Abstract

ABSTRAKDi negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia peranan Industri Kecil Menengah menjadi salah satu yang paling krusial, dari sisi pembukaan kesempatan kerja, penyebaran pendapatan, sumber pendapatan serta pembangunan ekonomi.Sulawesi Utara sebagai salah satu daerah yang terus menunjukan perkembangan selama dasawarsa ini menjadi salah satu contoh nyata dimana perekonomian yang dimiliki terus tumbuh setiap tahunnya Hal ini menunjukkan Industri kecil menengah memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia khususnya Sulawesi Utara karena mampu memulihkan perekonomian Daerah maupun nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Industri Kecil Menengah Yang di Dalamnya ialah Unit Usaha, Tenaga Kerja, Nilai, Investasi, Nilai Produksi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.Teknik analisis yang di gunakan adalah model analisis Regresi Berganda dengan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Secara Bersama-sama atau simultan Unit Usaha, Tenaga Kerja, Nilai Investasi, dan Nilai Produksi Berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Sedangkan Secara Sendiri-sendiri atau Parsial yang berperngaruh secara signifikan terhadapa pertumbuhan Ekonomi hanyalah Tenaga Kerja.Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Industri Kecil Menengah, Unit Usaha, Tenaga Kerja, Nilai Investasi, Nilai ProduksiABSTRACTIn developing countries such as Indonesia the role of Small and Medium Industries is one of the most crucial, in terms of opening employment opportunities, distributing income, sources of income and economic development. North Sulawesi as one of the regions that continues to show progress during this decade is one example real where the economy has continued to grow every year. This shows that small and medium industries have the potential to be developed in Indonesia, especially North Sulawesi, because they are able to restore the regional and national economy. This study aims to analyze how the influence of Small and Medium Industries in it is Business Units, Labor, Value, Investment, Production Value Against Economic Growth. The analysis technique used is the Multiple Regression analysis model with secondary data. The results of the study show that Together or Simultaneously Business Units, Labor, Investment Values, and Production Values Significantly Influence Economic Growth. Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi masih merupakan tujuan utama dan indikator penting keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi daerah, dengan pertumbuhan Ekonomi yang tinggi diharapkan berpenagruh positif bagi kesejahtraan masyarakat dengan berkurangnya kemiskinan. Sulawesi Utara adalah salah satu pusat perekonomian di pulau Sulawesi, dalam meningkatkan Pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah ini membutuhkan komitmen kuat dari pihak pemerintah dan swasta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Belanja Pemerintah dan Investasi Swasta terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan dampak terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Teknik analisis yang di gunakan adalah model analisis path dengan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa investasi swasta memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sedangkan belanja pemerintah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara simultan invesatsi swasta dan belanja pemerintah memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, besarnya pengaruh investasi swasta dan belanja pemerintah melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak dapat di jadikan variabel intervening.

Abstract

Regional Economic Development requires an important role from the Government and the Private Sector in driving the Economy in order to Increase Economic Growth as an Indicator of the Success of a Region. The Government through the allocation of Government Expenditure, and Private Parties through Domestic Investment and Foreign Investment are expected to be able to support regional economic growth. This study intends to examine how government spending and private investment affect Manado City's economic growth., the data used is secondary data from 2012-2021 obtained from the Manado Central Statistics Agency and the Manado City PTSP Investment Office. Ordinary Least Square (OLS), a multiple linear regression model, and the Eviews program were employed as the analysis approach in this study. The findings indicated that private investment has a significant influence on economic growth whereas government spending has no significant impact. Then, both public and private investment have an impact on economic growth.Keywords: Economic Growth, Government Expenditure, Private Investment

Abstract

Dalam era digital dan globalisasi, ekonomi kreatif memberikan peluang baru untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mengintegrasikan berbagai aspek budaya dan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang ekonomi kreatif sangat penting untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan menghasilkan nilai tambah bagi masyarakat. Pelatihan ekonomi kreatif memiliki relevansi yang sangat penting dalam konteks perkembangan ekonomi dan bisnis saat ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang difokuskan pada peningkatan keterampilan dan motivasi para pegawai serta penguasaan teknologi dan perangkat digital yang sangat relevan dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan para pegawai tentang ekonomi kreatif, yang dapat diaplikasikan baik dalam perusahaan maupun untuk usaha sampingan yang sedang mereka jalankan atau yang akan mereka jalankan.

Abstract

In an era full of competition like today requires us to have more skills, especially in the field of science and technology, because it is our provision in entering the world of work and can compete, one of the education that is expected to be taken is higher education at the university level. In North Sulawesi, one of the popular universities is Manado State University where there are 7 faculties including the Faculty of Economics and Business with a major in Economics, increasing the number of new students in the Department of Economics is one of the focuses in the development of higher education institutions. One of the efforts made is through socialization activities targeting high school students. This activity aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Department of Economics, including the curriculum, study program excellence, and career opportunities that can be accessed by graduates. Participants who participated in this activity were students of Class VII of SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi. This socialization was successfully carried out as seen from the enthusiasm of students in conducting discussions and questions and answers, and many students were finally interested in continuing their education to universities, especially to the Department of Economics.

