Abstract

ABSTRACTRegent’ leadership in Wonosobo Regency is taking attention of Indonesian people broadly a lot. Being a Vice Regent collaborating with Trimawan Nugrohadi, Abdul Kholiq Arief then succeeded defeating his Regent in Pemilukada in Wonosobo Regency in 2005. It does not stop there, the next period in 2010, Abdul Kholiq Arief succeeded to maintain his position. His leadership stole many people’s attention by succeeding to get award as The Best Regent in 2012.Method that is used in this research is quantitative method. This is based on measuring society’s perceive towards Abdul Kholiq Arief’s leadership. Furthermore, this method is regarded exact because in this research, the researcher measured satisfaction level, and social effectiveness toward Abdul Kholiq Arief’s leadership.Abdul Kholiq Arief’s leadership that takes attention a lot of people out of Wonosobo Regency, in fact, it does not give the significat impact for broadly people. There are so many problems have been handled, however there are still problems felt by Wonosobo people. Matter of road infrastructure is still be a main problem left which have not handled yet. Some awards have been got by Abdul Kholiq Arief also do not change social prosperity generally.Keywords : Perceive, Leadership, Wonosobo.

Abstract

This research arranged to understand about influence of family, school, and communityfigure to forming of political orientation in Sedulur Sikep Community. Trough politicalsocialization, people developing attitude and orientation to political life which take place in thesociety. In this research, the most influental political socialization’s agents in the traditionalcommunity are family, school, and community figure. This research using quantitativeapproachwith explanatory research type. Data gathered from questionnaire which population are SedulurSikep community in Baturejo Vilage,Pati District, with number 1050person. Scale that used areordinal scale. Respondent choosen by Multistage Random Sampling technique, the result is 64respondent. Then, in the data analisis will using software SPSS 16.0.The result of the research are, family, school, and community figure have influence toforming of political orientation in Sedulur Sikep community inBaturejo Village, Pati district.Family(X1) with political organization (Y)have strong relationship with efeciency correlation0,624; school (X2) with political orientation (Y)have relatively strong relationship withefeciencycorrelation 0,466; community figure (X3) with political orientation (Y)have relativelystrongrelationship with eficiency correlation 0,466;and family, school, and community figuretogetherhave influence with the forming of political orientation in Sedulur Sikep community  Keyword = Influence, Political Socialization, Political Orientation.

Abstract

Political socialization is a process of inculcating political orientation throughpolitical socialization agents to an individual. In the present study, these socializationagencies are independent variables (X) namely, Family (X1), School (X2) and SocialMedia (X3) which have relationship to the political orientation which is thedependent variable (Y).The purpose of this study is to know how the influence of Family, School andSocial Media on the formation of political orientation of high school students in thecity of Semarang. This research uses quantitative approach with explanatoryresearch type. The sampling procedure uses probability sampling. Data wereobtained through questionnaires containing 25 questions distributed to respondentswhere the population is high school students in Semarang, with N = 191 students.The scale used is the ordinal scale. Furthermore, in the data analysis performed withcomputer program SPSS 16.0.The results of this study are Family, School and Social Media have aninfluence on the formation of political orientation high school students in the city ofSemarang. Family (X1) with political orientation (Y) has a strong enoughrelationship with correlation coefficient 0.490; School (X2) with political orientation(Y) has a strong enough relationship with correlation coefficient 0.594; Social media(X3) with political orientation (Y) has a strong enough relationship with correlationcoefficient 0.467; And families, schools, and social media together have a significantinfluence on the formation of political orientation.Keywords: Political socialization agent, Political orientation

Abstract

Abstrack Indonesian Workers pregnant and having childs problems continues to occur each year, along with sending Indonesian workers to destination countries. Worker’s child who takes home are vulnerable to human trafficking issues, many irresponsible people take advantage from the problem, because workers are embarassed to bring the child back to their hometown and it will be a disgrace for them. Sometimes the child is lefted when they just arrived at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport or killed by his own mother. In addition, many of the children who suffer from disorders, mental and physical disabilities. The government is considered less responsive and have not been up to handle the problem or create a policy to prevent migrant workers affected by these problems, marked by continuing reccurence of similar cases every year. Children Care Home for Indonesian Workers or RPATKI is an NGO which is presented in the community to help Indonesian Workers and worker’s child labor. As the shelter and helping the whole process until workers and worker’s child issue is resolved. Uniquely in Indonesia, RPATKI is the only NGO that takes care of and concerned about migrant woekres and child labor migrants. The author takes research on RPATKI because problems of labor migrants and having a child is a real problem and always repeated every year. Along with sending workers abroad and not many people care about the issue when Indonesian workers is one of the heroes of foreign exchange and the marginalized. The research used qualitative research method by using descriptive analytical type. The object of this research is a NGO which is RPATKI and Indonesian workers who are pregnant and have children. The results showed that RPATKI has a role of protection and empowerment role. RPATKI driving factor is the amount of public support both moreal and material, and fill the void role of the state and keep continue to assist migran workers and caring these children to be independent. However, RPATKI also have factors that inhibit them is the closure of Selapajang Return Hall of Indonesian Workers at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport it makes the workers who returned to Indonesia with pregnant and having a child condition is difficult to be monitored because not all of migrant workers have the insight and sufficient information regarding of RPATKI or institution that can help the problems of migrant workers, and lack of coordination, support and good cooperation between NGOs and relevant government authorities. RPATKI have a relationship with the government agency which is BNP2TKI as manifested by the memorandum of understanding entered into between both institutions in supporting RPATKI programs. Abstract

