Abstract. Education is not only focused on intellectual ability alone but also must be accompanied by good moral values. Moral education is very important given to students or students as the nation's successor. Teachers and lecturers are educators who are very responsible for providing moral education to students or students, both directly and indirectly. One way that can we use as a media of moral education at higher education or campus is through the application of learning contracts or lecture contracts. Lecturers and college students make an agreement that they will run together for one semester. The implementation of this lecture contract will get maximum results if it starts with a good planning, implementation and evaluation.

The problem of teacher competence is still a classic that occurs at the level of teacher competency test results which are still below the minimum provincial average set. This situation becomes the focus of the problem that needs to be found a way out. One of them is the driving teacher program launched by the Minister of Education and Culture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept and content of the implementation of driving teachers as a means of continuous professional development. This study uses a qualitative approach. Research informants were selected by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection process was carried out by in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and field notes. Data analysis was carried out by referring to the Miles and Huberman model. To ensure the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques and increased the persistence of researchers in analyzing the documents found. The results show that the concept of guru penggerak program is directed so that teachers can become leaders, instructors, and motivators for their colleagues by providing training content in the form of activities that encourage the birth of a positive community that not only provides up-to-date information but also provides experience in solving learning problems. naturally, so that this becomes a valuable experience for the teacher. so that the guru penggerak program can be a means of developing teachers' social competence, but also allows them to develop their professional abilities.

The religious character building program for students in State Secondary School 5 Batusangkar has shown maximum results. State Secondary School 5 Batusangkar is one of the schools that accommodate smart students. After doing the research, it turns out that they were not only smart on cognitive and psychomotor, but also on affective. This research was aimed at disclosing the management of principal in developing the religious character of students in State Secondary School 5 Batusangkar. This research was related to qualitative case study. The result revealed that the school principal has made planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of religious character building program for students. The activities were also supported by all parties. This research concluded that the principal of State Secondary School 5 Batusangkar had done a good management.Keywords: Management, Principal, Religious Character, State Secondary School, Batusangkar

The research aims to determine the feasibility or validity of teaching materials in the form of teaching materials in the form of E-Books as a medium for student learning in strategic management courses and to determine the practicality of teaching materials developed by researchers. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) or research and development using the 4D development model consisting of define, design, develop, disseminate. The results of research and development of teaching materials in the form of E-Books are based on the assessment of material experts, media experts and linguists, namely the score obtained on the material expert aspect based on validator 1 is 87.50% and validator 2 is 85%, on the media expert aspect based on the Validator 1 is 90% and validator 2 is 80% and on the linguist aspect based on validator 1 is 85% and validator 2 is 80%. Then for the practicality of teaching materials in the form of E-Books get a score of 84.6%. From the results of this study it can be concluded that this research produces teaching materials in the form of e-books that are valid and practical. The results of the material validation reached the "Very High" category, the media expert validation achieved the "Very High" category, and the language validation achieved the "Very High" category. The practicality category is included in the "Very Practical" category. So it can be concluded that the resulting product is said to be valid and practical.

The main problem in this thesis is about the role of the Head of Office in Implementing the Bureaucratic Reform Integrity Zone (ZI-RB) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the head of the office in implementing the integrity zone of bureaucratic reform and how the division of duties of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency.The type of research that the author uses is a type of field research or field research, to obtain data from the problems studied. The data collection technique of this research was obtained from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique that the writer uses is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data that the author uses is persistence of observation, triangulation and using reference materials, then describes and classifies certain aspects of the problem and describes it through effective sentences.Based on research conducted in the field on the role of the head of the office in implementing the Bureaucratic Reform Integrity Zone at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency, the head of the office has shown his role well and has done according to his ability in carrying out activities to make the office an integrity zone of bureaucratic reform. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pengaruh pelayanan administrasi online terhadap mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakninya kuantitatif deskriptif, yang melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai sampel sebanyak 87 orang dari Fakultas Tarbiyah dan ilmu Keguruan IAIN Batusangkar. Peneliti membuat angket/kuisioner berdasarkan kajian teori, yang akan digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Untuk analisis data peneliti memakai uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis descripsi, dan regsesi linier sederhana. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pelayanan administrasi online dengan kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil temuan ini memberikan arti bahwa untuk mencapai kepuasan mahasiswa dalam pelayanan administrasi online harus memperhatikan aspek bukti fisik (Tangibles), keandalan (Reliability), daya tanggap (Responsibility), Pengetahuan, kemampuan, kesopanan dan sifat percaya (Assurance), dan komunikasi (Empathy).

