Abstract

Floor gymnastics is exercise that is done on the floor with a mat that serves to reduce the risk of injury when carrying out movements. One of the basic types of gymnastics taught by class VIII semester is practicing the basic back roll or back roll technique. Back bolster is rolling or rolling the body backwards where the position of the body must remain rounded, namely with the legs folded, the knees still attached to the chest then the head is lowered until it is attached to the chest. The use of inclined plane learning media is a way of developing subject matter in an easier and interesting way to be applied in the form of modified learning media so that teaching and learning activities in schools can be conveyed properly. By using this learning media, it is expected to be able to improve students' abilities in learning back roll floor gymnastics. Based on the results of data management using the SPSS version 25 application on descriptive statistics. Before conducting the research, the researcher knew the initial conditions. In the initial test (Pretest) the highest score obtained was 78.00 and the lowest score was 33.00, and the average value was 54.35. Meanwhile, after the treatment, the final test score (posttest) increased back roll ability with the highest score of 100.00 and the lowest score of 56.00 and the average value of 79.37. It can be concluded that the use of inclined plane aids has an influence on the learning outcomes of back roll floor gymnastics in class VIII students at Bintang Timur Junior High School.

Abstract

In order to improve students' football passing skills in physical education learning, treatment is needed that can improve students' skills in learning, one of which is through the inquiry learning model. The inquiry learning model is a learning that is strung together which focuses on the process of critical thinking and analysis to get their own answers to a problem. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the inquiry learning model has on the learning outcomes of football passing at SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok. The method used in this study is experimental. Research design One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population and sample in this study were class XII students of SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok with a sample of 110 people. The instrument used in this research is the football passing test. Data analysis was performed using quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The research instrument used was the football passing test which included: prefix, imposition, follow-up movement, and results. This study uses statistical analysis, namely the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of passing football by 2.9%. From the results of data analysis, a low score was obtained from the level of students' passing ability from 110 samples, namely 0% or 0 students, while there was an average value of 8% or 8 students with moderate criteria. The dominant score obtained by students of SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok is at a high criterion level with a total of 50% or 50 students and with very high criteria, namely a total of 52% or 52 students. Obtained Mean = 14.682, Standard Deviation = 15.537, t = 9.911, df = 109, and Sig. (2-tailed) = < 0.001. From the output in the table above, the Paired Samples Test table is the main table of the output which shows the results of the tests carried out. This can be seen from the significance value (2-tailed) in the table. The significance value (2-tailed) of this case example is <0.001 (p <0.05). So that the results of the initial test and the final test experienced significant (meaningful) changes. Based on the descriptive statistics of the pre-test and post-test, it is proven that the final test is higher. It can be concluded that the use of the inquiry learning model has an influence on the learning outcomes of passing football for class XII students of SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the drill training method on students' dribble skills in the basketball extracurricular at SMP Negeri 1 Lemahabang. This research is an experimental research to find out whether the effect of the drill training method on basketball dribble skills. The number of students who were sampled was 30 people who were taken using the Sjenus sempling technique where all the population was used as the sample. The research data was carried out with a one group pretest-posttest design using a test of students' dribble skills. The results of the research were obtained through a data normality test with the results stating that the pretest data was 0.102 > 0.05 and the posttest was 0.177 > 0.05. the results of the pretest-posttest stated that the data had a homogeneous distribution and the t-test calculation obtained the Sig. (two-tilled) 0.000 <0.05 indicates a significant difference between the results before and after being given treatment. It can be concluded that from the results of the research conducted, it can be stated that there is an influence of the drill training method on basketball dribble skills in extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Lemahabang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya minat dan motivasi siswa pada kegiatan ekstrakulikuler pencak silat di SMPN 1 TelukJambe Timur. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian terdiri dari 30 peserta ekstrakulikuler pencak silat di SMPN 1 TelukJambe Timur. Semua data yang didapatkan melalui teknik observasi, angket dan wawancara. Data yang didapatkan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan kategori persentase. Hasil analisis memperoleh bahwa minat siswa terhadap kegiatan ekstrakulikuler sebesar 88% dan motivasi siswa sebesar 85,5%. Kesimpulannya minat dan motivasi siswa untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler pencak silat di SMPN 1 TelukJambe Timur  kategori baik.

Abstract

The background of the research is the low ability of students to accurately performthe under ring shooting technique. The study employed a quantitative approachwith a quasi-experimental method using a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.The sample consisted of 20 students selected through total random sampling of 20students. The instrument used was a shooting accuracy test administered beforeand after the intervention, which consisted of target-based training sessions. Dataanalysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significantdifference between the pretest and posttest scores with a significance value of0.000 (p < 0.05). This indicates that target games have a positive and significanteffect on improving students’ under ring shooting accuracy. Therefore, target-based training can be considered an effective alternative learning strategy toenhance basic basketball skills, especially under ring shooting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan mengidentifikasi Pengaruh Tactical Games Model Terhadap Keterampilan Bermain Futsal Dalam Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Siswa SMP Negeri 6 Karawang Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian One Grup Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 21 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal, sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh semua populasi dijadikan sampel, instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Game Performance Assesment Instrument (GPAI). Hasil dari penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa adanya hasil yang signifikan dilihat melalui nilai rata-rata yang berbeda yaitu pretest sebesar 4,76 dan setelah diberikan treatment serta dilakukan posttest nilai rata-rata naik menjadi 6,75. Juga didukung dengan hasil perhitungan uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 nilai sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan untuk keterampilan bermain futsal data pretest dan posttest. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang meningkat dari hasil dengan perlakuan yang telah di berikan. Pengaruh tersebut di tunjukan dengan peningkatan kemapuan ketermpilan bermain futsal siswa pada saat pretest dan posttest yaitu dilihat dari hasil mean mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu sebesar 1,9.