ABSTRACTIn order to perform perspective legislative members, political party mustapply strict system on recruitment. It is also important in order to perform publicofficials who have capability.According to Arend Lijphart political party consolidation happens withinsocial gangs in the society. Political party also recruits cadres in order to beparticipated in the election. Also recruitment held by political party is veryimportant to select best cadres for executive offices. This function can bemeasured to identify political party performances within democratic country.The research use descriptive qualitative method where data get frominterview and document.Based on the findings of the field, in accordance with the Decree No. 061 /TAP / DPP / III / 2013, the PDI-Struggle in recruiting cadres prioritize legislativecandidates from the party of structural board began PAC levels to DPD as a toppriority the recruitment and incumbent or legislative candidates who already holdlegislative seats in Central Java Provincial Parliament.Result show that Indonesia Democratic Party Struggle in local area refersto SK No. 061 / TAP / DPP / III / 2013 on reality legislative member candidateshowever, the letter is tactical and it is possible for improvisation in thisrecruitment.Key Words: Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle in Central Java, Legislatives Candidate, Recruitment System

Abstract

ABSTRACTChange in political officer recruitment system of indirect election system makes political space becoming more competitive. In the context of political parliament recruitment there are some symptoms that are not conducive for the process of democratic development. First, the proportional electoral system has perpetuated the dominance of oligarchs in the recruitment process. Second, the recruitment process does not take place in an open and participatory way. Third, the recruitment process does not built a good relationship between political parties and civil society. Fourth, the electoral process and the recruitment process works in the context of a less educated and critical “floating mass”. These symptoms indicate the complicated problems in political recruitment towards a democratic political order in parliament mainly occur in the recruitment of candidates at the local level. These symptoms are attracting authors to conduct a study focusing on the recruitment of candidates of the Golkar Party in the Central Java Provincial Parliament from 2014 to 2019 period.The method of this thesis using qualitative research methods. The location of this research is located in the office of Central Java Golkar Party DPD. The informants in this research is the chairman of the Central Java Golkar Party DPD, administrators Central Java DPD Golkar Party and Golkar Party Candidates of DPRD Central Java Province. The results showed that the recruitment of the Golkar party has been run according to Surat Keputusan DPP Partai Golkar Nomor. KEP-227/DPP/Golkar/1/2013. In the assessment process of legislative candidates there is an element of subjectivity because there are no clear parameters related to standard size ratings.Therefore, the researchers suggest that the Golkar Party has a detailed  standard for legislative candidates political recruitment and more transparent in setting those candidates in order to improve the the quality of the candidates themselves. Key words: Golkar Party, Legislative Election 2014, Political Recruitment.

Abstract

Public participation is an indicator of the quality of democracy. One of theinstruments of democracy is elections. Direct the General Election is an attempt toencourage the participation of people who are pioneering the way towards thedevelopment of regional autonomy. The number of direct participation in the electionGrobogan from period to period are likely unstable. Grobogan regent held the firstelection in 2006, and the governor election in 2008. Voter participation rates in regentelection in 2006 and 2011 no more than 70%, while the participation rate in thegubernatorial election Grobogan from 2008 and lower in 2013 ie 50.64% and46.15%.The purpose of this study to determine differences in the level of participationon Election 2011 and Election Kab.Grobogan Central Java in 2013, also to comparethe extent of involvement of community participation in Kab.Grobogan in Election2011 and Election Kab.Grobogan Central Java in 2013 in Kab.Grobogan. The methodof approach used in this study is a survey research. The collection of primary dataobtained through a questionnaire through the study of literature as well as theprocessing and analysis of data in the form of quantitative methods.From the research, it is known that the majority of respondents have greatervoting behavior on Pilbup 2011 are 72%, whereas in 2013 only 44% pilgub. This wasdue to more direct Pilbup Grobogan concerning public welfare. Differences Pilbupvoter turnout in 2011 with Governor Election 2013 can also be seen from theproximity factor, in addition to the 47% of respondents argued Pilbup voting in 2011as a candidate interested in the figure and as much as 18% due to the advice ofreligious leaders / community.Researchers concluded that there are differences in the level of communityparticipation in the election regents and governors election. Judging from some of thevariables, namely the level of education, administrative reasons not listed in the DPT,attachment figure and pilgub pilbup candidates, as well as rural areas or districts oforigin.Keywoord : General Election, Voter Participation, Grobogan.

