Abstract

The purpose of this study to learn the effect that career development can have on the satisfaction of work through self indulgence acy asan intering variable. The study is a quantitative approach with the sample taking technique using a total sampling of as many as 36 respondents who represent all pt. PLN ulp kurik employees. The source of data used in the study is primary and secondary data. The data-collection techniques used are observation, interviews, installations or questionnaires and documentaries. Data are processed using analysis techniques using research instruments (validity tests and recapabilities tests) and using stream analysis aided by statistical product and service solutions (SPSS). Research indicates (1) career development affects job satisfaction, (2) career development affects self literacy, (3) self advoacy affects work satisfaction, (4) career development affects work satisfaction through self literacy. The magnitude of the influence variable career development and self acy have on greater job satisfaction but there are still some other variables affecting the variables of job satisfaction

Abstract

TTantangan era society 5.0 semakin memperjelas bahwa keahlian akan sangat dibatasi oleh perkembangan teknologi baru, sehingga mendorong sumber daya manusia untuk dapat secara terus-menerus memperbaharui, melengkapi, dan memperluas lebih banyak pengetahuan untuk mendukung kinerja dalam organisasi. Di sisi yang lain, kinerja karyawan juga tergantung pada faktor individu dimana self efficacy dan trust dalam sebuah organisasi memegang peranan dalam peningkatan kinerja. Lebih lanjut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing self-efficacy, dan trust terhadap employee performance melalui quality of knowledge sharing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV Cabang Merauke yang berjumlalah 40 0rang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa employee performance sangat ditentukan oleh knowledge sharing self-efficacy, dan trust. Selain itu quality of knowledge sharing merupakan variabel yang memediasi pengaruh knowledge sharing self-efficacy, dan trust terhadap employee performance.

Abstract

The writing of this research article is done to see how big the factor of product diversity, place and sales promotion is on the purchasing decisions of UD Martabe customers on Jl Sultan Syarir Merauke. . The population in this study are those who are customers of UD Martabe. The sample is 100 respondents and the sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique. The types and sources of data used in this study are the types of primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and the provision of questionnaires or questionnaires. Researchers will perform data analysis techniques using research instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (T Test, F Test and Determination Test) using the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software.The results of the analysis show that the diversity of products, places and promotions has an influence that the independent variables in this case the variables of product diversity (X1), place/location (X2), and promotions (X3) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at UD Martabe Merauke. Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the indicators of work life quality among employees at the Airport Management Unit (UPBU) Class 1 Mopah Merauke. A qualitative approach was adopted by collecting data from semi-structured in- depth interviews with 12 civil servants representing the administration sub- section, the technical operations section, the flight security section, as well as the service  and  cooperation  section. The research findings indicate that the first determinant of work life quality is the opportunity to use and develop expertise. Skill development is an essential factor to ensure the safety and efficiency of employee work. Without the proper skills, operations could be hindered. The second indicator is the condition of a safe and comfortable work environment. Safety and health are the top priorities at the airport. The third indicator is constitutionalism within the work organization. Legal protection and employees' rights are crucial, especially in a highly structured and high-risk environment like the airport. The other four indicators, although not primary, can influence employee job satisfaction at the airport, especially if the other factors are already satisfied. The results of this study provide valuable insights into the challenges faced by employees at UPBU and offer recommendations for further improvement.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the community's understanding and skills in cultivating vegetables using MGorS (Microgreen or Sprout) technology at the ABBA Orphanage and Annajah Yamra Islamic Boarding School, Merauke Regency. Considering the increasing use of chemicals in conventional agriculture which have the potential to contaminate harvests, this activity was carried out to provide a solution by prioritizing healthy and sustainable cultivation techniques. Through socialization, training, planting and maintenance, evaluation, and coaching, participants are guided in two important aspects: production and management. The evaluation results showed that the ABBA Orphanage scored 75 in its ability to produce vegetables independently. At the same time, the Annajah Yamra Islamic Boarding School managed to achieve a score of 80. Although both partners achieved targets in several aspects, there was a lack of understanding regarding sustainability in cultivation. Recommendations for additional training and mentoring in the field are proposed to improve learning and future application of MGorS technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Merauke yang berjumlah 102 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan ialah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji instrument dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, Uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompensasai secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, (2) pengembangan karir secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kompensasi dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penulisan karya ilmiah dengan melakukan sitasi akurat penting untuk dikuasai oleh mahasiswa sebagai wujud menjaga etika penulisan karya ilmiah. Namun, faktanya masih sedikit mahasiswa yang menggunakan aplikasi sitasi berbasis teknologi dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi sitasi, salah satunya adalah aplikasi Mendeley, karena aplikasi ini salah satu aplikasi sitasi yang mudah digunakan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman mengenai aplikasi Mendeley, organisasi referensi, kesadaran plagiarism, dan kualitas sitasi pada mahasiswa sebagai upaya peningkatan kemampuan sitasi karya ilmiah mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan langsung berupa materi dan praktik penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan secara efektif meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai aplikasi Mendeley, organisasi referensi, kesadaran plagiarism, dan kualitas sitasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat dilakukan secara terus menerus dengan target berbeda, mengingat kemampuan ini tidak terintegrasi dalam kurikulum atau mata kuliah tertentu
