Abstract

Elektronic Government (E-Government) adalah istilah yang sangat populer saat ini, dimana secara umum e-government adalah upaya mengaplikasikan pelayanan kepemerintahan melalui sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai langkah dalam mengimplementasikan komitmen pemerintah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan potensi yang ada untuk mempromosikan sebuah sistem informasi e-government pada tiyuh karta sari. Dengan adanya sistem informasi di tiyuh karta sari Kabupaten tulang bawang barat akan sangat membantu masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam melakukan pencarian data serta digunakan sebagai media untuk memberikan gambaran tentang potensi yang ada pada tiyuh karta sari. Dengan adanya sistem ini pula, maka dalam waktu yang cepat data bisa dicari sehingga dapat meminimalkan waktu, biaya, serta kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi. Dalam melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan sistem berdasarkan pendekatan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, analisis, desain, dan implementasi sistem. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem informasi e-government ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL yang dikembangkan dalam website. Dari hasil pembahasan didapatkan sebuah kesimpulan layanan informasi yang lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat, serta dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa harus bertatap muka secara langsung untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga membantu dalam pengetahuan internet yang tersedia di tiyuh karta sari yang akan di kunjungi

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pemasaran produk UMKM di era digitalisasi. Melalui kegiatan workshop dan pelatihan, pemilik UMKM dan calon pengusaha diberikan pemahaman tentang platform media sosial, strategi pemasaran yang efektif, dan teknik pengelolaan konten yang menarik. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan media sosial secara efektif, UMKM dapat meningkatkan visibilitas produk, menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, dan meningkatkan penjualan. Pemilik UMKM juga memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dalam mengelola pemasaran melalui media sosial. Selain itu hasil pengabdian memberikan manfaat nyata bagi UMKM dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran yang efektif. Dengan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan ini, UMKM dapat tumbuh dan berkembang di era digitalisasi. Diharapkan pengabdian ini dapat membantu UMKM menghadapi persaingan di era digital dan memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka.

Abstract

Corn Distribution Information System in Bandar Lampung has witnessed a significant surge in interest, highlighting the importance of ensuring system reliability and functionality. This research endeavors to investigate and enhance these aspects through the application of the black box testing approach, focusing on the user-centric perspective of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Black box testing, a methodology emphasizing system functionality without delving into internal structures, is complemented by UAT to provide comprehensive evaluation. In executing 27 study cases to evaluate the system, 22 patients demonstrated proper functionality, while 5 issues were identified. Notably, 4 issues pertained to the unavailability of the export function to CSV, and 1 patient encountered difficulties with road letter generation facilities. The discussion elucidates that UAT through Black Box proves to be a valuable approach, effectively bridging the methodological gap of traditional black box and providing insightful input from end users. Furthermore, this methodology successfully identified 5 focal points that can serve as development suggestions for the company's system, previously undiscovered. In conclusion, the study underscores the efficiency of integrating UAT with black box in enhancing Corn Distribution Information System's dependability and functionality. Identified issues shed light on areas for improvement, emphasizing the need for ongoing research in system testing methodologies. Future studies are recommended to explore the integration of UAT with white box testing, iterative testing for bug identification, and comprehensive security testing within the system network. This approach ensures a holistic evaluation, addressing potential limitations and contributing to the continuous refinement of the information system.

Abstract

FaceVoting is an electronic voting system that employs facial recognition technology to authenticate voters, enhancing the security and efficiency of voting processes. This research showcases the integration of the Haar Cascade algorithm, renowned for its rapid and accurate object detection capabilities, tailored explicitly for face recognition in varied conditions. Through rigorous testing, the system proved highly effective at recognising faces across different distances, angles, and expressions despite some limitations in detecting obscured or unregistered faces. Extensive evaluations involved recording faces at 30 cm and 100 cm distances, yielding consistent detection scores of 0.2586751709411996, illustrating the system's robustness. Additionally, face recordings validated under varying angles demonstrated the system’s ability to maintain accuracy with minimal score variation, highlighting its adaptability to different voter positions. Further tests on diverse objects and facial expressions underscored the system’s precision in real-world scenarios, albeit with challenges in recognising non-human objects, other people’s faces, and partially obscured faces. About 96.5% of the 110 participants expressed satisfaction with the facial recognition feature, emphasising their confidence in its potential to secure and streamline the voting process. The study confirms the viability of facial recognition technology in e-voting systems, providing a substantial improvement over traditional methods in terms of accessibility, reliability, and fraud prevention, thereby supporting a more inclusive and transparent electoral process.

