AbstractThe focus of this research is the evaluation of the implementation of a model class program in SMA Negeri 1 Sukadana, North Kayong Regency. Types of qualitative evaluation research. To collect data and information from informants, researchers used interviews, observations and study documents. The subject of the study was the Head of the North Kayong District Education Office, the Principal of SMA N 1 Sukadana, the teacher who taught the class model, the manager, the head of the dormitory and the students of the model class program at SMA Negeri 1 Sukadana. The conclusion of this study is that the legal basis for implementing the model class program is the regent's regulation no. 12 of 2017 concerning the program class model, the technical guidelines for the model class program and the laws relating to the program class model. For the recruitment process of students and educators is sufficient, as well as the selection process, teaching and learning activities and the development of model class programs have also been running quite well. Furthermore, the results of the national exams show that students taking the class program get high category scores, but it is unfortunate that there are still students who do not continue their education to higher education or become TNI Polri.Keywords: Evaluation, Organizing Model Class Program

The purpose of this study is to determine the area tishi tor long line with a heat map setting in western Sumatra in 2015. The method used in this study is a survey method. The results of this study indicate the location of long line fishing ground is in the zone of archipelagic waters, depths, territorial sea, contiguous zone, ZEE and the high seas. seen from the results of catching the most is the transitional season II in the amount of 47. 232 kg while the catch at least the first transitional season that is equal to 17. 783 kg. significant correlation level with the coordinates of the catch and the more extensive range area of the arrest, the greater the results obtained fishermen. Observations and measurements have been conducted towards a solar panel electric power output that is utilized by a solar tracking system. The electrical power output depends on the position of the sun and time and the direction of the panel surface against the angle of the incident light. For power optimization, the solar panel surface should always be directed perpendicular to the direction of the sunlight falling to the surface of the panel. The application of the solar tracking system controlled by a micro controller gives the expected results. The electrical power output of a static solar panel mounted on a fixed position becomes the benchmark of the output electric power value in this study. The measurement results of the electric power output of the solar panel with sun tracking system shows a significant increase in sunny weather conditions.The average increase of that is about 57.3%.Keywords: LDR, micro controller, optimal power output, performance improvment, sun tracking,

Perkembangan dunia industri yang sangat pesat saat ini, telah menciptakan suatu kondisi persaingan produk yang sangat tinggi dan cepat sekali. Persaingan ini tidak hanya didominasi pada jenis-jenis produk berteknologi tinggi seperti halnya pada jenis produk telepon genggam, bahkan juga sampai pada jenis-jenis produk keperluan rumah tangga seperti halnya alat pel lantai sampai dengan sabun cuci piring yang digunakan. Kondisi persaingan ini merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan bagi seluruh pelaku industri agar tidak tertinggal ataupun sampai dengan gulung tikar. Satu solusi yang tepat untuk kondisi tersebut adalah dengan memperkuat kegiatan perancangan dan pengembangan produk bagi internal perusahaan manufaktur yang ada. Dengan menggunakan suatu metodologi perancangan produk yang sistematis, yaitu melalui enam fase perancangan dan pengembangan produk secara umum, yang telah banyak dibahas dan digunakan sebagai referensi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan perancangan dan pengembangan produk. Dalam makalah ini, dibahas tentang salah satu fase yang terdapat dalam enam fase pengembangan produk yang ada. Fase ini merupakan salah satu fase terpenting dalam kegiatan perancangan dan pengembangan produk, yaitu fase pengembangan konsep. Jenis produk yang diangkat dalam pembahasan ini adalah salah satu jenis produk alat bantu manusia dalam mengangkat benda berat, produk Hand Lifter. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi sekaligus memancing kreativitas masyarakat Kelurahan Pasir Sialang khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk mengembangkan bisnis rumahan yang ramah lingkungan dan tidak membutuhkan modal yang banyak. Adapun ide usaha yang di tawarkan adalah pembuatan sabun cuci piring dari bahan kimia yang tidak berbahaya dan bernilai ekonomis. Sabun cuci piring merupakan benda yang telah menjadi kebutuhan sehari-hari terutama bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga, melihat banyaknya UMKM kuliner yang ada di Kelurahan Pasir Sialang, mendorong Tim Kukerta UNRI Pasir Sialang untuk mensosialisasikan tata cara pembuatan sabun cuci piring dengan modal yang sangat ekonomis tapi dapat menghasilkan sabun cuci piring dalam jumlah yang banyak. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan pelaku UMKM Kuliner dapat menghemat pengeluaran untuk biaya kebersihan dan dapat memotivasi ibu ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Pasir Sialang untuk mendirikan ide usaha ini.

