Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel persepsi tingkat penghindaran tujuan, persepsi kekacauan dan persepsi pengalaman masa lalu yang negatif terhadap penghindaran iklan internet. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dengan cara teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pelanggan yang telah sering menggunakan internet. Sementara itu, data diambil dengan menggunakan teknik convenience method. Terdapat 190 kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden tetapi hanya 184 kuesioner yang digunakan untuk analisis. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model dengan metode PLS aplikasi program Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi tingkat penghindaran tujuan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penghindaran iklan internet. Namun persepsi pengalaman masa lalu yang negatif dan persepsi kekacauan tidak signifikan terhadap penghindaran iklan internet.Kata kunci: persepsi tingkat penghindaran tujuan, persepsi kekacauan, persepsi pengalaman masa lalu yang negatif dan penghindaran iklan internet

Abstract

This research aims to test m-banking user readiness to utilize m-banking services and to test the effects of perceived service quality variable and satisfaction with m-banking services as the variable mediating relationship between the of m-banking user readiness and the sustainable intention to reuse m-banking services. Variables being controlled in this research were gender and education level. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents determined by means of a purposive sampling technique, namely customers that have frequently used m-banking services. Meanwhile, the data were drawn by means of a convenience method. There were 110 exemplars of questionnaire distributed to the respondents but only 92 exemplars were used for analysis.            A Structural Equation Model was used to analyze the data by means of a PLS alternative method aided by an application program of SmartPLS. The M-banking user readiness and perceived service quality variables were tested using a second order factor approach, meanwhile the other variable, namely satisfaction with m-banking services and sustainable intention to reuse m-banking services were tested using a first order factor approach.            Results of the analysis showed that the m-banking user readiness had a positive and significant relation to the sustainable intention to reuse m-banking services. The relation would be more robust when it was mediated by the perceived service quality. The use of a control variable over the m-banking user readiness did not exert a significant effect on the readiness of users and did not change the relation between the variables.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat (Mitra) yang memiliki usaha dan berpotensi untuk berkembang namun memiliki berbagai kendala. Kendala tersebut antara lain harga bahan baku yang fluktuatif, kapasitas produksi yang masih terbatas, kerapian dan pengemasan produk, belum adanya ijin PIRT, belum dilakukannya kegiatan pembukuan usaha, serta pemasaran yang masih terbatas.Dengan adanya pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini, kendala-kendala tersebut bisa diatasi. Bahan baku yang fluktuatif serta kapasitas produksi yang terbatas diatasi dengan pengadaan alat pengaduk jenang yang dapat memacu peningkatan volume produksi sehingga biaya produksi dapat ditekan. Usaha peningkatan kualitas dan penentuan desain kemasan yang mampu menambah value dari produk dilakukan dengan mengadakan pelatihan, sehingga produknya layak untuk dijualkan melalui toko oleh-oleh yang ada di Yogyakarta. Sedangkan untuk kerapian produk diatasi dengan pengadaan alat mesin pencetak dan pemotong jenang. Hal ini ditujukan agar produk yang dihasilkan rapi dan memiliki berat bersih yang sama. Mengenai kendala pembukuan dan perijinan PIRT dilakukan pendampingan agar Mitra mampu memiliki ijin usaha dan bisnisnya terbukukan dengan baik. Untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dilakukan system pemasaran yang memanfaatkan social media, agar jangkauan pasarnya lebih luas.

Abstract

This research have purpose to finding the direct influence between price perceptions, online reviews, and online promotions on the online purchase intention of Erigo products. In addition, gender variable testing is also carried out as a moderation. The data used was primary data from 230 respondents to students in Yogyakarata. The research used quantitative analysis methods using Likert-scale instruments. And than, used Structural Equation Modeling analysis tools using SmartPLS 3.0 for Measurement Model and Structural Model testing. The results of the analysis find the influence of variables of price perception and promotion on online purchase intentions. Meanwhile, online reviews have no effect on online purchase intentions. As for after moderation testing, only the relationship between price perception and purchase intention was significantly moderated by gender. These findings offer implications for marketers to pay attention to product pricing to match price and quality and be able to show product quality signals. Finally in the conclusion section are shown the implications, limitations and future direction of the study

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan untuk mendukung pendapatan ekonomi rumah tangga, terutama saat kondisi pandemi covid-19. Dengan adanya program desa preneur diharapakan UMKM desa dengan pendekatan kewirausahaan dapat memiliki kemampuan untuk mengubah potensi menjadi sumber kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan. Adapun masalah UMKM adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan terkait inovasi pengambangan dan pemasaran produk, sehingga produk yang saat ini sudah ada susah untuk dipasarkan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi kepada UMKM dalam rangka pemulihan ekonomi desa preneur. Solusi permasalahan dilakukan melalui kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan kurasi produk dan digital marketing. Metode penyampaian melalui kegiatan luring berupa ceramah, diskusi, dan pelatihan dimana kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 pelaku UMKM desa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UMKM menjadi mempunyai pengetahuan dan keterampilan tambahan dalam aspek produksi dan pemasaran produk. Namun demikian, UMKM masih perlu meningkatkan kualitas produk karena masih rendahnya UMKM yang mempunyai legalitas berupa ijin usaha maupun ijin edar produk yaitu baru sebesar 47% dan promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between digital influences and consumer perceived emotional value in driving slow fashion purchases in Indonesia, an underexplored context in existing research. By examining the effects of online promotions, personalized recommendations, content marketing, social reviews, and perceived price-quality on consumer behavior, this research provides novel insights into effective marketing strategies for sustainable products. Empirical analysis validates the significant role of emotional value in shaping purchase intentions, with personalized recommendations and content marketing emerging as critical drivers. However, online promotions, social reviews, and perceived price-quality were found to have insignificant impacts on emotional value. These findings suggest that while online promotions and perceived price-quality are important, their impact on emotional value may be limited without integration with other strategies. This research uniquely contributes by highlighting specific digital and emotional factors that influence consumer behavior towards slow fashion products, supporting the development of more effective and targeted sustainable marketing strategies. This article could potentially be used for a broader exploration of the long-term impacts of these influences and provide a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior in different contexts.

Abstract

The issue of accuracy in completing work by employees often receives less attention, even though the Company has improved its work services so as to achieve user and employee satisfaction. This study focuses on the impact of export service quality, and punctuality on employee Job Performance of X Freight Forwarding Company. This research approach used a Quantitative method. Flowcharts was used to illustrate the export service process carried out by freight forwarding employees. Quantitative methods were used to test hypotheses using Smart PLS 4.1.1.2 software. The selection of sample criteria was based on purposive sampling, with an equal number of employees, namely 23 men and 23 women in the export service department. Meanwhile, primary data was collected from 46 employees through accidental sampling using a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire. The observation found that the export service work of freight forwarding X involves coordination between the exporter, freight forwarding, and shipping. The process starts from booking ship space and submitting documents such as Shipping Instructions to issuing Delivery Order and completing export documents such as Notice of Export of Goods (PEB), and Master Bill of Lading (MBL), which has the potential to cause Job Performance or dissatisfaction. Freight forwarding functions as an intermediary. The findings of the quantitative analysis show that timeliness in completing work has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance, while the Job Quality of freight forwarding employees does not affect Job Performance. Path coefficients Moderated Mediation Analysis (MGA) results found statistically significant differences in the effect of Timeliness on Job Performance between Male and Female groups.
