Abstract

Tujuan: Menyampaikan sosialisasi urgensi sanitasi dan perilaku hidup bersih untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember demi terwujudnya sekolah teladan bersih dan sehat. Metode Penelitian: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan kepada 22 siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember pada bulan Februari 2022. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan memberikan materi mengenai sanitasi dan perilaku hidup bersih sehat. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil kuesioner kegiatan pengabdian masayarakat yang diberikan di akhir kelas tentang penyampaian materi menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 50% siswa memberikan jawaban sangat menarik dan sebanyak 50% siswa memberikan jawaban menarik. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyampaian materi oleh narasumber sangat mudah dimengerti, karena pelaksanaan kegiatan ini telah melalui observasi, studi literatur dan koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah. Kemudian sebanyak 64% siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember merasa sangat mengerti dan sebanyak 36% siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember merasa mengerti tentang materi yang telah disampaikan. Implikasi Penelitian: Siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember ditanya tentang beberapa topik pilihan untuk rekomendasi topik sosialisasi selanjutnya. Sebagian besar siswa memilih topik pangan halal dan keamanan pangan.

Abstract

Pelaku usaha jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis) memiliki latar belakang berbeda-beda, seperti pendidikan, pengalaman, pengetahuan, sosial dan psikologi. Salah satu kendala yang terjadi adalah pasokan jeruk siam kurang stabil dalam aspek harga, kuantitas, dan kualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memahami skema sederhana traceability penjaminan mutu jeruk siam oleh pelaku usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari survei terestrial dan wawancara dengan pelaku usaha sejak tahun 2018 hingga sekarang. Matriks sederhana disusun sebagai hasil pengamatan untuk mengetahu kesesuaian skema perilaku pelaku usaha dalam rancangan rekomendasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa beberapa faktor, seperti pendidikan, pengalaman, pengetahuan, sosial dan psikologi, mempengaruhi komitmen dan konsistensi pelaku usaha. Pengetahuan menjadi aspek paling penting dan krusial untuk mengelaborasi penyusunan data traceability. Desain akurasi titik temu data hulu sampai hilir dapat diimplementasikan dengan hasil diseminasi pengetahuan secara berkelanjutan ke semua lini hingga timbul pemahaman yang baik bagi konsumen tentang citra produk yang dijual. Pemahaman konsumen yang kuat akan memicu perbaikan implementasi traceability sehingga para pelaku usaha tidak akan mengabaikan penerapan traceability.

Abstract

Pendidikan teknopreneur untuk mahasiswa agar dapat mengetahui peran entrepreneur dengan teknologi. Pendidikan teknopreneur berpengaruh terhadap output mahasiswa untuk mengasah soft skill dan pengetahuan inovasi. Sasaran pendidikan teknopreneur antara lain membentuk jiwa enterpreneur, cyberpreneurship, bisnis inkubator, pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, membentuk kerangka kerja, dan membangun Brand Awareness. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah literatur review dari beberapa jurnal nasional dan internasional tentang pendidikan teknopreneur. Tujuan review jurnal ini adalah sebagai referensi bagi pembaca untuk melakukan pendidikan teknopreneur dan meningkatkan kemampuan teknopreneur mahasiswa untuk meneliti suatu topik. Dari hasil review jurnal, ditemukan bahwa pendidikan teknopreneur dapat diperoleh dari pendidikan formal di sekolah atau kampus dengan pendekatan fokus kepada konten ilmu entrepreneur dan teknologi, kemampuan kognitif dan non-kognitif serta keterlibatan kampus. Pendidikan non formal memerlukan analisis kondisi lapangan dan fisik mahasiswa dapat dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi dan kolektivitas, posisi strategis, simbol-simbol visual dan lisan, storytelling dan Game. Pendidikan teknopreneur dapat memberikan daya saing globalisasi, kemampuan manajemen dan kemampuan dalam bidang IPTEK untuk kemajuan pengetahuan dalam entrepreneur dan teknologi.

Abstract

Siamese citrus production in East Java is a potential agricultural business. Mapping the supply chain of Siamese oranges will be the first step for further supply chain improvements. This study aimed to describe the mapping of the supply chain structure of Siamese oranges through value-added analysis and logistics cost analysis to map the distribution of income between supply chain tiers. The total number of respondents in this study was 45 people. This study used descriptive analysis with convenience and snowball sampling to understand the objective picture. This study also used value-added analysis using the Hayami method and logistic cost analysis using the Activity Based Costing method. This research showed that the tiers involved in the supply chain were farmers, collectors, wholesalers, small traders, and consumers. Each supply chain tier had different added value and margin. The calculation of logistics costs showed material handling costs as the highest cost of the overall cost of the Siamese orange supply chain tiers. Recommendations from the results of this study were that an efficient and responsive post-harvest handling effort was needed at the farmer tier and the application of a pull supply chain in this Siamese orange supply chain system

