Abstract

Abstract:. The contribution of physics instruction in the schools to face the ASEAN Economic Community can be realized by applying the instruction model that focus on the theoretical approach and practical approach. OPEK Physics instruction model is the instruction model based on  practical approach by stimulating the practical skills of students. This study aims to examine the effect of the use of OPEK Physics instruction model on temperature and heat material to increase practical skill of the high school students. This study was conducted at SMAN 7 Yogyakarta by using pretest-posttest control group design. Practical skill  of students are measured by tests and observations sheet. The results of this study is that there is a significant difference in the improvement of practical skill of the students who are taught by using OPEK Physics instruction model those who are taught not by using this intruction model.   Abstrak: Kontribusi pembelajaran fisika di sekolah dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN dapat diwujudkan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang mengedepankan pendekatan teoritis dan pendekatan praktik. Model pembelajaran OPEK Fisika merupakan model pembelajaran yang berbasis pendekatan praktik dengan menstimulus practical skill siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran OPEK Fisika pada materi suhu dan kalor terhadap peningkatan practical skill siswa SMA. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 7 Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Practical skill  siswa diukur dengan tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan practical skill yang signifikan antara siswa yang dibimbing dengan model pembelajaran OPEK Fisika dan siswa yang tidak menggunakan model tersebut.

Abstract

Tourism is one sector that affects economic growth. High economic growth is expected to provide a trickle-down effect on the development process in an area through the expansion of job opportunities, increasing the income level of the community so that it can ultimately reduce the poverty level. This research uses Mixed Method Research. The reason the researcher chooses this method is because using quantitative and qualitative approaches simultaneously (combined) can provide a better understanding of the research problem than being used separately. The results showed that tourist visits and the number of restaurants partially had no significant effect on the economic growth of Gunung Kidul Regency. This is influenced by the time series data used are still in the short term, the number of tourist objects partially has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Gunung Kidul Regency.

Abstract

Stunting is condition where toddler experience abnormal growth. Many elements cause toddler born with stunting condition, start from candidate manten who doesn't guard health, home and environment, water source used every day, intake nutrition, pattern nurturing, and knowledge about child growth. This study use qualitative approach. Locus research in Kapanewon Gendangsari. Object study this are 10 toddlers who have the potential for stunting. These toddlers were chosen as the object of research because they reffered to quantitative data released by the Gunungkidul District Health office in 2021. Data collection techniques were interviews. The data processing technique use d is qualitative data analysis including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and coclusions. There are several toddlers who are concluded to have the potential for stunting based on the indicators set by the government. At their age, the toddlers have a height below the standard set by the Regulation of The Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesian. The reasons why the toddlers are at risk of stunting is inferred because of lack of literacy of understanding of stunting, its causes, and how to prevent it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan instrumen valid dalam mengukur persepsi mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah Statistika, dan mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Agroteknologi Universitas Gunung Kidul terhadap Mata Kuliah Statistika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Agroteknologi Universitas Gunung Kidul semester III tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dan 2023/2024 sejumlah 38 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non-tes berupa angket. Analisis data pada pengujian instrumen angket menggunakan analisis Rasch Model dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Winstep versi 5.6.4.0. Data persepsi dianalisis dengan teknik Statistika Deskriptif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat 15 instrumen valid untuk mengukur persepsi mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah Statistika; dan persepsi mahasiswa Agroteknologi Universitas Gunung Kidul terhadap mata kuliah Statistika termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the opportunities for prospective new students who will enroll in state higher education study programs, both PTN Academic, PTN Vocational, and PT Keagamaan Islam Negeri through ratios or comparisons of capacity and number of applicants for a study program based on region and type of tertiary institution. all study programs in Indonesia. The analysis was carried out using the Python programming language with the involvement of the Numpy, Pandas and MatPlotLib libraries. The analysis process carried out starts from data scrapping, data cleaning, data transformation, and data sorting. The results of the research show that there are 10 study programs with the most interest, namely the Criminology Study Program (University of Indonesia), Communication Sciences (UNJ), Informatics Engineering (Unpad), Informatics Engineering Education (UNY), Digital Business (UNS), Information Systems and Technology ( UNJ), Communication Science (Unpad), Medicine (UGM), Communication Science (UGM), and Communication Science (UPI). Based on region, the lowest ratio is on the island of Java, which means that there is a very large difference between the capacity and those interested in study programs with the capacity being much smaller compared to the number of people interested in study programs on the island of Java. Based on the type of PTN, study programs under vocational state universities are less popular when compared to Academic State Universities.
