Abstract

Abstract        The purpose of this research is to know the description and effect of organization culture and job satisfaction to the performance of employees at PT. Thamrin Broters Branch Office Baturaja 2. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis indicate that organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT. Thamrin Broters Branch Office Baturaja 2 affect either partially or simultaneously. Results of the analysis of determination (R2) shows that the coefficient of determination (R) organization culture (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) amounted to 60.9% influence on employee performance (Y) while the remaining 39.1% influenced or varied by other variables , Researchers suggest the company in order to remain consistent with the targets to be achieved by employees and implement organizational commitment of employees and improve job satisfaction through the provision of appropriate and fair bonuses so that employees are willing to improve its performance. Keywords: Organization Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU. The data collection technique in this study was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to a population of 32 people. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the partial analysis results, there was an influence of the workload variable on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Cooperative with a t-count value of 9.991 > t-table value of 2.045, and there was an influence of the work stress variable on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU with a t-count value of 2.674 > t-table value of 2.045. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU with an F-count value of 63.619 > F-table value of 3.33. The determination coefficient (R²) obtained was 0.814, indicating that the contribution of the influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU was 81.4%, while the remaining 18.6% was influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study, such as perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and other factors (Riani et al. 2017).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on turnover intention among employees at PT FIF Group Baturaja Branch. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The population consists of 40 employees at PT FIF Group Baturaja Branch. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 21.The partial analysis results indicate that workload significantly affects turnover intention among employees, with a t-value (6.398) > t-table (2.026). The job satisfaction variable also significantly affects turnover intention, with a t-value (6.699) > t-table (2.026). Simultaneously, workload and job satisfaction significantly affect turnover intention, with an F-value (64.047) > F-table (3.25). The coefficient of determination (R²) obtained is 0.776, indicating that 77.6% of the variation in turnover intention is influenced by workload and job satisfaction, while the remaining 22.4% is influenced by other factors such as motivation, work engagement, absenteeism, stress, and job performance (Afandi, 2021:77).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce and productdesign on the purchasing decisions of Keripik Dona Baturaja throughthe Shopee application. Data collection was carried out by distributingquestionnaires to 80 respondents. The data analysis technique usedwas multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, the ecommercevariable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions,with a t-value of 5.693. Likewise, the product design variable also hada significant effect, with a t-value of 5.914 and a significance value of0.200 (α > 0.05). Simultaneously, e-commerce and product designjointly had a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with an Fvalueof 101.092. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.724,indicating that 72.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions wasinfluenced by e-commerce and product design, while the remaining27.6% was influenced by other variables outside the scope of thisstudy, such as product quality, price, and promotion (Buchari Alma,2018:96).