Abstract

Abstrak: Meningkatnya penggunaan internet di kalangan remaja membawa risiko signifikan terhadap paparan konten negatif, termasuk cyberpornography , yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan karakter dan literasi digital mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa di salah satu SMP Islam Terpadu di Bandar Lampung terkait bahaya cyberpornography , langkah pencegahannya, serta memotivasi mereka untuk bergabung dalam komunitas SHELO (Smart & Healthy e-Life Online). Kegiatan ini melibatkan 265 siswa dari kelas 7 hingga 9. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, pengisian kuisioner awal dan akhir, workshop, serta sesi working group. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman dan minat siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman siswa terhadap bahaya cyberpornography meningkat dari 92%-99% menjadi 100% di semua kelas. Pemahaman tentang langkah pencegahan meningkat menjadi 96% di kelas 7, 93% di kelas 8, dan 100% di kelas 9. Minat siswa bergabung dalam komunitas SHELO juga meningkat dari 9%-19% menjadi 31%-48%. Kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital siswa, kesadaran terhadap bahaya dunia maya, dan memotivasi mereka untuk menggunakan internet secara sehat dan bertanggung jawab.Abstract: The increasing use of the internet among teenagers poses significant risks of exposure to harmful content, including cyberpornography, which can impact their character development and digital literacy. This community service activity aimed to enhance students' digital literacy at one of the Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in Bandar Lampung concerning the dangers of cyberpornography and prevention strategies and to motivate them to join the SHELO (Smart & Healthy e-Life Online) community. The activity involved 265 students from grades 7 to 9. The methods included interactive lectures, pre- and post-questionnaires, workshops, and working group sessions. The evaluation was conducted using questionnaires to measure students' understanding and interest levels. The results showed that students' understanding of the dangers of cyberpornography increased from 92%-99% to 100% across all classes. Understanding of preventive measures also improved to 96% in grade 7, 93% in grade 8, and 100% in grade 9. Interest in joining the SHELO community rose from 9%-19% to 31%-48%. This activity effectively enhanced students' digital literacy, awareness of cyber risks, and motivated them to use the internet in a healthy and responsible manner.

Abstract

Saat ini, banyak orang yang memelihara kucing sebagai hewan peliharaan. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya manfaat yang dirasakan setelah memelihara kucing, antara lain menumbuhkan rasa kasih sayang terhadap makhluk hidup dan juga dapat membantu memulihkan kondisi psikologis seseorang sehingga dapat mengurangi stres. Selain perawatannya yang relatif mudah, kucing merupakan hewan yang lucu dan menggemaskan. Kebanyakan pemilik kucing peliharaan tidak mengetahui penyakit dan gejala yang menyerang hewan peliharaannya. Ketersediaan dokter hewan yang masih relatif sedikit dan mahalnya biaya ke dokter hewan menjadi salah satu alasan pemilik kucing enggan mengobati hewan peliharaannya ketika muncul gejala-gejala penyakit. Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan dalam teknologi komputer menciptakan celah yang memungkinkan terciptanya sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit hewan berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang diamati. Karena jika kondisi kesehatan kucing terganggu, maka akan berdampak buruk bagi pemelihara karena beresiko tertular penyakit dari kucing tersebut. Pembuatan sistem ini dapat membantu pekerjaan para pakar dalam mendiagnosa penyakit kucing. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada kucing peliharaan. Sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit kucing ini dirancang sebagai aplikasi berbasis mobile web, sedangkan dalam perancangannya menggunakan SDLC.

Abstract

This study focuses on designing and developing an international program registration application using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The UCD method is implemented to create an optimized user interface and experience, prioritizing the needs of both local and international students. The application replaces the previously used Google Form-based system, which had limitations in data security, database management, and selection process integration. The development process follows UCD principles, including context of use identification, user and organizational needs analysis, high-fidelity prototype design, and evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The initial evaluation resulted in an SUS score of 65 (Marginal High), which improved to 72 (Acceptable) after a redesign. The application is developed using Dart for the frontend and Firebase for the backend, ensuring flexibility in feature expansion. This solution enhances registration efficiency, improves the user experience, and supports multilingual and cross-device accessibility. Ultimately, this research contributes to technological innovation in international program management while strengthening the institution’s competitiveness in global higher education.

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet usage has increased concerns about exposure to pornographic content, particularly among younger users. This study proposed and developed a machine learning approach for classifying Indonesian-language website content containing pornographic material using the Naïve Bayes (NB) algorithm. A dataset comprising 50,329 website entries collected between 2019 and 2026 was processed through several preprocessing steps, including text normalisation, tokenisation, case folding, stemming, and stopword removal, to enhance the quality of textual features. To address class imbalance between pornographic and non-pornographic categories, the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) was applied during the training phase. Model performance was evaluated using a 5-fold cross-validation strategy and was compared across three Naïve Bayes variants: Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), Bernoulli Naïve Bayes (BNB), and Gaussian Naïve Bayes (GNB). Experimental results showed that the Multinomial Naïve Bayes model achieved the best performance, with an accuracy of approximately 94%, a precision of 0.92, a recall of 0.94, and an F1-score of 0.93, along with an ROC-AUC of 0.986. These findings demonstrated that the proposed approach was effective in classifying pornographic website content and could support automated web content filtering systems to protect users from harmful material. Future work could explore real-time implementation and the integration of more advanced machine learning techniques to further improve classification performance.
