Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the leadership strategy of the Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Insan Madani in improving the quality of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership's efforts in improving the quality of the students of the Tahfidz Qur'an Insan Madani Islamic Boarding School. This type of research uses qualitative methods in descriptive form. The source of this research data was obtained in two ways, namely the first primary data source, namely the main data that the researcher obtained directly in the form of direct information from the leadership of the cottage and the second secondary data source, namely the data obtained indirectly through literature studies such as books, thesis journals and websites. internet related to the title of the researcher. The results showed that the leadership strategy of the Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Insan Madani in improving the quality of students. This can be seen from the efforts of the leaders of the Insan Madani Islamic Boarding School by improving the quality of students in the process of implementing the daily program of santriawan and female students. The efforts to improve the quality of students carried out by the leadership of the Insan Madani Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of students are: (1) Programs for deepening reading of the Qur'an, (2) strengthening educational programs to strengthen the character of students, (3) implementing daily activity programs namely as a supporter of the formation of the quality of students.

Abstract

The principal in his position as a supervisor is obliged to foster teachers to become good educators and teachers. For teachers who are good, the quality can be maintained and for teachers who are not good, it can be developed to be better. Meanwhile, all good and competent teachers as well as those who are still weak must be sought so that they are not outdated in the learning process and the materials used as teaching materials. The principal as a supervisor must be realized in the ability to compose and implement educational supervision programs and take advantage of the results. In order for the implementation of these tasks to be carried out properly, the principal is required to have various methods and techniques of supervision, especially those relating to the implementation of the duties of teachers and employees, and job growth. Because the principal as the main leader and mover in the implementation of education and learning. Therefore, the principal has a very important role in the supervision of education. On that basis, this research is addressed to the principal. The research method is used with qualitative methods and also a descriptive approach. The study used interviews regarding the role in educational supervision.

Abstract

This research is to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation, and implementation of management information systems in improving the quality of the educational process. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely the research method used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. This article aims to explain the topic of management information systems in improving the quality of education in an educational institution. This research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive method. The results of the research show that the information system for education quality management is (a) the quality improvement planning process for the management information system. (b) Implementation of quality improvement in the use of management information systems at the school, implemented in the curriculum through: 1) self-development programs. 2) integration into all subjects, and 3) habituation. (c) Evaluation of quality improvement in the learning process by utilizing management information systems. In improving the quality of education, teachers as educators have a very important position and strategy in developing the potential of students. To increase the professionalism of educators in learning, it is increased through ways of attending upgrading, attending educational courses, conducting visits to other schools or comparative studies, increasing reading, establishing relationships with student guardians, increasing the use of methods, improving materials, and improving facilities and infrastructure. 2) integration into all subjects, and 3) habituation. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Implementasi Evaluasi Program Pendidikan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Al-Ulum Medan. Implementasi program pendidikan dapat dilihat dari berbagai Perspektif. Perspektif tersebut berasal dari berbagai sumber, antara lain dari pendidik, masyarakat umum sebagai pengguna, pemerintah sebagai pembuat kebijakan, efektivitas, kegunaan, hasil dan dampak program, antara lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Wawancara dan observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Evaluasi Program Pendidikan Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta AL-Ulum Medan berjalan dengan baik, guru pendidikan agama di sekolah tersebut sudah mampu mengembangkan silabus dan RPP secara mandiri berdasarkan potensi siswa dan juga terbiasa meniru model yang ada, demikian temuan penelitian ini.

Abstract

. School as an organization certainly has a culture of organization which becomes an important role in the realization of the vision and mission of school. The culture of school organizations is the norms adopted and implemented by all components to achieve the vision and mission of the school effectively. This study aims to describe the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan for preparing superior human resources and programs to support the culture of school. The approach of this study was quantitative observation, interview and documentation were used as the instruments of eliciting the data. The research subjects included elements of school residents, namely the deputy headmaster, teachers, and students. The results of this observation showed that (1) SMK Negeri 1 Medan has three superior cultures namely the culture of discipline, cooperation, and the culture of industrial work, (2) there are several programs for students in the application of school culture, (3) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the realization of an effective school organization culture. According to observations, the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan can be said to be effective.