PT X is ceramics manufacturer in Tangerang, with indications of decline in performance over last 3 years. The assumption of decreased performance is due to lack of Job Resources, excessive work demands and existence of counterproductive behavior. In addition, the factors that can affect decreased performance are the lack of work engagement. This tudy aims to measure how the role of job resources affects job performance through work engagement as a mediator and job demands as moderator. Employees with minimum working period of 1 year and minimum staff position at PT X who will participate in research. Performance measurement tools uses IWPQ with 18 items statements, Job Resources and Job Demands uses JD-RQ tool with 17 Job Resource items and 23 Job demands items, Work Engagement uses UWES as measurement tool with 9 items statement. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The research sample is 120 with 17 data outliers. We Analyze with model 7 Bootstrapping for moderation and mediation effect were used to test the hypothetical model using SPSS 27. The results stated that Job Resources affect performance mediated by work engagement, but not moderated by job demands. Focusing on practitioner implications, companies need to increase work resources to employees in order to improve their performance, of course, by accommodating higher work attachment. Moreover, companies need to consider increasing compensation and benefits such as benefits, gathering events, training for all employees with staff levels and above so that they are more optimal at work.

Abstract. Work postures are said to be unergonomic, namely, if the spine is too bent, excessive reach and equipment do not match anthropometric measurements can result in a mismatch between workers, equipment, and the work environment. CV. Tasifa Jaya is a company engaged in the production of frozen food, namely meatballs. Based on initial interviews, weighing workers complained of pain in several parts of the body, especially in the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, buttocks, or thighs. The complaints can slow down the production process in the company and result in longer production time. This research uses a qualitative method. The measurement method uses the Nordic Body Map (NBM). NBM is used to identify complaints of pain felt in the worker's body. The results of the distribution of the NBM questionnaire on the neck and buttocks/thighs were rated 3, indicating a low-risk level, requiring rest with a longer duration of time to relieve pain. The upper back, lower back, and shoulders have a pain rating of 5, which has a moderate risk level and requires further treatment to relieve pain. when viewed from the work facilities used today, it will certainly be dangerous and allow the pain to continue to increase with the length of time working. One solution that can be done to reduce MSD complaints is to improve the work facilities used, to suit the conditions of workers. Improving work facilities plays an important role in increasing work comfort and productivity and reducing MSDs complaints. In addition to using ergonomic equipment, MSDs complaints can also be avoided by taking regular breaks and stretching to reduce stress on muscles and joints. Abstrak. Postur kerja dikatakan tidak ergonomis yaitu jika tulang bagian belakang terlalu membungkuk, jangkauan berlebih dan peralatan tidak sesuai dengan ukuran antropometri dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya ketidaksesuaian antara pekerja, peralatan, serta lingkungan kerja. CV. Tasifa Jaya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam produksi makanan frozen food yaitu bakso. Berdasarkan wawancara awal pekerja bagian penimbangan mengeluhkan sakit pada beberapa bagian tubuh terutama pada bagian leher, bahu, punggung atas, punggung bawah, bokong atau paha. Keluhan yang dirasakan dapat memperhambat proses produksi di perusahaan dan mengakibatkan waktu produksi menjadi lebih lama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengukuran menggunakan Nordic Body Map (NBM). NBM digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan rasa sakit yang dirasakan pada tubuh pekerja. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner NBM pada bagian leher dan bokong/paha dinilai 3, menunjukkan level risiko rendah, diperlukan istirahat dengan durasi waktu yang lebih lama untuk menghilangkan rasa sakit. Punggung atas, punggung bawah dan bahu memiliki penilaian rasa sakit mencapai 5, dimana memiliki level risiko sedang dan diperlukan penanganan lebih lanjut untuk menghilangkan rasa sakit. jika dilihat dari fasilitas kerja yang digunakan saat ini, tentunya akan berbahaya dan memungkinkan rasa sakit akan terus bertambah seiring lamanya waktu berkerja. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi keluhan MSDs yaitu melakukan perbaikan fasilitas kerja yang digunakan, agar sesuai dengan kondisi pekerja. Perbaikan fasilitas kerja berperan penting untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan produktivitas kerja serta sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi keluhan MSDs. Selain menggunakan peralatan ergonomis, keluhan MSDs juga dapat dihindari dengan melakukan istirahat dan peregangan secara teratur untuk mengurangi tegangan pada otot dan sendi.

