Abstract

PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya Medan is: a company engaged in the sale of glue. PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya itself is a distributor of Fox glue. Customer repurchase interest has decreased from year to year. The products offered by the company have not created a conversation that can create or create an impression in the minds of customers. The implementation of customer relationship strategies by companies to consumers is still lacking. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The research population that will be used in the study is all customers who buy from the company as many as 74 customers. Determination of the research sample using saturated sampling. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between word of mouth and CRM strategy on the repurchase intention of PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya. While partially found the variable word of mouth has a significant effect on the repurchase intention of PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya. Partially, it was found that the CRM strategy variable had a significant effect on the repurchase intention of PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya.

Abstract

Abstrak Recruitment activities are very important to find new potential employees who have potential in the company. Given the very importance of the recruitment process for the company, it is hoped that a selective selection process will have an impact on the company's future development to obtain quality resources. Some employees of PT. IngcoTeknika Indonesia Medan whose education is not linear and even too far related to the position occupied at this time. The low level of employee education can be proven by the last formal education that the employee has taken. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of selection and education on the recruitment of PT. IngcoTeknika Indonesia Medan. The research method used is a survey approach analysis method, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research method is carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The population is employees of PT. IngcoTeknika Indonesia Medan. The sample in the study to be tested is 35 people. The data analysis technique used is the reliability validity test, the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Keywords: Selection, Education, Employee Recruitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peningkatan prestasi belajar tematik siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran STAD. Metode penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III MI Wajar Ma'arif Sribhawono, dengan objek penelitian berfokus pada hasil belajar tematik. Data hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar dan kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran STAD pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar tematik dari nilai awal sebesar 59,7 menjadi 73,1, dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan lebih lanjut menjadi 83,0. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran STAD efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar tematik siswa kelas III MI Wajar Ma'arif Sribhawono.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menentukan :1) Pengaruh Nilai Tukar secara parsial terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Perbankan di BEI Periode 2018-2020. 2) Pengaruh inflasi secara parsial terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Perbankan di BEI Periode 2018-2020. 3) Pengaruh Nilai Tukar dan Inflasi secara simultan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Perbankan di BEI Periode 2018-2020. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 45 perusahaan dan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis didapatkan : 1) Nilai Tukar secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Perbankan di BEI Periode 2018-2020. 2) Inflasi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Perbankan di BEI Periode 2018-2020. 4) Nilai Tukar dan Inflasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Perbankan di BEI Periode 2018-2020. Hasil dari Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2) adalah 0,5195, artinya kontribusi Nilai Tukar dan Inflasi terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Perbankan di BEI Periode 2018-2020 adalah sebesar 51,95%, sedangkan 48,05% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Work loyalty is an employee's loyalty to the company and the responsibility given by the company in the form of trust that keeps company secrets and the employee's willingness to advance the company Communication is a process of delivering messages from a person who gives or sends messages to the recipient of the message in the form of ideas or information transfer. Organizational climate is a condition, condition and characteristic of the work environment that characterizes an organization which is formed from the attitudes, behavior and personality of all members of the organization.This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where the entire population will be used as the research sample. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale.Partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between communication variables and organizational climate on work loyalty.

Abstract

Salary is the main form of payment given to employees for work done. Payments are made every month. Leadership is an effort of a leader to be able to realize individual goals or organizational goals. Work commitment is a condition of an employee who sides with the company and has a desire to maintain his membership in a particular company. The population in this study were all employees in the company, amounting to 45 people. The sample in this study amounted to 45 people. This research used questionnaire to obtain respondents’ answers. Hypothesis test results partially indicate that salary variable significantly influence the work commitment of employees of PT. Horas Beringin Makmur, Lubuk Pakam. Hypothesis test results partially indicate that leadership variable significantly influence the work commitment of employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of computer application utilization on the efficiency of management strategies and accounting reporting in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Digitalization of business processes through computer applications such as accounting software, management systems, and strategic dashboards has become a necessity for UMKM to compete in the era of digital transformation. This study uses a quantitative approach with respondents of 50 UMKM actors in Medan City who have used computer applications in their business operations. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the use of computer applications had a significant effect on increasing the efficiency of management strategies (R² = 0.58) and accounting reporting (R² = 0.63). This finding reinforces the importance of technology integration in UMKM operations to improve competitiveness and accountability. This study recommends expanding the use of computer applications comprehensively and digitalization training for UMKM actors.

Abstract

Brand loyalty (brand loyalty) is when consumers ask for a brand and will look anywhere to get the brand. Service quality is the superiority of a service that can only be assessed by customers. Purchasing decisions are a decision-making process in which consumers must first solve problems. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods to determine the relationship of each independent variable to the dependent variable. The population in this study were: all customers who have a policy age of more than 5 years, totaling 67 customers. The study used saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study was 67 respondents. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test showed that Brand Loyalty and Service Quality had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, each Brand Loyalty and service quality had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Brand Loyalty, Service Quality, Purchase Decision
