Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the family's economic level on the consumptive behavior of the people at Seteluk Atas Village. The variables in this study are the family's economic level as the independent variable and the consumptive behavior of the people as the dependent variable. Data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Data were analyzed by calculating simple linear regression, partial test and determinant coefficient (R2). The results showed that the level of the family's economy had a positive and significant effect on the acceptance of consumptive behavior in the people of Seteluk Atas Village. The ability of the family's economic level in influencing changes on the consumptive behavior of the people at Seteluk Atas Village is 51%, while the remaining 49% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the extent of the application of good governance principles to the government in Kerekeh Village. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This method is used to see whether the good governance principles has been properly implemented in Kerekeh Village, while qualitative data comes form interviews regarding the object of the research. The interviewee in the study are the head of village, the village secretary, the chairman of BPD and the 8 community representatives from each hamlet as wellas the secretary of the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Sumbawa as additional informant. Data analysis is conducted with Miles and Huberman qualitative data analysis techniques that include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. Data validity testing is conducted by discussing with academic advisor and colleague. The findings of this study show that the application of nine basic principles of good governance in Kerekeh Village area is not optimal. The not optimal implementation the good governance principles are due to the area of the village is quite wide and the distance between villages (hamlets) is far enough that it becomes an obstacle in establishing a relationship between the government and the community. Therefore, synergy between the government and the community is necessary in order to realize a good village governance order in accordance with the good governance principles

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer loyalty at UD. Nealma Food Sumbawa Besar. This type of research is associative research. Collecting data using a questionnaire method distributed to respondents. The respondents in this study amounted to 30 customers UD. Nealma Food Sumbawa Besar. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square program with the help of Smart PLS software. This research model is a reflective construct model at the second order level which consists of two stages of testing, namely testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model). The results showed that the quality of service to consumers, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and assurance had no effect on customer loyalty, while empathy had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at UD. Nealma Food Sumbawa Besar. Changes in the customer loyalty variable can be explained well by the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables, which are 1,000 which means they are in the substantial/strong category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic stimulus program funding on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is associative research which is used to determine the relationship between variables and how the level of dependence between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The variables that will be studied in this study are the economic stimulus program assistance funds as the independent variable, and the income of UMKM entrepreneurs in Sumbawa Regency as the dependent variable. The type of data used is quantitative data collected directly from the source through questionnaires distributed to research respondents. Respondents used as data sources amounted to 60 people. Researchers use a questionnaire or questionnaire to collect data. The data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program to be studied using techniques that include simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the economic stimulus program has a positive and significant effect on the income of UMKM business actors in Sumbawa Regency. The ability of the economic stimulus program to influence variations in changes in the income of UMKM business actors in Sumbawa Regency is 96.2%, while the remaining 3.8% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this research, such as the level of education of business actors, type of business, consumer demand, and others.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Semoangkat brand bottled water among consumers in Brang Biji Village, Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is associative which aims to determine the relationship between variables product quality, price and promotion on the purchase decision. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from primary sources, namely consumers of bottled water with the semoangkat brand in Brang Biji Village, Sumbawa Regency. the sample in this study amounted to 71 people. Researchers use a questionnaire or questionnaire to collect data. The results of data collection will be processed using the SPSS program and studied using techniques that include simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that product quality, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Semongkat brand bottled water for consumers in Brang Biji Village, Sumbawa Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of product quality, price and promotion simultaneously has a significant effect on the decision to purchase packaged drinking water with the Semongkat brand for consumers in Brang Biji Village, Sumbawa Regency, which is 83.8%, while the remaining 16.2% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. such as service, brand image and others.

Abstract

This study aims to know the role of human resource of Village Owned Enterprise (VOE) in improving village economy in Labuhan Jambu Village, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of the results of respondents' answers obtained directly through a questionnaire. The population in this study were all BUMDes managers in Labuhan Jambu Village, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District, totaling 213 people, while the number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula. The calculation results show that the number of samples is 68 people. All data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program. SPSS output in the form of results will be analyzed and interpreted using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that BUMDes human resources had a positive and significant effect on the economy of Labuhan Jambu Village, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District. The ability of BUMDes human resource variables to explain changes in economic variables in the village of Labuhan Jambu, Tarano Sub-District, Sumbawa District is 61.4%, while the remaining 38.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Unit Plampang. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used is quantitative obtained from primary data sources. The number of respondents in this study were 81 people who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The primary data used in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires. All data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program to be studied using techniques which include multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of the study showed that the the marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Unit Plampang, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of the marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Pampang Unit Plampang is 42.5%, while the remaining 57.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as convenience, efficiency, trust in use, as well as customer perceptions of the usefulness of the service features provided.