Abstract

The National Work Standardization System is a community empowerment facilitator as well as a set standard for assessing the skills and skills of the workforce to be relevant to competency-based needs and able to compete globally. The National Standardization of Working System covering in training, apprenticeship, certification of labour which has been listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower Number 5 of 2012.The purpose of this research is to know how Implementation of Regulation of Minister of Manpower Number 5 of 2012 which refers to National Work Standard System at Semarang Labour Training Center as well as any factors that support and inhibit the success of the effective national working standard system. This research uses qualitative method to describe how the training activity of Indonesian Workers in Semarang Training Center of Semarang in terms of labor and trainer instructor by using theory of implementation study and public policy as research guideline.Based on the Research Result that the Implementation of National Work Standardization System in the training of Workers at Semarang Training Center of Semarang runs less effective because of collision in the convoluted communicationbecause of the many levels of long bureaucracy and lack of discipline of his attitude in every policy actors so not all The workforce has the ability to be competent in accordance with the syllabus that has been set in the Regulation of Minister of Employment Number 5 of 2012. But in terms of facilities, funding, and the allocation of training time with the curriculum can be said to be effective implementation. Suggestion given for the quality improvement of worker trainingprogram at Semarang Labour Training Center is the need to do strictly instructor sorting with competent foreign language skills test so that instructors who train the workforce are not only  ex-Labour who are competent but Also a person who has the ability to teach so that the workforce is really effective in carrying out the training and their ability can be in accordance with the National Standardized Working System in the set.  Keywords:  Implementation, Regulation of the Minister of Manpower,               National Work Standardization System, Training, Manpower.

Abstract

Based by the phsycally construction condotions of Kajen’s market is in capable toaccommodate the traders number, so that it could be required an improvement being atraditional market which is clean and secure. The problem is : Why the revitalization policiesof Kajen’s market on its implementation raises problems? What factors are underlying theemergence of problems in the policy ?This research used the evaluation theory of public policy and strenght, weakness,opportunity, and threat (SWOT) analysis technique for analyzing about the revitalizationpolicies of Kajen’s market. The object of this research are Kajen’s market, Departement ofIndustry and Trade, Cooperation and Micro Small Medium Enterprise, Law Division inSecretariat of Pekalongan Regency, Regional Legislative Assembly in Pekalongan Regencyand PT. Tika Jaya.The results show that the revitalization policies are opposed by traders because thedevelopment of Kajen’s Market was slow, the old traders are not given priority in distributionof stall, loose strategic, and determining the appropriate assistance for traders. Abstract

Abstract Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla was one candidate for president and vice president in the last presidential election in 2014. Joko Widodo - Jusuf Kalla promoted by a coalition of several parties calling itself Koalisi Indonesia Hebat. In the las presidential election the victory obtained by this couple. But in some areas there are unique things that need to be studied more deeply. Kecamatan Pondok Melati is one of the 12 subdistricts included in the administrative map of Kota Bekasi. In the last presidential election in 2014 Kecamatan Pondok Melati be the only one in Kota Bekasi couples the ordinal number of 2 Joko Widodo - Jusuf Kalla ahead of couples the ordinal number of 1 Prabowo - Hatta. Although only a narrow lead, the number of votes of Joko Widodo - Jusuf Kalla reached 35 050 votes (50.63%) while the couples the ordinal number of 1 Prabowo - Hatta only get 34 176 (49.37%) votes. This victory did not escape from the figures and the popularity of Joko Widodo, moreover, the majority of people Kecamatan pondok melati is urban people for a living, schools, etc. in the Jakarta area. The geographical condition of the District of Pondok Melati directly adjacent to Jakarta. Another factor is coming from an external figure of a Joko Widodo. In Kecamatan Pondok Melati the mass base of the PDI Perjuangan than that in the Kecamtan Pondok Melati also have local political figures. The political machine created by local political leaders to work in total in securing the base and also get maximum results in your opponent's base.