Data analysis is very crucial nowadays. Educational Institutions in order to improve services and better understand the conditions of the learning process of their students need more in-depth data analysis in order to get an overview of the condition of student learning outcomes, obstacles experienced, and opportunities to improve the quality and service of Education for their students. Data analysis can be done quite easily using power BI, where the raw data to be used can be in the form of excel that has been used by SMK Reformasi before. This will make it easier for partners to improve condition assessments with minimal changes to existing systems and more optimal efforts. On the occasion of this community service activity, we will explain and guide the teachers of SMK Reformasi so that they can use power BI to make reports and analyze data on their students. With increased understanding and application of deeper data analysis, it is expected to be able to apply the most appropriate teaching method for each subject taught. This will certainly have an impact on student learning outcomes and student satisfaction and parents as well as increased competition and reputation of SMK Reformasi.

Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan instansi pemerintah daerah tingkat provinsi yang mengurus bidang Pendidikaan dan perbantuan yang dipimpin oleh kepala dinas yang bertanggung jawab kepada gubernur melalui sekretariat daerah. Didalam dunia kerja memiliki sedikit banyaknya masalah yang dihadapi oleh para karyawan salah satunya ialah bekerja dengan tidak maksimal maka dari itu dibutuhkannya penilaian softskill agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja setiap karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk membangun suatu sistem penilaian softskill karyawan dan mengapresiasi para karyawan agar dapat bekerja lebih baik lagi dan juga membentuk karakter yang kuat. Proses penelitian menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan atribut kriteria : kemampuan komunikasi, kemampuan beradaptasi, kemampuan bekerja sama, motivasi, dan ramah. Pembobotan untuk penilaian yaitu ( 0.25, 0.15, 0.3, 0.15, 0.15). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Bahwa metode SAW merekomendasikan K5 menghasilkan nilai tertinggi.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of distributive justice, procedural justice, and financial compensation on employee loyalty in a manufacturing company in Bali. The problem addressed was the impact of perceived fairness and compensation on employee loyalty. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings revealed that distributive justice and financial compensation significantly and positively influenced employee loyalty. However, procedural justice did not have a significant individual impact but contributed positively when combined with the other two variables. The results indicated that fair distribution of earnings and adequate financial compensation enhance employee loyalty, while the role of procedural justice is more significant when considered alongside other fairness aspects. These findings suggest that management should prioritize improving distributive justice and financial compensation strategies to foster higher employee loyalty. This study contributes to the literature on human resource management by highlighting the importance of fairness in compensation and decision-making processes. Further research is recommended to explore other variables affecting employee loyalty and to test these findings across different industries.
