Abstract

Abstract: Efforts to improve the quality of C pakage graduate program in PKBM Wijaya Kusuma Tosari-Pasuruan needs to be implemented by the implementation of job training in PKBM. The job training is very important strategy because the organizer of the C Package program is able to provide excellent learning services and produce high quality graduates if the quality improvement strategy of the graduates is done carefully. This strategy includes three phases, namely pre-program, program implementation, and post-program. Each phase needs to involve the learning community and the community.Keywords: job training, graduate qualityAbstrak: Upaya peningkatan kualitas lulusan program Paket C di PKBM Wijaya Kusuma Kecamatan Tosari Kabupaten Pasuruan perlu dilaksanakan melalui penyelenggaraan pelatihan kerja di PKBM tersebut. Pelatihan kerja itu merupakan strategi yang sangat penting, sebab penyelenggara program Paket C itu ternyata bisa memberikan layanan pembelajaran yang ungguldan menghasilkan lulusan yang kualitasnya tinggi jika strategi peningkatan kualitas lulusannya dilaksanakan secara matang. Strategi ini mencakup tiga fase, yakni pra-program, pelaksanaan program, dan pasca-program. Setiap fase tersebut perlu melibatkan warga belajar dan masyarakat.Kata kunci: pelatihan kerja, kualitas lulusan

Abstract

Strategi dan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek di UD Zaida Jamur Tiram sebagai inovasi edukasi industri jamur rumahan difokuskan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan para petani jamur melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan praktis. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan kurikulum, serta evaluasi efektivitas program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam memproduksi dan mengelola budidaya jamur. Program ini juga memfasilitasi kolaborasi dan pertukaran pengetahuan antara peserta. Dengan demikian, strategi dan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan industri jamur rumahan dan dapat dijadikan model untuk edukasi industri lainnya. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan dan pengetahuan para petani, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi pada pengembangan industri jamur rumahan. Selain itu, kolaborasi dan pertukaran pengetahuan yang difasilitasi oleh program ini juga mendukung peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam berbagai aspek budidaya jamur. Hasil yang positif ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek tidak hanya efektif tetapi juga dapat diadaptasi untuk sektor industri lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to explore teachers' efforts in building character to overcome bullying behavior in early childhood education. The focus of this study is the strategy for implementing effective character education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection through observation and interviews. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study show that teachers' efforts are integrating character education through problem-based learning, projects and direct practice, creating school welfare, identifying bullying, and involving parents in supporting children's character formation. This strategy shows effectiveness in building empathy, concern, and positive behavior in early childhood. The implication of this study is that a holistic approach is needed involving teachers, parents, and the school environment. These findings can be a reference for the development of more inclusive and contextual character education policies for children.

Abstract

Poncokusumo Village, which is an independent village, has a paradox with the high number of social assistance recipients, especially the Family Hope Program (PKH). This phenomenon encourages the implementation of a community service program to encourage Beneficiary Families (KPM) to graduate independently in a sustainable manner. This community service aims to increase the economic and social capacity of KPM through a participatory approach based on local potential. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves KPM in the process of identifying problems, planning, implementing, and evaluating the program. The activities carried out include entrepreneurship training, strengthening KUBE institutions, integration of empowerment programs (Jatim Puspa and PENA), and intensive mentoring based on a humanistic and persuasive approach. The results show that KPM experienced an increase in knowledge, skills, and motivation to be economically independent. Some of them succeeded in graduating independently and running businesses sustainably. The conclusion of this activity confirms that participatory, contextual, and integrated empowerment can be an effective strategy in encouraging independent graduation of KPM. The contribution of this community service lies in the development of a holistic empowerment model that can be replicated in other areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

This article examines homeschooling as an alternative model of moral education for children in the midst of the digital disruption era and moral degradation. The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced children’s behavior, communication, and moral values. Traditional schools often struggle to provide a balanced response to these challenges, while homeschooling offers a more personal and value-based approach. This study employs a qualitative literature review by analyzing relevant journals, books, and reports from both national and international sources. The findings reveal that homeschooling not only strengthens academic knowledge but also fosters moral resilience, character formation, and parental involvement as the primary agents of education. This study contributes to the discourse on appropriate educational alternatives to address moral decline in the digital.

Abstract

The research provides in-depth insights into the factors influencing the success of the learning process in the context of homeschooling in Denpasar. Here are some key points that can be drawn from the findings of this research:Parental Educational Capability:Parental educational capability has a positive and significant impact on the success of homeschooling.Factors such as a lack of commitment, time, technological proficiency, motivation, and responsiveness to the child's learning problems can affect parental educational capability. The availability of learning materials has a positive effect on the success of homeschooling. Aspects such as the suitability of materials to the child's interests and talents, material flexibility, ease of provision by parents, the child's interest in the material, learning facilities from various sources, and community support affect the availability of learning materials. The availability of a conducive learning environment also contributes positively to the success of the homeschooling process. Aspects such as positive family interactions, trust in the child's interests and talents, good relationships with the child's learning environment (tutors, homeschooling institutions, tutors, and community friends), and socializing with various communities support the creation of a good learning environment. Success  The success of homeschooling is influenced by learning objectives, curriculum and teaching strategies, the teaching and learning process, and learning achievements that include the ability to have a diploma, portfolio, certificates from tutoring, and behavioral changes. Recommendations: Parents of homeschooling children are advised to pay more attention to fundamental aspects before deciding on homeschooling. If facing difficulties, it is recommended to seek assistance from learning communities or apply for scholarships from social foundations to ensure the successful implementation of homeschooling for the child.This research can serve as a foundation for parents, educators, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the quality of homeschooling in Denpasar by considering the identified factors.Keywords: Educational ability, availability of materials, environment, success in learning at homeschooling
