Abstract

Earthquake effect at  27 May 2006 have destroyed buildings ofMuhammadiyah effort in Wedi Klaten. The damages of buildings are cover:( a) TK ABA I and  II have  damages of roof and wall; ( b) TK Islamterpadu, children play group have total damage; ( c) SD Islam terpaduhave light damage. The damages of shool building have pursued theprocess of education at the school. In order to aim  recovery the damagesschool, activity of  this devotion to society is to give design of  schoolbuilding which earthquake resitance, cheap, quickly construction andcan be developed. School building designed to one class unit, so that ifneeded some classes remain to combine it, and this combining isaccomodated with area and shape of land available. Designing by usingsystem of earthquake resistance. The concepts are as light as possibleand the and the building framework which consist of column, ring beamand sloof beam are made  interaction so that forming room constructionthat having bigger moment of inertia. The activity of devotion to societyhave produced design of  one class unit with size 6m x  8 m with buildingframework consist of reinforced concrete, wall from wood and  roof madefrom waving zinc. One class unit is estimated  require  Rp.13,796,213.ofconstruction cost with duration of constructon is one month.

Abstract

he background of the campus 4 mosque UMS construction was because the capacity of the old mosque was very limited and to facilitate the participants of the Muhammadiyah congress. The construction is carried out on the self-managed basis. Construction work carried out with a very short period of time has a risk of controlling aspects, both quality, time, and cost. The purpose of the community service activity is to carry out supervision of the construction process for the foundation construction of the campus 4 UMS mosque. The method of community service activities uses a direct supervision approach in the field through quality, time, and cost control. Quality control is carried out with scheduled supervision of daily work and material quality testing. Time control is carried out using the basis of the work schedule plan and S curve. Meanwhile, cost control is carried out using the cost budget plan basis. The work supervision service activities resulted in the following: (i) the progress of the work was more controlled, (ii) the quality of the foundation materials was more standard and according to specifications, (iii) there was no delay in work, and (iv) the cash flow of project costs had to be anticipated by the contractor.

Abstract

Pencapaian tujuan proyek membutuhkan kepatuhan terhadap batasan-batasan tertentu, seperti jumlah biaya yang dialokasikan, jadwal, dan kualitas yang harus dipenuhi. Dengan keterbatasan waktu, suatu proyek harus diselesaikan sebelum atau tepat waktu yang sudah ditentukan dan hasil proyek harus sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Pengendalian pada proyek diperlukan untuk menjaga kesesuaian antara perencanaan dengan pelaksanaan, untuk mengkoordinasi dan mengendalikan berbagai kegiatan yang kian kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi letak lintasan kritis dengan metode CPM. Selain itu, untuk menghitung pengaruh terhadap crashing terhadap durasi waktu dan jumlah biaya proyek pembangunan Struktur Rangka Atap Baja Stasiun Kereta Cepat Karawang. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan dimulai dengan tahap pertama yaitu studi literatur dengan penelitian yang sama. Selanjutnya melakukan pengumpulan data berupa data primer dan data sekunder yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode CPM dan Crashing untuk memperoleh hasil pembahasan yang dapat ditarik kesimpulan. Diketahui lintasan kritis pada proyek ini pada kegiatan Pekerjaan Cutting (A), Pekerjaan Fitup (B), Pekerjaan Finishing (D), Pekerjaan Material on Site (F), Pekerjaan Assembly (G), Pekerjaan Erection (H), Pekerjaan Welding (I), Pekerjaan Touch Up (J). Berdasarkan Trial and Error 2 dapat diambil kesimpulan total durasi waktu normal pekerjaan yaitu 23 minggu menjadi 19 minggu dengan biaya durasi normal sebesar Rp 87.737.000,00, sedangkan akibat dari penambahan jumlah tenaga kerja didapatkan biaya kritis sebesar Rp 98.091.000,00. Dengan melakukan analisis jaringan kerja menggunakan metode CPM dan Crashing bisa dilakukan upaya untuk percepatan durasi proyek dengan mempercepat pekerjaan yang sudah termasuk dalam lintasan kritis.
