Abstract

Fase remaja merupakan periode transisi yang ditandai dengan masa pubertas.Tanda pubertas pada remaja adalah menstruasi, dan masalah ginekologi yang sering muncul pada saat menstruasi adalah dismenorhea. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi front effleurage terhadap derajat dismenorhea primer pada remaja di Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Karangploso Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre eksperimental design dengan pendekatan one grup pre post test design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua remaja putri yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Karangploso Malang yang berjumlah 50 orang pada tahun 2018. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 33 remaja.Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi : Remaja putri berumur 12-21 tahun, mengalami dismenorhea primer, remaja yang tidak melakukan pereda nyeri baik farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi serta remaja yang jarak siklus menstruasi 21-35 hari. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah SOP teknik relaksasi front effleurage dan Numeric Rating Scale. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan hasil nilai signifikasi = 0,000 < α (0,05) artinya ada pengaruh teknik relaksasi front effleurage terhadap derajat dismenorhea primer pada remaja di Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Karangploso Malang. Direkomendasikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar melakukan penelitian tentang teknik ini dengan kombinasi teknik lainnya untuk menurunkan derajat dismenorhea secara signifikan. The juvenile phase is a transition period characterized by puberty. One sign of puberty is menstruation, and gynecological problems that often occur during menstruation are dysmenorhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of front effleurage relaxation techniques on the degree of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescents at Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in Karangploso Malang. This study used pre experimental design with one group pre post test design approach. The population of this study were all young women at Al Hidayah Karangploso Islamic Boarding School, amounting to 50 people in 2018. The sample in this study were 33 teenagers. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique that met the inclusion criteria: Young women aged 12-21 years, experiencing primary dysmenorrhea, adolescents who did not do pain relief both pharmacology and nonpharmacology and adolescents who have a menstrual cycle distance of 21-35 days. The instruments used are the SLE of the effleurage front relaxation technique and the Numeric Rating Scale. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test with a significance p value = 0.000

Abstract

Supervisi sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. supervisi pendidikan berperan memberi kemudahan dan membantu kepala sekolah dan guru mengembangkan potensi secara optimal. Supervisi atau supervisor memiliki peran strategis dalam memberikan layanan terhadap Guru yang mendapatkan kesulitan atau terjadi penurunan dalam kompetensinya. Oleh sebab itu pembinaan supervisi agar Dapat melaksanakan tugas kepengawasan akademik dan manajerial mutlak harus memiliki kompetensi supervisor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran supervisor atau supervisi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian Dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan Studi literatur yang Dilakukan dengan menemukan referensi teori dari jurnal, buku dan lain sebagainya yang Sesuai dengan kasus yang diperoleh. Supervisi pengajaran merupakan pekerjaan professional, yang menuntut Persyaratan sebagaimana layaknya pekerjaan professional yang lain. Tugas seorang supervisor Adalah untuk membantu, mendorong, dan memberikan keyakinan kepada guru bahwa proses Belajar-mengajar dapat dan harus diperbaiki.

Abstract

This type of learning is develop based on examine of technology learning of refer to design dick, Carey of Carey (2011). Procedure of developing is not only done in nine steps but also packet of learning which is development figured. Arabic language subject to seventh student, Second semester consists of 3 part that is matter of the studi part finder educator and participant of learning. Packet development process of learning is done passing through five stages: first step decide the subject which will be develop. Second step, identify syllabus of the subject which will develop. Third, formulate steps developing. Firfth, test and revise developing product. The result test expert stage of study in excelent result. Result test expert design and learning instrument to volume of learn are in good result, part finder educator and part finder learning participant are in good category, the result of personal test volume of study exist of 6 mistakes in the clicking, seven mistakes in the punctuation mark, three mistakes in the explaining picture. Result test of small group matter of study and scout participant of study are in good category, the result test of observation matter of study performance of participant is in good category, the result pre test and pos test with twenty emancipations rank and standart significant 0,05 are gotten observe is bigger than T table, that is 20,5 called matter of study which is used effective. The strength of packet learning which has arranged: (1) packet learning is arranged system . (2) packet learning can be influanced interest student to study. (3) Packet learning can be facilitated learning process in tjhe class, whereas weakness this packet is arranged based on characteristic of participant of MTs Darul Ulum Kraksaan Probolinggo. Suggestion which mimicries is: (1) Before using matter of learn, expert learning participant read first utilization instruction. (2) Matter of study Arabic language can be used in Mts Drul Ulum only. (3) If the matter is used learning participant next level, necessary remove analyze needed to study.

Abstract

Indonesia generates significant quantities of agricultural waste, including eggshells and rice husks, which often remain underutilized. This research-based community service project explores the innovative reuse of these materials—particularly rice husks—as eco-friendly components in the creation of calligraphy artworks. The objectives of the initiative were twofold: (1) to introduce and highlight the potential of eggshells and rice husks as sustainable, alternative materials for calligraphic art; and (2) to provide hands-on training on the practical techniques of producing calligraphy using eggshell fragments and rice husk-based paper. Utilizing the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, the project actively involved the El-Ka Lampung Calligraphy Studio community in Metro City, Lampung. The outcomes of the initiative included the successful production of calligraphy pieces that exhibited both aesthetic appeal and distinctive textures resulting from the incorporation of organic materials. Moreover, the project fostered greater community awareness of environmentally sustainable art practices and enhanced participants’ skills in utilizing local waste products creatively. This initiative demonstrates how integrating traditional art with ecological awareness can empower communities and promote sustainable cultural innovation.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of communication and learning between local and international students in a multicultural classroom at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The research was conducted to understand how linguistic differences, cultural background, and classroom interaction patterns shape learning experiences in an Islamic higher education context. Using a qualitative educational ethnography design, data were collected through participant observation and in-depth interviews with both local and international students who interacted intensively in the same class. The findings reveal that language is the primary factor influencing comprehension and participation, with international students experiencing significant challenges when Indonesian is used as the medium of instruction. Despite these barriers, communication remains effective through bilingual discussions, clarification strategies, and peer support. The class environment, characterized by open discussions, presentations, and supportive responses from lecturers and peers, fosters a sense of inclusion for all students. The study concludes that communication dynamics in this multicultural classroom operate positively, as students adopt adaptive linguistic strategies and collaborative learning practices that enable them to overcome cultural and linguistic differences. These dynamics generate an inclusive learning environment that benefits both local and international students.
