Abstract

Students at SMAIT Harapan Umat was that the level of critical thinking of students was still low, which can be seen from the activeness of asking questions during learning, the inactivity of students during discussions. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of lesson study in improving critical thinking through sharing tasks and jumping tasks for students of SMA IT Harapan Umat. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the study show that it has a positive impact on teachers, students, schools, has the effectiveness of other people's results and responses, the effectiveness of learning using sharing tasks and jumping tasks, the effectiveness of Learning Reflection in Lesson Study Improving the Quality and Collaboration of Teachers. The conclusion of the study shows that overall, activities to improve critical thinking skills through Sharing Task and Jumping Task learning in the Lesson Study of SMAIT Harapan Umat have a positive impact.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan untuk mendukung pendapatan ekonomi rumah tangga, terutama saat kondisi pandemi covid-19. Dengan adanya program desa preneur diharapakan UMKM desa dengan pendekatan kewirausahaan dapat memiliki kemampuan untuk mengubah potensi menjadi sumber kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan. Adapun masalah UMKM adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan terkait inovasi pengambangan dan pemasaran produk, sehingga produk yang saat ini sudah ada susah untuk dipasarkan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi kepada UMKM dalam rangka pemulihan ekonomi desa preneur. Solusi permasalahan dilakukan melalui kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan kurasi produk dan digital marketing. Metode penyampaian melalui kegiatan luring berupa ceramah, diskusi, dan pelatihan dimana kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 pelaku UMKM desa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UMKM menjadi mempunyai pengetahuan dan keterampilan tambahan dalam aspek produksi dan pemasaran produk. Namun demikian, UMKM masih perlu meningkatkan kualitas produk karena masih rendahnya UMKM yang mempunyai legalitas berupa ijin usaha maupun ijin edar produk yaitu baru sebesar 47% dan promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kesuksesan sebuah bisnis. Salah satu alasan mengapa strategi pemasaran penting agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Strategi pemasaran yang baik dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan produk atau layanan. Dengan menargetkan pasar yang tepat dan menyampaikan pesan yang persuasif, dapat mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Desa Wisata Tlatar Kandangan merupakan desa yang terletak di Kabupaten Sleman, salah satu komoditas hasil pertanian adalah buah salak dan beberapa produk olahan dari buah salak, untuk itu perlu strategi pemasaran dalam penjualan produk-produk tersebut dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, dosen memberikan beberapa pelatihan strategi pemasaran untuk Ibu-Ibu PKK di Desa Wisata Tlatar Kandangan, dengan tujuan agar penjualan hasil komoditas dan produk olahan dapat terus meningkat. UNMAHA telah bermitra dengan Desa Wisata Tlatar Kandangan dalam kegiatan tri dharma, salah satu kegiatan yaitu Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Suasana Desa Wisata Tlatar Kandangan yang sejuk dan asri dengan pemandangan khas dataran tinggi dikelilingi tanaman salak menambah keindahan desa tersebut. Untuk itu diperlukan pendampingan dalam rangka pengembangan potensi di Desa Wista Tlatar Kandangan, salah satunya pengembangan produk hasil olahan masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are successes achieved by students in the learning process which are manifested in the form of numbers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect influence of digital literacy, technological equipment on learning outcomes through learning motivation. Quantitative research using questionnaires as a data collection instrument. The population was 178 students majoring in MPLB at SMK N Business Management in Semarang City. The sample size was 123 students using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis, and sobel tests. The results show digital literacy, technological equipment, learning motivation directly affect learning outcomes. Digital literacy does not have a direct effect on learning motivation, technology equipment has a direct effect on learning motivation. Digital literacy does not indirectly affect learning outcomes through learning motivation, technological equipment indirectly affects learning outcomes through learning motivation. The conclusion is the role of learning motivation in educating digital literacy and technological equipment is partial mediation. The advice in this study is for students to be able to motivate themselves in improving digital literacy in facing an independent learning curriculum to improve learning outcomes.