Abstract

Rice is one food crop that has a role in increasing food security. The advantages of rice farming can be obtained by implementing proper management and efficient use of production factors. Gebang is one of the villages in Patrang District, Jember Regency, which has an active and sustainable farmer group for rice farming accompanied by Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL). However, during the assistance, the farmer group has never been directed to calculate profits systematically, so it is unknown whether the rice farming carried out is profitable. The farmer group in discussion is the Tunggul Farmer Group member of the Sahabat Farmers Group Association (Gapoktan). The model of this service activity is counseling and assistance in farming bookkeeping. They carried out the service activity in one of the houses of members of the farmer group, namely Mr. Hanan on Teratai Street, Gebang Village, Patrang District, Jember Regency. The participants who attended were 21 people and enthusiastically participated in the counseling. The outreach activities ran smoothly throughout the event. Farmer group members are encouraged to keep books related to their farm income and expenses. This habit is expected during mentoring. The extension material delivered includes the purpose of bookkeeping or recording farming and how to calculate revenue, costs, and profits.

Abstract

Chicken meat is one of the most popular staple foods, but the halal aspect is the main requirement. In traditional markets, chicken is sold without a halal label. This research aimed to analyze the consumer behavior factors on willingness to buy halal chicken meat at traditional markets in Jember Region. This study hypothesizes that consumer behavior factors affect the behavior of willingness to buy chicken meat with a halal label in traditional markets. This study uses survey data from distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents. Multivariate statistical methods do the hypothesis testing technique with SEM Model. The data processing results show that behavioral control and religious commitment variables significantly influence behavior toward buying chicken meat with the halal label. Suggestions based on research results: first, raising awareness about consuming halal-labeled chicken meat is necessary to increase a person's knowledge. Second, it is required to increase the role of the community and the government, both internally and externally, in educating a person's behavior toward consuming chicken meat labeled halal.

Abstract

Waste is a daily problem for human life in the world, this is because waste production occurs every day. The increase in the amount of waste per day causes various diseases that will have a more dangerous health impact on both humans and the environment for the next generation. A clean and healthy school environment will support a good teaching and learning process. Muhammadiyah 3 Jember Senior High School is one of the schools that is always developing to become a model school in Jember Regency. However, based on the results of preliminary observations, organic waste management has not been implemented. Eco enzymes are natural multi-purpose liquids, which are fermented from sugar, fruit/vegetable residues, and water. Eco enzymes can be liquids that provide many benefits for households, agriculture, and animal husbandry. Basically, Eco enzymes accelerate biochemical reactions in nature to produce useful enzymes using fruit or vegetable waste. This enzyme from "waste" is one way of waste management that utilizes kitchen scraps for something very useful. The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce fermentation technology to Eco enzymes through increased participation in waste management. This activity was carried out in the form of direct socialization and training to 46 students. The resource person explained the material using the lecture and discussion method, then the participants directly practiced making Eco enzymes. Based on the results of observations of community service activities, students have not implemented organic waste management.

Abstract

Roasted coffee is an Indonesian export product and the Ketakasi Cooperative is one of the coffee exporters and a tourist destination. In its development, the Ketakasi Cooperative needs a machine that can facilitate the roasting process and has a small capacity for profiling and educational tourism. The solution offered is the use of a Smart Eco Roasting Machine. The method for implementing this service is competency development in the form of training and mentoring at the Ketakasi Cooperative which includes three stages of activities, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. Based on the overall evaluation results, there was an increase in the understanding of coffee farmers and cooperative administrators about the roasting process. Training participants are interested in using the Smart Eco Roasting Machine.

Abstract

Indonesia has the potential for a strong national economic base because the number of MSMEs, especially micro businesses, is very large and the labor absorption capacity is very large. One way to increase the capacity of micro and small businesses so they can upgrade to medium-sized businesses is to support and assist with online sales. This research aims to determine the factors that influence e-commerce consumer satisfaction and loyalty to food and beverage products. The research location is in Jember with the consideration that the district government program is in line with this research, namely strengthening the economy. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Respondent criteria are e-commerce users who have purchased food and beverage products in e-commerce. Data analysis used Spearman Rank Correlation. The research results show that the factors of intention to use, price, packaging safety, promotion and actual use are positively and significantly related to consumer satisfaction and loyalty to food and beverage products in e-commerce. The factor with the strongest relationship is actual use. The actual usage factor is reflected by the intensity with which consumers browse food and beverage products available on e-commerce applications very often. The suggestion from the results of this research is that marketing food and beverage products through e-commerce applications needs to display attractive visual or audio-visual content designs.