Abstract

Sampah plastik menjadi suatu permasalahan atau menimbulkan problematika bagi kalangan orang, karena selain memiliki banyak manfaat, sifatnya yang tahan lama menyebabkan plastik sulit diurai sehingga memiliki dampak buruk bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan. Tim Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen Universitas Samawa (UNSA) terpanggil untuk berkontribusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian untuk mengajak masyarakat mengelola sampah plastik menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan dapat dimanfaatkan, diantaranya menjadi produk bunga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 Februari 2019 yang diimplementasikan dalam dua tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi dan pelatihan dengan tujuan agar masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola sampah plastik menjadi bunga imitasi sehingga dapat mengurangi sampah plastik yang ada dan menghindari dampak negative dari sampah plastik. Hasil pengelolaan sampah plastik memiliki potensi yang menjanjikan untuk dikembangkan sebagai jasa kreatif dan juga produk inovatif yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis sehingga dapat menjadi bekal usaha yang menguntungkan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Desa Brang Kolong Kecamatan Plampang merupakan salah satu desa yang mengalami permasalahan kompleks di bidang persampahan. Jumlah penduduk sekitar 2.820 jiwa dan tingkat kepadatan penduduk 98 jiwa/km2 di tahun 2019 mengakibatkan sering terjadinya masalah sosial seperti limbah sampah yang dibuang masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen Universitas Samawa (UNSA) Sumbawa Besar berinisiatif untuk melaksanakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah melalui pembentukan bank. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Brang Kolong Kecamatan Plampang dengan memberikan sosialisasi atau penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah melalui pembentukan bank sampah dengan menerapkan prinsip 3R. Tujuannya adalah untuk membangun kepedulian masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan serta mengubah paradigma masyarakat terkait sampah yang awalnya dianggap negatif dan sumber penyakit menjadi sumberdaya yang bermanfaat dan bernilai ekonomi. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengubah pandangan masyarakat tentang sampah sehingga dapat memperlakukan sampah sebagai sumber daya alternatif yang dapat dimanfaatkan kembali, baik secara langsung, melalui proses daur ulang, maupun proses lainnya yang bernilai ekonomis sehingga dapat menjadi sumber pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Tantangan bagi UMKM di Tahun 2020 ini tidak hanya karena terjadinya wabah Covid-19 saja, tapi di tengah masifnya ekonomi digital yang semakin pesat saat ini menuntut para UMKM untuk melek teknologi. para pelaku UMKM yang menggunakan jasa internet atau memiliki website masih belum banyak sehingga produk atau layanan UMKM yang dipasarkan terbatas dan belum dapat menjangkau pasar-pasar diluar daerah dan pelosok karena pemasaran masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar masyarakat, khususnya pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk pemasaran sehingga daya serap ekonomi baik di kota maupun di desa akan tersebar merata dan berdaya serap semakin tinggi sehingga pada akhirnya bisa meningkatkan kemakmuran ekonomi di daerah tersebut dan memberikan peluang lapangan kerja agar dapat mengentaskan tingkat kemiskinan. Metode yang digunakan dengan memberikan sosialisasi manfaat e-commerce untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran produk UMKM. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang metode pemanfaatan e-commerce dalam pemasaran produk UMKM.penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen Universitas Samawa (UNSA) Sumbawa Besar pada pada hari Senin, 03 Mei 2021. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa dan dosen FEM UNSA serta pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Kegiatan diawali. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk pemasaran ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan pemasaran melalui e-commerce sehingga daya serap ekonomi baik di kota maupun di desa akan tersebar merata dan berdaya serap semakin tinggi sehingga pada akhirnya bisa meningkatkan kemakmuran ekonomi di daerah tersebut dan memberikan peluang lapangan kerja agar dapat mengentaskan tingkat kemiskinan.
