Abstract

The benefits expected in this research are expected to add insight and Knowledge about Implementation Of Principal Leadership In The Education Profession At the UINSU Laboratory Madrasah Aliyah School. This study uses a qualitative design through a case study approach. Type The case studies used use facts and phenomena found by researchers and obtain data from the field in connection with Leadership in Learning. The research location is at the UINSU Laboratory Madrasah Aliyah School. Results of This research is: Principal leadership at Madrasah Aliyah UINSU Laboratory aims to encourage every member of the teacher and students to be enthusiastic in achieving goals and also aims to motivate and improve different performances according to the type or style of leadership applied by the Madrasah principal Aliyah UINSU Laboratory.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The research method used in this article is literature study or literature review, where data is obtained by reviewing literature sources. The literature study conducted included the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The results of this literature study indicate that educational supervision in schools must continue to improve so that school accreditation is even better. We recommend that educational supervision should be carried out properly so as to increase the achievement of school accreditation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara meningkatkan sumber daya manusia melalui optimalisasi manajemen diklat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis riset kepustakaan atau studi pustaka, yang melibatkan pengumpulan, membaca, mencatat, dan mengolah data dari berbagai sumber literatur seperti buku, majalah, dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan sumber daya manusia (SDM) melalui manajemen pelatihan adalah proses yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan kompetensi karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi. Proses ini penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan kualitas kerja. Manajemen pelatihan yang efektif tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada keberhasilan organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of policy in improving the quality of learning using a qualitative approach. The data sources used in this study are literature study sources that include references from journals, books and other articles. In education, public policy functions to provide equal access to education, improve teacher competence, and develop relevant curricula. Quality education policies must adapt to the times, technological advances, and global challenges. Therefore, education policies are very important to produce a generation that is innovative, intelligent, and ready to face the development of a dynamic society.
