Abstract

The benefits expected in this research are expected to add insight and Knowledge about Implementation Of Principal Leadership In The Education Profession At the UINSU Laboratory Madrasah Aliyah School. This study uses a qualitative design through a case study approach. Type The case studies used use facts and phenomena found by researchers and obtain data from the field in connection with Leadership in Learning. The research location is at the UINSU Laboratory Madrasah Aliyah School. Results of This research is: Principal leadership at Madrasah Aliyah UINSU Laboratory aims to encourage every member of the teacher and students to be enthusiastic in achieving goals and also aims to motivate and improve different performances according to the type or style of leadership applied by the Madrasah principal Aliyah UINSU Laboratory.

Abstract

Supervisi sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. supervisi pendidikan berperan memberi kemudahan dan membantu kepala sekolah dan guru mengembangkan potensi secara optimal. Supervisi atau supervisor memiliki peran strategis dalam memberikan layanan terhadap Guru yang mendapatkan kesulitan atau terjadi penurunan dalam kompetensinya. Oleh sebab itu pembinaan supervisi agar Dapat melaksanakan tugas kepengawasan akademik dan manajerial mutlak harus memiliki kompetensi supervisor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran supervisor atau supervisi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian Dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan Studi literatur yang Dilakukan dengan menemukan referensi teori dari jurnal, buku dan lain sebagainya yang Sesuai dengan kasus yang diperoleh. Supervisi pengajaran merupakan pekerjaan professional, yang menuntut Persyaratan sebagaimana layaknya pekerjaan professional yang lain. Tugas seorang supervisor Adalah untuk membantu, mendorong, dan memberikan keyakinan kepada guru bahwa proses Belajar-mengajar dapat dan harus diperbaiki.

Abstract

This research aims to determine strategies for increasing student learning motivation at school. This research uses qualitative case study research. the ability of elementary school teachers to implement their strategies comprehensively and in depth. So that students have high motivation, several efforts need to be made by the teacher to generate that motivation. That is, good, correct and interesting learning media can be used. The aim of using learning media in the teaching and learning process is to arouse new interests and desires, generate motivation and stimulation of learning activities, and even have psychological influences on learning. Explaining the benefits or objectives of the lesson that students really feel will raise students' learning motivation. As has been stated, motivation is an impulse that causes someone to do something. With motivation there will be an urge to do something in relation to achieving goals.

Abstract

The education decentralization policy is a strategic effort to encourage regional autonomy in managing education in order to create a system that is more democratic and meets local needs. This article examines the opportunities and challenges of implementing education decentralization policies in Indonesia. Opportunities that arise include increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and relevance of education programs through the involvement of the community and local government. However, various challenges are also faced, such as regional capacity gaps, weak inter-governmental coordination, and lack of community participation. This study provides an overview of the importance of a collaborative approach in policy implementation, including capacity building, transparency and accountability, to realize higher quality and more equitable education throughout Indonesia.
