Abstract

The contribution of MSMEs to economic growth is one of the key factors where in 2023 the contribution of MSMEs to Gross Domestic Bruti (GDP) reached Rp 9,580 Trillion, but this was not accompanied by business development which ultimately became a new problem for the economy. Customer financing in Islamic banking is always consumptive and unsustainable financing in the consumptive retail sector reaches 40.8% while the average micro financing is still at 21.66%, in the end it is the habit that shapes the community and MSME players to behave the same consumptive and get used to credit and not used to the profit sharing system. This problem is one of the foundations for the presence of this research, this research method uses quantitative methods with secondary data where the calculation is in accordance with the ratio to calculate the growth of MSMEs in West Java with indicators of musyarakah contracts and Islamic venture capital. The results in this study are total capital is negative with a value of 3,208 or no effect, the duration of the contract has a positive effect on the growth of MSMEs in West Java 0.145, the proportion of capital also has a positive effect on the growth of MSMEs in West Java 0.088 and profit sharing has an effect of 0.252 on the growth of MSMEs. So it can be concluded that the growth of MSMEs is influenced by the duration of the contract, the proportion of capital and profit sharing.

Abstract

Salafi expand da'wah using various media technologies. The use of various media as a means of Salafi da'wah shows that Salafis accept the presence of media technology well and use it to build an ideological da'wah movement. The discourse in this study was completed by qualitative research using a literature study approach, data analysis techniques using flow techniques with data reduction, data display, and formulating conclusions with data analysis. This study concludes that da'wah using media technology causes ideological conflicts with external parties, especially with traditional da'wah groups (eg Nahdlatul Ulama/ NU). The Salafi da'wah ideology can be accepted by the wider community because it uses new media as a place of work. New media for salafis is not only a place of preaching work but also a place to fight for their ideological authority. Salafi constructs ideological constructions through various digital images. The construction of Salafi ideology in digital images actually illustrates that the ideology of Salafi da'wah is not monolithic.

Abstract

This paper attempts to analyze the bourgeois religious lifestyle of celebrities' hijrah from the perspective of globalization by focusing on how imperialism influences this lifestyle and why it is in line with the global economy. The theory used is the globalization theory of Gill Branston and Roy Stafford. The qualitative research approach is based on online and printed literature from books, websites, journals, and relevant research results. After the data is collected, the data analysis uses the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data display, interpretation, and conclusion. This study concludes that a bourgeois religious lifestyle is a form of Islamic identity for hijrah celebrities. The lifestyle displayed is bourgeois but does not leave Islam a symbol of Piety. The interpretation of the hijrah celebrity towards globalization is to construct it as a religious bourgeois identity. Cultural imperialism is a factor in forming the religious bourgeois lifestyle of celebrities who migrate in the identity displayed in the public space outside the network and in the public space in the network. The bourgeois religious lifestyle of hijrah celebrities can be in line with the interests of the global economy because they both need and complement each other.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of awareness and perception on digital change communication and its impact on the transfer of management of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Rail Link. The service, initially managed by PT Railink in 2018, was officially transferred to PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) in 2023 as part of efforts to improve public transportation integration in the Greater Jakarta area. A quantitative approach with inferential statistical analysis was employed to test the relationships among the variables. The findings revealed that awareness did not significantly affect digital change communication, indicating that the level of awareness alone was not sufficient to enhance communication effectiveness. In contrast, perception significantly influenced digital change communication, showing that positive public perceptions could strengthen digital communication efforts. Furthermore, digital change communication had a significant effect on the transfer of management, emphasizing its crucial role in facilitating organizational transitions. The conclusion highlighted that effective digital communication strategies were essential in ensuring smooth management transitions in public transportation services.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of COVID-19 on banking resilience in Indonesia and to investigate whether there are differences in the effect of COVID-19 on Islamic and conventional banks. Using panel regression with robust standard error on 38 conventional banks and sharia banks going public in Indonesia, covering the period before the COVID-19 pandemic (Q3 2018-Q4 2019) and during the COVID-19 pandemic (Q1 2020 – Q2 2021), it shows that the existence of the covid-19 crisis has a significant effect on all bank financial performance indicators, but not significant on all bank risk indicators. Using the independent t-Test test with the assumption of unequal variance and Welch correction, this study conducts a comparative test based on six panels of criteria and found that Islamic banks are more resilient than conventional banks. Keywords: Resilience, Bank Financial Performance, Bank Risk, Covid-19 Abstrak.
