Abstract

This research was conducted to see how the strategic management planning carried out by the principal in improving the quality of education in schools. Whether in this strategic management planning research there is an increase in the quality of education or not. Therefore, we want to interview the principal at the Nahdatul Ulama Elementary School in Medan to get data or results from what was felt during this school.

Abstract

Systems approach is needed in education management. In managing an educational institution there must be this system so that all processes that will be carried out/carried out are interconnected with one another. Utilization of this system approach is felt by educational institutions. Here we will discuss the meaning of the system itself, the notion of management and education, what components are in the education system and how the system is in education management and finally about the benefits felt by educational institutions in using this systems approach.

Abstract

In the process of running an organization smoothly, various forms of skills are needed so that a company can develop well and smoothly. These skills must be possessed by every employee. If there are new employees, old employees must be able to teach them about the culture that exists in a company. Apart from that, new employees must also be able to adapt to the new company environment. The aim of making this journal is to find out the role of interpersonal communication in the work environment from an Islamic perspective. Interpersonal communication within an organizational scope such as the work environment requires a process to achieve the desired performance. Effective interpersonal communication will provide information quickly and also provide clearer ideas which is important in the work environment.

Abstract

. School as an organization certainly has a culture of organization which becomes an important role in the realization of the vision and mission of school. The culture of school organizations is the norms adopted and implemented by all components to achieve the vision and mission of the school effectively. This study aims to describe the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan for preparing superior human resources and programs to support the culture of school. The approach of this study was quantitative observation, interview and documentation were used as the instruments of eliciting the data. The research subjects included elements of school residents, namely the deputy headmaster, teachers, and students. The results of this observation showed that (1) SMK Negeri 1 Medan has three superior cultures namely the culture of discipline, cooperation, and the culture of industrial work, (2) there are several programs for students in the application of school culture, (3) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the realization of an effective school organization culture. According to observations, the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan can be said to be effective.

Abstract

Literacy is the ability to read and write. Even so, the notion of literacy can still be developed further, because literacy which only consists of reading, writing and arithmetic is now not enough, but must also include reading and writing as previously mentioned, numeracy literacy, scientific literacy, financial literacy, information and communication as well as cultural literacy and citizenship. This article aims to evaluate the implementation of the School Literacy Movement program at SMAN 1 Kualuh Selatan Labuhan Batu Utara. This type of research is descriptive evaluation research where data is collected mainly through surveys, namely interviews, observation and distribution of questionnaires to research subjects.
