Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas bantuan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan di Distrik Naukenjerai Kabupaten Merauke (studi kasus Kampung Kuler dan Tomer). Pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Informan atau sumber data dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive, yaitu Kepala Kampung, Sekretaris, Kaur, dan masyarakat (14 orang). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas bantuan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan di Distrik Naukenjerai Kabupaten Merauke (Studi Kasus Kampung Kuler dan Tomer) tidak dapat berjalan secara efektif dilihat dari beberapa indikator yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengukur efektivitas yakni : a) kebutuhan masyarakat yang berupa penyampai melalui aspirasi kepada pemerintah sangat efektif, b) bantuan pemberdayaan yang diberikan oleh pihak pemerintah maupun pihak lain kepada masyarakat lokal yang secara transparan masih kurang efektif, c) kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal masih di bahwa rata – rata kehidupan mereka sehingga dapat dikatakan kurang efektif, Kampung Kuler dan Tomer banyak bantuan – bantuan pemberdayaan yang diberikan oleh pihak pemerintah maupun pihak lain, tetapi tidak semua masyarakat lokal mendapatkan bantuan pemberdayaan itu, hanya diberikan secara KK maupun kelompok, namun belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat Kampung Kuler dan Tomer di Distrik Naukenjerai Kabupaten Merauke. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of local community empowerment assistance to improve welfare in the Naukenjerai District of Merauke Rcgeney (A Case Study of Kampung Kuler and Tomer) cannot be effectively seen lrom scvcral indicators used by researchers to measure cffectiveness namely: a) community needs in the form of conveyers through aspirations to the government it is very effective, b) empowerment assistance provided by the government and other parties to the local community which is transparently ineffective. c) the welfare of the local community is still below average for their lives so that it can be said to be less effective, Kampung Kulet and Tomer has a lot of assistance - empowerment assistance provided by the government and other parties, but not all local communities get empowerment assistance, it is only given in KK or in groups, but it cannot be utilized maximally by Kampung Kuler and Tomer community th the Naukenjerai District of MeraukeRegency. Abstract

This study was proposed to determine the effect of the special autonomy fund on the human development index in Merauke regency in 2011-2018. In this analysis, it used a simple linear regression analysis method. To process the data, it used the SPSS 20 programs. Based on the results of this study indicate that the special autonomy fund has increased in each fiscal year which in 2011 numbered 60.588.071.000 which means it was still low, which in 2012 and 2013 experienced an increase of 75.754.207.000 and while from 2014 to 2018 it increased by 102.513.472.000 and the mount of these fund is still stable until 2018 with a total of 102.513.472.000. And the human development index or the Merauke regency is fairly slow where in the last 8 years the average HDI growth rate of Merauke regency is only 0,55 points, (Human Development Index,2018). The results of this study provide the hypothesis conclusions drawn from Ha accepted and Ho rejected, namaly the special autonomy fund significantly influences the human development index in merauke regency. Abstract

ABSTRAK Suatu penelitian untuk mengetahui berapa tingkat pendapatan bersih pengusaha penggilingan padi dan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi para pengusaha penggilingan padi di Kampung Waninggap Miraf Kabupaten Merauke. populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 usaha dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian sebanyak 25 usaha. Alat analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan adalah analisis profitability: π=RT-TC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pengusaha penggilingan padi tidak memperoleh kerugian,hal ini di karenakan seluruh pengusaha penggilingan padi mempunyai biaya produksi yang di keluarkan dan mereka memperoleh penghasilan atau penerimaan cukup besar sehingga mereka memperoleh keuntungan. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Pengusaha Penggilingan Padi

Abstract

Abstract

.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan nelayan pengolah ikan asin dan menganalisis besar pendapatan yang nelayan pengolah ikan asin di pesisir pantai lampu satu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nelayan pengolah ikan asin di pesisir pantai lampu satu merauke, yaitu berjumlah 100 pengusaha dan sampelnya sebanyak 40 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan.Metode tersebut terdiri atas analysis pendapatan usaha dan analisis revenue cost ratio (R/C) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nelayan pengolah ikan asin di Pesisir Pantai Lampu Satu Merauke menguntungkan,dengan keuntungan rata –rata untuk usaha nelayan pengolah ikan asin yaitu sebesar Rp. 2.944.625, perbulan. Hasil analisis revenue cost ratio di Kota Merauke menguntungkan dengan rata – rata nilai R/C untuk nelayan pengolah ikan asin di Pesisir Pantai Lampu Satu Merauke yaitu sebesar 3. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Nelayan Pengolah Ikan Asin
