credit distribution during the Covid-19 period at Bank BTN Kendari Branch. The object of this research is TPF Income and Credit Distribution during the Covid-19 Period at PT. Bank BTN Kendari Branch.The time of the study was carried out from April to June 2021. The results of the study show that: 1) Trends in the development of TPF (third party funds) at PT. The State Savings Bank Kendari Branch has increased from year to year with an average of Rp. 116,090,000,000 with an average growth of 13.46% per year. The development of TPF (third party funds) The development of TPF (third party funds) is due to an increase in demand deposits which each year increases in 2016-2020 and also increases in deposits and savings each year, 2) The trend of development of credit distribution at PT. The State Savings Bank Kendari Branch has increased from year to year with an average of Rp. 249,400,000,000 with an average growth of 14.41 percent per year. Credit distribution at the Kendari Branch of the State Savings Bank has increased due to the increase in DPK income each year. The higher the DPK income, the better or better the distribution of credit.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze and determine the effect of E-Money on the interest in using electronic money in the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Enam-Enam Kendari. The population in this study were students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Enam-Enam Kendari who were still actively studying, consisting of the 2018 class and the 2019 class, which totaled 901 students. The sample in this study was some students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Enam-Enam Kendari who are still actively studying, consisting of the 2018 and 2019 batches, totaling 90 students using the Slovin method. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The analytical tool used is simple Linear Regression. The results of the study state that knowledge of E-Money has a positive and significant effect on interest in using electronic money in students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Enam-Enam Kendari, meaning that the higher the knowledge of E-Money students, the interest in using it will also increase.
