Abstract

Used newspapers are one type of waste commonly found in household and office environments. If not managed properly, this waste can increase the burden of environmental pollution. To address this issue, a creative and innovative approach is needed through recycling activities that can transform used newspapers into useful and economical products, such as baskets, photo frames, and various household accessories. In addition to contributing to waste management, this activity also has the potential to create environmentally friendly business opportunities. Thus, the development of recycling skills for used newspapers can empower the community to be more environmentally conscious and improve economic welfare sustainably.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis di bidang jasa khususnya pada bisnis cafe semakin berkembang pesat. Hal ini ditandai dengan banyaknya cafe yang berada di Kota Semarang. Dengan adanya universitas yang semakin berkembang, sehingga menyebabkan jumlah pendatang yang semakin banyak. Hal ini dapat menjadi sebuah peluang dalam mengembangkan bisnis cafe dengan melihat target pasar yaitu kalangan mahasiswa, pekerja, sampai dengan rumah tangga. Salah satu cafe yang terletak di dekat universitas besar di Tembalang yaitu Adhum Coffee. Lokasi cafe ini di Jl. Mulawarman Raya No. 25A, Pedalangan, Banyumanik, Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Adhum Coffee Mulawarman Semarang. Pada penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan yaitu konsumen pada Adhum Coffee Mulawarman Semarang pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Desember tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 23.670 konsumen. Dalam menghitung jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin yang diperoleh sampel sebanyak 99,57 dan dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode incidental random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengolahan data editing, coding, scoring, dan tabulating. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) serta analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah variabel lokasi (X1) berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y). Kualitas pelayanan (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y). Variabel lokasi (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y).

Abstract

One way to contact clients, develop real-time connections with them, and ultimately win their pleasure is by using digital resources through digital marketing. With the use of digital marketing tools, this study aims to ascertain how entrepreneurial marketing affects marketing performance in Semarang, Indonesia. The research population The Area Sampling approach and the Stratified Random Sampling Technique were the two steps of the sampling approach used in this investigation. Path analysis using Smart-PLS software was the method of hypothesis testing adopted. The findings demonstrated that entrepreneurial marketing significantly and favorably affects marketing performance as well as digital marketing skills. Additionally, the performance of marketing is positively and significantly impacted by digital marketing skills. Nonetheless, there is less chance that digital marketing will act as a mediator in the connection between marketing performance and entrepreneurial marketing. Practically speaking, in order to sustain marketing performance, MSMEs must keep enhancing their skills and honing the application of entrepreneurial marketing strategies

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between promotions and Shopee consumer satisfaction among employees of PT Morich Indo Fashion 2 Karangjati, Semarang Regency. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The research population was employees of PT Morich Indo Fashion 2, totaling 2,000 people. The sample calculation uses the Issac and Michael formula with a sample size of 95 respondents. The sample was selected or purposive random sampling, namely employees of PT Morich Indo Fashion 2 Karangjati who used Shopee. The measurement technique uses a 5-level Likert scale. For promotion, it uses a scale of very good, good, quite good, not good and very not good. Meanwhile, consumer satisfaction uses a scale of very satisfied, satisfied, quite satisfied, dissatisfied and very dissatisfied. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table and analyzed using cross tabulation. Based on the results of research on respondents (employees) of PT Morich Indo Fashion, Shopee promotions were very good and consumers were satisfied, namely 4 people (4%). A total of 82 people (86%) said the promotion was good and consumers were satisfied. A total of 9 people (10%) stated that Shopee promotions were quite good and consumers were satisfied. So it can be concluded that the better the promotion, the more satisfied the consumer will be and conversely, the less good the Shopee promotion, the less satisfied the consumer will be. The suggestions that can be given for promotions are that Shopee needs to pay attention to the content of advertising messages so that it is easier for consumers to understand, the seller's response must be good and apologize when consumers make claims, promotions on Shoppe must be made more attractive compared to other e-commerce. Shoppe must improve its good name as an e-commerce by providing publicity regarding the cheapest guarantee claims and free shipping guarantees. Meanwhile, suggestions for consumer satisfaction that shops or sellers on Shopee must maintain and improve the quality of the products sold so that they meet consumer desires, are always carried out before the goods are sent. quality control so that the goods received are not recorded/rejected. The product display in the application should use product photos that correspond to reality. When consumers make a purchase, it is best to pack it on that day and hand it over directly to the expedition so that it can be sent to the consumer immediately.
