Abstract

ABSTRACT This study attempts to analyze and describe the work ethic of the korsa (esprit de corps) warrior's soul in carrying out the duties and functions of the Indonesian Navy submarine education unit at Kodiklatal Surabaya. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research. The research suggestions used are qualitative suggestions. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. Respect between soldiers and superiors as well as other unit members has been done well. Respectfully agreed upon through good cooperation, upholding the oath of soldiers and Trisillas of the Indonesian Navy and the sultanate of clans. The factor of competition against the army work ethic that is less than optimal is the understanding of soldiers on work ethos in the military environment is still lacking, soldiers lack the ability to develop ethos, still contain less disciplined soldiers as well as an inhibiting factor to develop work ethic in their company. Then as a supporting factor, there is a warrior guide regarding the korsa (esprit de corps) soul continuously. Keywords: work ethic, korsa (esprit de corps) soul, duties and functions

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the general description of the Pasuruan UPTPK; analyze the implementation of prospective labor force training based on Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Regulation No. 8 of 2014; what factors are supporting and inhibiting; what strategies are carried out in competency-based training for prospective workers. This research was conducted with a qualitative method approach. The technique of data collection is done by interview techniques (in-depth interviews). The results showed that the Pasuruan UPTPK was a work training institution under the Manpower and Transmigration Office of East Java Province; Competency-based training carried out in Planning, Implementation and Evaluation has been running well and in accordance with Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Regulation No. 8 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Competency Based Training; supporting factors: strategic location, availability of sufficient training facilities, instructors who are competent in their field, availability of funds for training, training programs in accordance with SKKNI; inhibiting factors: lack of labor and funds to identify training needs, training programs are still national in nature, lack of practical facilities / infrastructure. The strategy undertaken is to assign instructors, conduct third party cooperation, submit funds to the center or region. Keywords: competency, competency-based training, workforce

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out, analyze and discuss events that occurred in UBJ's PLTU Rembang Operation & Maintanance (O & M) Business Unit which had an impact on casualties, asset damage, production / financial loss, influence of the use of UBJ O & M Rembang PLTU. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative methods. This research was conducted at PT. Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali Business Unit for Operation and Maintenance Services (O & M) of Rembang PLTU. The results of the research related to the adequacy of infrastructure / SOPs are good, but there are still those who oppose management related to employee discipline in the application of SOPs, factors of work supervision, and human resources are still lacking. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study and describe work conditions, distributive justice, organizational commitment and employee satisfaction, analyze work attitudes, distributive justice and organizational commitment related simultaneously to the significance of employee satisfaction, and improve work relations, distribution, and organizational commitment with partial significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is quantitative explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Bojonegoro Regency who received 35 people. The results of the study show partially the variables of work attitude, distributive justice and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously work attitudes, distributive justice and significant organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the perception of training, work attitude, motivation and quality of human resources. And then to analyze the influences of perception of training, work attitude and motivation both partially and simultaneously on human resources quality at Radulotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro Ponpes Foundation. The type of this research is explanatory research and the population in this study is all employees of the Foundation Ponpes Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro with the number of employees as many as 35 people. The results showed that the condition of training perception, work attitude, motivation and quality of human resources at the Foundation Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro Ponpes in good category. The perception of training, work attitude and motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the quality of human resources. Perception of training, work attitude and motivation partially have a significant influence on the quality of human resources. The perception of training has a dominant influence on the quality of human resources at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro Ponpes Foundation. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is 1) To describe about managerial ability, service quality, teaching ability and education quality, 2) To find out whether managerial capability, service quality and teaching ability have simultaneous influence to the education quality, 3) To find out whether managerial skills, service quality and teaching ability have partial influence on improving the quality of education, 4) To know which variable between managerial ability, service quality and teaching ability have dominant influence to of education quality. The results showed that simultaneously, managerial ability, service quality, and teaching ability simultaneously have a significant influence on the quality of education. Partially, managerial ability, service quality and partial teaching ability have a significant influence on the quality of education. Service quality has dominant effect to the of education quality in Madrasah Aliyah Al Falah Kec. Pasen Kab. Pamekasan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find and describe the condition of the 2013 curriculum, educator's ability, educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. To test and analyze curriculum variables, educators and facilities either partially or simultaneously to the quality of education in SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. The number of population in this research is all teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro which guilty 37 people. In this research the analysis technique used is simple linear regression with the help of tool using SPSS program. The results of the 2013 curriculum data analysis, the ability of educators and practical facilities in general and simultaneously for education at SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro.
