Abstract

The boredom of learning in students while studying from home due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is very concerning, which indicates that there is a lack of excellent service (excellent service) from schools, especially for teachers during the Covid-19 learning period. This concern raises the concern of everyone. Including the Islamic High School Al-Azhar 19 Ciracas, East Jakarta which has made efforts to manage excellent service for teachers so that the quality of learning for students is realized during the post-Covid-19 pandemic. This paper aims to find out how the strategy and implementation of SMA Islam Al-Azhar 19 Ciracas East Jakarta in developing excellent service, especially in relation to improving the quality of learning for students. This paper uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analytical approach through interviews, direct observations in the field and documentation. Data analysis is obtained from the display which is then reduced, filtered, clarified, data comparison/comparison, parsing, to the final conclusion. The subjects selected in this study were principals, teachers, administrative staff, waka curriculum, parents and students.

Abstract

Personality is a characteristic inherent in individuals and can be influenced by the environment, especially in the context of leadership where personality has various elements that become the power to direct positive change. The aim of this research is to examine the personality development strategies of school principals and teachers in influencing the school community to improve school quality and learning. The research method used is library research. Thus, we can conclude that school principals and teachers need to have personality competence to be able to move students and society towards sustainable change. Through this personality competency, the principal as a leader can be an example for teachers, while teachers, as the front guard, can be role models for students. In this way, the quality of education can be improved.

Abstract

Membaca adalah dasar untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan. Bahkan tingkat membaca sebanding langsung dengan kemajuan suatu bangsa. Menjadi masalah ketika Anda melihat bahwa minat baca di Indonesia sangat rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana strategi pengembangan literasi di SDIT Miftahul Ulum Depok dapat meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan kualitatif, menggunakan metode deskripsi induktif. Dalam pengumpulan data, para peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan beberapa strategi untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa: (1) Membaca 15 menit sebelum kegiatan belajar mengajar; (2) Tantangan membaca puisi dan bercerita; (3) Membaca buku di perpustakaan dengan memberikan reward; (4) West Java Leader's Reader Challenge (WJLRC); (5) Membaca diam-diam (readhaton). Dari beberapa strategi ini, SDIT Miftahul Ulum Depok berhasil mengajak siswa untuk memiliki kebiasaan membaca, membangun kepercayaan diri siswa, dan meningkatkan daya saing siswa.

Abstract

Murtadha Muthahhari, a philosopher and theologian, offers an "eco-spiritual insight" on the worsening environmental crisis. He believes the environmental problem is spiritual, caused by humanity's disconnect from nature, leading to its exploitation. Muthahhari proposes an awakening to our interconnectedness with all life forms, stressing a new understanding of our role in the natural world. He draws from Islamic teachings, emphasizing stewardship, arguing that humans are caretakers, not masters, responsible for preserving nature's balance. His vision challenges the human-centered view and suggests a more sustainable relationship between humans and the environment.Additionally, in the abstract, the research aims to explore and elucidate Muthahhari's eco-spiritual insight as a transformative framework for addressing the environmental crisis. The objectives include analyzing Muthahhari's concept of eco-spiritual insight, examining its roots in Islamic teachings, and evaluating its potential impact on reshaping humanity's relationship with the environment. Methodologically, the research involves a comprehensive literature review of Muthahhari's works, particularly focusing on his writings related to eco-spirituality and environmental ethics. Additionally, it includes an analysis of Islamic teachings that form the basis of Muthahhari's perspective. The research employs qualitative methods to interpret and synthesize Muthahhari's ideas, providing a deep understanding of the eco-spiritual insight he advocates. The results of the research showcase the significance of Muthahhari's eco-spiritual insight in offering a unique approach to environmentalism. The formulation of results emphasizes the reawakening of spiritual consciousness, the need for a new ontology, and the concept of khalifah as pivotal elements in fostering a more sustainable and harmonious relationship between humanity and the natural world. The study concludes by highlighting the potential of Muthahhari's eco-spiritual vision to inspire a paradigm shift in environmental discourse and action.

Abstract

This study examines how Buya Hamka's Sufism education can foster the spirit of nationalism in the digital era. This study employs the phenomenological hermeneutic and content analysis approaches to extract and analyze Buya Hamka's views on spiritual intelligence and its role in fostering social purity. The findings reveal strategies from Buya Hamka to promote nationalism in the digital age by incorporating Sufism principles and practices into the educational framework. Hamka considers Sufism a unifying force capable of transcending divisions based on ethnicity and region. Sufism provides a common ground for Indonesians of various backgrounds to unite under a shared Islamic identity. Further, he argues the significance of Islam's inner and spiritual dimensions, such as spiritual discipline, as integral components of Islamic education. Education should stress elevating cognitive intelligence and nurture qualities such as compassion, humility, and integrity. In Hamka's view, Islamic education combines traditional Islamic teachings, Sufism principles, and a commitment to developing a strong national character.Contribution: This study provides a new perspective on education promoted by Buya Hamka to shape national identity in the digital era. Hamka insists on character building, cognitive and spiritual intelligence, and building nationalism character in Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep kosmopolitanisme Islam dari Nurcholish Madjid dan implikasinya terhadap kebijakan agama kontemporer dalam konteks globalisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis tulisan-tulisan Madjid untuk menggali pandangannya tentang inklusivitas, keterlibatan antaragama, dan integrasi prinsip-prinsip Islam dengan norma-norma global. Analisis isi yang rinci mengidentifikasi tema-tema inti dalam visi Madjid untuk mendorong toleransi, pemahaman, dan kesatuan di antara komunitas agama yang beragam. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep Madjid dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi kebijakan agama untuk meningkatkan kohesi sosial. Pembahasan selanjutnya mencakup studi kasus yang menggambarkan penerapan praktis kosmopolitanisme Islam. Penelitian ini diakhiri dengan menyoroti potensi transformatif dari ide-ide Madjid untuk kebijakan agama global dan menyarankan jalan untuk penelitian masa depan tentang implementasi praktisnya.

