Abstract

Performance is a reaction from a job that results from the quality or quantity aspects of the work and the responsibilities imposed by the company, as well as the skills, expertise capacity and ability to complete work within a certain time span. The purpose of this study was to evaluate employee performance based on Career Development, Work Ability and Employee Loyalty. This research was conducted at PT Semen Padang, with the number of samples used as many as 92 employees obtained based on the non-probability sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used was regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence between Career Development, work ability and employee loyalty on employee performance. This study shows the results that a regular career development system will foster good employee performance, good work skills will be able to help improve the performance and loyalty of an employee will have an impact on increasing employee performance. Where in this study shows that career development has a greater impact on employee work outcomes.

Abstract

This study titled Influence of Content Marketing and Endorsement on Customer Satisfaction with Purchasing Decisions as an intervening variable in shopee (Case Study In Management Students of UPI YPTK Padang Angkatan 2020). The purpose of this study was to know and try to analyze the Effect of Content Marketing and Endorsement on Customer Satisfaction with Purchasing Decisions as an intervening variable on shopee (Case Study In Management Students of UPI YPTK Padang Angkatan 2020). The study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. Data collection methods were through interviews and circulating questionnaires, with a sample of 88 respondents. The results of the study found. There is a positive and significant influence of content marketing on Shopee's Customer Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of content marketing on Shopee's purchasing decisions. There is no positive and insignificant influence of Endorsement on Customer Satisfaction on Shopee. There is a positive and significant influence between Endorsement and Purchase Decisions on Shopee. There is a positive and significant influence between Purchase Decisions on Customer Satisfaction on Shopee. Content Marketing mediates Purchase Decisions to Customer Satisfaction on Shopee. Endorsement mediates Purchase Decisions to Customer Satisfaction on Shopee.

Abstract

The study is titled Influence of Product Quality And Price On Purchasing Decisions With Brand Image As Intervening Variable In Skincare Acnes (Case Study On Acne Drugs In Padang City). The aim of this study was to know and attempt to analyze the Effect of Product Quality And Price On Purchasing Decisions With Brand Image As Intervening Variable In Skincare Acnes (Case Study On Acne Medicine In Padang City). The study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The method of data collection was through interviews and circulating questionnaires, with a sample of 80 respondents. The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality and Brand Image. There is a positive and significant influence of Price on Brand Image. There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions. There is no positive and significant influence of the price on the purchase decision. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image mediates Product Quality to Purchase Decisions. Brand Image mediates Price to Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work safety and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as Intervening variables using secondary data obtained by distributed questionnaires to 32 employees who were used as respondents on Furniture Good Luck. In this research, analytical tools are used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that work safety positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction. Work safety has no significant effect on Employee Performance. The work environment matters positive and significant on employee performance. Satisfaction work has a positive and significant effect on performance Employee. Work safety has no significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of profitability and company size on company value with capital structure as an intervening variable in Food and Beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 a total of 95 companies. The population of this study is all Food and Beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Until a sample of 30 samples from the criteria that have been determined. The method used in this study is a survey method of quantitative descriptive approach. The technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by using the SPSS 25 test tool. The results of the study show that profitability and company size have a significant effect on the capital structure. Profitability and capital structure have a significant effect on the value of the company, while the size of the company has no effect on the value of the company. Capital structure is not able to mediate the influence of profitability and company size on company value in Food and Beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style, communication, work discipline and culture have on job satisfaction at PT. NCO Tani Nusantara (BTN) West Pasaman. This study consists of four independent variables, namely leadership style, communication, work discipline and organizational culture and one variable of job satisfaction. The analytical method used is path analysis. The method of data collection in this research is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. NCO Tani Nusantara (BTN) West Pasaman. The results obtained based on the Partial Test (t test) obtained: a) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on job satisfaction, b) There is a positive and significant effect of communication on job satisfaction, c) There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on job satisfaction. , d) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, e) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, communication, work discipline and organizational culture on job satisfaction. Finally, the author suggested to PT. Bintara Tani Nusantara (BTN) Pasaman Barat to be able to improve employee empowerment, leadership style, communication, work discipline and organizational culture

Abstract

The research results found that there was a positive and significant influence between product quality and price. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Reputation on Price. There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions. There is a positive and insignificant influence between Brand Reputation on Purchasing Decisions. There is a positive and significant influence between price on purchasing decisions. Price is able to mediate product quality on purchasing decisions. Price is able to mediate Brand Reputation on Purchasing Decisions.