Abstract

Small and medium industries play an important role in the economy, especially in the local economy, in creating jobs. This can be done through investment flowing into small and medium industries, encouraging companies to open new business units, and, of course, having an impact on labor absorption, which means that investment in this field can also help regions overcome unemployment. Therefore, this study aims to see the role of small and medium industry investment on labor absorption in North Sulawesi Province, namely, the effect of SME investment on labor absorption. The data used in the study are secondary data, namely small and medium industry investment data and labor data in North Sulawesi Province, taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sulawesi Province and then analyzed using the simple linear regression method using the Eviews 12 tool. The results of the study show that small and medium industry investment has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in North Sulawesi Province. This certainly provides an illustration that the small and medium industry investment climate provides a good contribution to the absorption of labor. This means helping regions overcome unemployment. The results of this study are expected to help contribute to subsequent research related to the role of small and medium industry investment in labor absorption and also provide input to the government as a policymaker.

Abstract

The role of banking as an intermediation institution is very important in supporting the running of the economy and national development, considering its function as an organizer of payment transactions, an intermediary between debtors and creditors, and so on. The main focus and activity of banking in carrying out its intermediation function is credit distribution. This research is motivated by the existence of a gap phenomenon where the credit distributed by Rural Banks in North Sulawesi is not yet optimal. Thus, it is necessary to examine the factors that influence credit distribution, some of which are Third Party Fund (TPF) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL). The aim of this research is to find out the influence of Third Party Fund and Non-Performing Loan on credit distribution at Rural Banks in North Sulawesi. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results show that Third Party Fund and Non-Performing Loan have a positive and significant effect on credit distribution. Based on the results, it is hoped that Rural Banks can further increase Third Party Fund and minimize the occurrence of Non-Performing Loan in order to increase credit distribution at Rural Banks in North Sulawesi.

Abstract

Suatu negara dikatakan makmur apabila tingkat kemiskinannya rendah, seperti hal nya di negara berkembang kemiskinan masih merupakan isu yang belum terselesaikan, peran industry kecil menengah dalam hal penambahan Jumlah Industri Kecil Menengah dapat mendorong pembukaan lapangan kerja dan penyerapan tenaga kerja hal tersebut harusnya dapat membantu menanggulangi kemiskinan yang ada. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini akan menguji  apakah Industri Kecil Menengah dapat berpengaruh dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data jumlah penduduk miskin, data jumlah industry kecil menengah, data tenaga kerja industry kecil menengah yang ada di provinsi Sulawesi Utara tahun 2005-2021, kemudian di analisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan eviews 12. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Jumlah Industri Kecil Menengah dan Tenaga Kerja Industri Menengah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan. Hal ini di karenakan dengan adanya inovasi dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi setiap pembukaan sector industry yang baru sudah tidak lagi sepenuhnya membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang banyak. Penelitian ini di harapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam mengembangkan literatur terkait dengan peran Industri Kecil Menengah dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan di provinsi Sulawesi utara.   A country is said to be prosperous if the poverty rate is low, as is the case in developing countries, poverty is still an unresolved issue. the role of small and medium industries in terms of increasing the number of small and medium industries can encourage job creation and employment, this should be able to help overcome existing poverty. Therefore this study will test whether the Small and Medium Industries can influence poverty alleviation in North Sulawesi Province. The data used in this study are data on the number of poor people, data on the number of SMi, data on the labor of SMi in North Sulawesi province in 2005-2021, then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method using eviews 12. The results of the study show that the number of SMi and labor of SMi has no significant effect on poverty. This is due to the existence of innovation in terms of the use of technology every time a new industrial sector is opened, it no longer fully requires a large workforce. This research is expected to contribute to developing literature related to the role of Small and Medium Industries in overcoming poverty in the province of North Sulawesi.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembagunan yang ada di suatu negara atau daerah bisa tercermin dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi, dalam mendorong pembagunan sendiri pemerintah berupaya meningkatkan belanja pemerintah yang di harapkan dapat mendorong perputaran ekonomi yang ada di daerah untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan mensejahtrakan masyarakat. Peningkatan belanja pemerintah khususnya yang ada di daerah, seharusnya berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. terutama di kabupaten Minahasa. Oleh sebab itu dalam penelitian ini akan menguji pengaruh dari belanja pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi yang ada di kabupaten Minahasa. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data pertumbuhan ekonomi dan belanja pemerintah yang ada di kabupaten Minahasa, Selanjutnya, dalam analisis ini, digunakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pengaruh belanja pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak signifikan, hubungan antara belanja pemerintah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki hubungan yang positif. Hal ini di sebabkan karena belanja yang di alokasikan oleh pemerintah masih banyak bersifat investasi misalnya di bidang infrastruktur yang dampak nya tidak langsung di rasakan pada waktu sekarang namun dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu penulisan lebih lanjut tentang hubungan antara Belanja Pemerintah dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Minahasa dan juga untuk pemerintah daerah setempat dalam hal pengambilan kebijakan. The success of development in a country or region can be reflected in high economic growth. In encouraging its own development, the government is trying to increase government spending, which is expected to encourage economic turnover in the region, increase economic growth, and improve community welfare. High government spending should be able to influence economic growth in the region, especially in Minahasa district. For this reason, the present study will minimize the impact of government policy on economic growth in the province of Minahasa. The data used in this study are the economic and government data available in the province of Minahasa. Subsequently, the analysis in this study employs the method of regression line analysis using eviews 12.. The research results show that government spending and economic growth have a positive relationship, but the influence of government spending on economic growth does not have a significant effect. This is because the spending allocated by the government is still largely investment in nature, for example, in the infrastructure sector, the impact of which is not immediately felt now but over a long period of time. It is hoped that this research can contribute to developing literature related to government expenditures on economic growth in Minahasa Regency.
