Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat pemahaman pelaku UKM pangan terhadap banjir, menganalisis tingkat ketahanan UKM pangan terhadap banjir, menganalisis hubungan antara pemahaman pelaku UKM atas banjir dan ketahanan UKM pangan, serta menganalisis tingkat persaingan UKM dalam industri beras. Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah rawan banjir di Kabupaten Klaten Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pelaku usaha UKM yang berada dalam rantai pasok pangan yang pernah mengalami banjir minimal sebanyak 3 kali. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur, indpeth interview dan FGD. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa alat analisis, yaitu analisis diskriptif, indeks dan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Klaten merupakan kabupaten dengan indeks ketahanan wilayah atas banjir pada kategori sedang, dimana sensitivitas merupakan aspek pembentuk ketahanan wilayah paling rendah. Pendapatan dan kesehatan masyarakat menjadi penyebab utama rendahnya tingkat sensitifitas. UKM dalam rantai pasok pangan, baik itu usaha pertanian padi, penebas padi, pengepul padi, selepan, pedagang grosir dan pegadang eceran memiliki pemahaman banjir dalam kategori sedang. Tingkat ketahanan meraka berada pada kategori sedang, dimana pemasok menjadi aspek pembentuk ketahanan yang paling kuat dan aspek pembentuk paling lemah adalah tenaga kerja. Pemahaman pelaku UKM terhadap banjir berbanding lurus dengan ketahanan UKM pangan. Semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman pelaku UKM terhadap banjir, maka semakin tinggi pula ketahanan UKM tersebut. Pelaku UKM pangan menghadapi persaingan bisnis paling lemah terhadap pemasok.

Abstract

urrently there are many challenges faced along with developments and dynamics in the business environment. One of these challenges is how the human resources owned by the organization can be further developed because employees are a valuable resource. They have a significant contribution to achieving organizational success in the future. Human resources are an element of organizational resources that are realized through solid abilities from the physical strength of the individual, behavior, and the nature of a person who is influenced by the environment and heredity, while the results of the work provided by each individual come from demands to fulfill motives or needs to be satisfied and according to expectations. The purpose of this study, namely: To analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. To analyze the effect of organizational culture on work engagement. To analyze the effect of job involvement on job satisfaction. To analyze whether job involvement mediates the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. This type of research used in research is a quantitative method. The population in this study are employees of CV. Putera Tunggal Gemilang. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. PLS-SEM analysis includes two models, namely the outer model l and the inner model. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work involvement, work involvement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work involvement partially mediates the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Organization experiences job vacancies due to various factors and decides to recruit new employees; the initial step to be taken is to identify the job characteristics and competencies required from individuals capable of performing the tasks. Employee performance motivation is heavily influenced by the enthusiasm and work actions of the leaders. If a leader demonstrates genuine dedication and full commitment to a task, it directly triggers the enthusiasm of employees or subordinates to actively assist the leader in achieving the organizational goals. To enhance the performance and competitiveness of MIM PK Wirogunan towards becoming an excellent madrasah, highly committed and loyal teachers are required, necessitating a better concept of human resource management. Every educational institution must plan the sustainability of its programs. During the operational process, every educational institution faces several challenges and issues. The changing conditions of competition, shifts in demand, and educational needs in society need to be managed attentively. To support the performance of MIM PK Wirogunan, training in human resource planning (job analysis), salary formulation, and teacher career development are essential.