Penelitian. .ini. .bertujuan. untuk menjelaskan media sosial apa saja yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam perekrutan peserta didik baru di SMPN 03 Pariangan. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah penelitian lapangan. field research yang dikenal dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengelolaan data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif, kemudian diuraikan berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan dengan menggunakan kalimat yang efektif yang berpedoman kepada Ejaan Yang Disempurnakan (EYD). Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan Wakil Kepala Sekolah SMPN 03 Pariangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk melihat keabsahan datanya, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi teknis. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti bahwasanya strategi yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk merekrut peserta didik baru di SMPN 03 Pariangan yaitunya menggunakan aplikasi Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapss Group dan Youtube. Penggunaan media sosial tersebut tentu sangat membantu sekolah dalam merekrut peserta didik baru sehingga bagi calon siswa baru yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikan ke SMP, bisa dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai profil beserta keunggulan sekolah yang dimiliki oleh SMPN 03 Pariangan.

The large number of students who experience difficulties in understanding reading texts reflects challenges in education that require more attention to the development of reading comprehension skills among students. Therefore, the aim of this research is to describe teachers' efforts to Improve Elementary School Students' Reading Comprehension Ability in Indonesian Language Learning. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of research used is a case study. The informants in this research were 2 grade 5 (fifth) elementary school teachers and grade 5 (fifth) elementary school students who were selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. To ensure the validity of the data, this research uses data triangulation techniques. The study's findings indicate that teachers can assist students in grade 5 in primary school improve their reading comprehension skills by using books to teach additional literacy within the first 10 minutes before learning begins.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan ditemukannya beberapa perilaku negatif yang dilakukan siswa di sekolah dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan apa saja yang menjadi faktor penyebab siswa sekolah dasar tersebut berperilaku negatif di sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Untuk mendapatkan informasi maka informan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu 2 orang guru kelas, dan orang tua dari siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri, namun dalam pelaksanaannya peneliti menggunakan alat bantu berupa pedoman wawancara, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang peneliti gunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, studi lapangan dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis menurut miles and huberment yaitu terdiri dari reduksi data, display data dan membuat kesimpulan dari data. Untuk dapat menjamin keabsahan data maka peneliti menggunkan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab dari siswa berperilaku negatif di sekolah dasar yaitu pertama lingkungan keluarga, kemudian lingkungan pertemanan dan juga akibat dari penggunaan Hp tanpa pengawasan orang tua.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh faktor penyebab rendahnya karakter mandiri siswa dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran disekolah.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dari siswa yang kurang mandiri dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan dari penelitian ini adalah studi kasus.Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas 4 yang berjumlah satu orang dan siswa kelas 4 yang berjumlah delapan orang. Instrument penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri,tetapi dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini peneliti di bantu dengan berpedoman pada observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan camera hp, dan juga berpedoman pada catatan lapangan. Poses pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi,wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.Data dan juga informasi yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan model miles dan Huberman,yaitu pengumpulan data ,reduksi data,display data dan kesimpulan.Agar terjaminnya keabsahan data peneliti dapat melakukan Teknik triangulasi untuk menguji keabsahan datanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah masih banyak siswa yang mencontek dalam mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru dalam kelas sehingga hal tersebut memiliki dampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa nah disini lah dapat kita ketahui rendahnya karakter mandiri siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas.