Abstract

Pada era teknologi pendidikan yang terus berkembang, integrasi Augmented intelligence (AI) menjadi perhatian utama untuk optimalisasi desain pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tinjauan komprehensif dan menyajikan kerangka kerja yang memadukan kecerdasan buatan dengan kapabilitas manusia dalam konteks pembelajaran. Isu-isu utama yang dijelajahi melibatkan tantangan desain pembelajaran yang ada dan bagaimana AI dapat meningkatkan proses tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak integrasi IA dalam desain pembelajaran, menyelidiki metode atau pendekatan yang efektif, dan menyusun kerangka kerja yang dapat memberikan pedoman praktis. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan melakukan studi literatur mendalam dan analisis komprehensif terhadap implementasi  dalam konteks pendidikan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas desain pembelajaran dengan memberikan personalisasi, umpan balik real-time, dan adaptabilitas. Kerangka kerja yang diusulkan memberikan landasan bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam mengoptimalkan desain pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan dan kemampuan manusia yang saling melengkapi. Implikasi praktis dan arah penelitian masa depan juga dibahas untuk memajukan pemahaman dan implementasi konsep AI dalam konteks pendidikan.   Kata Kunci: Intelligence Augmented, Desain Pembelajaran, Integrasi Teknologi, Inovasi Pendidikan

Abstract

Pendidikan telah mengalami transformasi besar seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital. Implementasi desain pembelajaran digital menjadi semakin penting dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan era digital ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran pendidik dalam implementasi desain pembelajaran digital, serta mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk meninjau teori-teori yang mendukung implementasi desain pembelajaran digital. Selain itu, analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi peran pendidik dalam pembelajaran digital, baik sebagai fasilitator, desainer konten, maupun evaluator. Tantangan yang dihadapi pendidik dalam implementasi desain pembelajaran digital meliputi kurangnya keterampilan teknologi, hambatan infrastruktur, ketidakpastian kurikulum digital, serta kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran secara efektif. Namun, terdapat pula peluang dalam bentuk peningkatan aksesibilitas, fleksibilitas pembelajaran, dan personalisasi pendidikan. Dengan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peran pendidik dalam implementasi desain pembelajaran digital, dapat ditemukan solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Kesimpulannya, pendidik memiliki peran krusial dalam mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan desain pembelajaran digital yang efektif, sehingga dapat menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang berdaya guna dan relevan bagi siswa di era digital ini.

Abstract

This study delves into the philosophical insights of Muhammad Iqbal regarding the interaction between humanity, moderation, and technology in the digital age. Iqbal’s concept of khudi (selfhood) and his ethical framework provide a valuable lens for exploring contemporary challenges related to digital identity formation, the ethical implications of artificial intelligence, and technology integration into modern society. Using a qualitative research approach, this study employs textual analysis of Iqbal’s original writings and contemporary interpretations to address how his philosophy can inform ethical digital practices. Through thematic analysis and philosophical hermeneutics, the research reveals three primary insights: the transformative nature of technology on self-awareness, the ethical dilemmas arising from technological advancements, and the necessity of balancing technology with human values such as moderation and equality. The findings underscore the relevance of Iqbal’s thoughts in guiding individuals and societies toward responsible and ethical digital interactions. Ultimately, this research contributes to the growing discourse on digital ethics by offering a comprehensive framework grounded in Iqbal’s enduring philosophical principles. Future research prospects are proposed to integrate Iqbal’s teachings into practical applications for promoting digital moderation, equity, and ethical responsibility.

Abstract

Community service through Student Community Service (KKN) in Margasari Village, Purwakarta, aims to empower the community through religious, educational, and socio-cultural approaches. This study identified several challenges in the village, including low levels of education, lack of awareness of environmental cleanliness, and declining spirit of mutual cooperation. An analysis of village conditions shows that most of the population works as farmers or factory workers. The long distance to high school is a barrier for some teenagers to continue their education. In addition, the presence of a final disposal site (TPA) in the village also affects the quality of the environment and public health. To overcome these problems, the community service program focuses on improving the quality of life of the community through various activities. These activities include religious education for youth, increasing awareness of the importance of education, and strengthening socio-cultural values such as mutual cooperation. The results of this program are an increase in the quality of human resources in Margasari Village, the realization of a clean and healthy environment, and the resurgence of the spirit of mutual cooperation in the community. Through an integrated approach between religion, education, and socio-culture, it is expected that this community empowerment program can make a significant contribution to village development.
