Abstract

Abstract. Indonesia waqf’s potential is considered huge. Even though there is an imbalance in utilizing land-based waqf in Indonesia. Most of it are [u1] served to religious-based activity rather than productive action. The aim of this research [u2] is to formulate an optimizing strategy on [u3] land-based waqf development in Indonesia. The priority consideration factor affecting nadhir also be inspected as a strategy formulation basis. ANP (Analytic Network Process) method is equipped in this research. Result [u4] shows that management capability is the priority aspect to nadzhir’s decision in utilizing land-based waqf. Lack of competency becomes the most highlighted problem in that aspect. Fortification towards the regulation is the optimizing strategy in development land-based waqf in [u5] Indonesia.Keywords: Strategy, Optimizing, Land-Based Waqf, Productive Waqf, Institutional Nadzhir.Abstrak. Potensi wakaf di Indonesia sangat besar. Meskipun begitu, terdapat ketimpangan terkait penggunaan tanah wakaf di Indonesia. Sebagian besar tanah wakaf diperuntukan bagi kegiatan yang berbasis ritual keagamaan, dibandingkan dengan kegiatan yang bersifat produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan pada pembentukan strategi yang optimal dalam pengembangan tanah wakaf di Indonesia. Faktor prioritas pertimbangan yang mempengaruhi nazhir institusi dalam pengelolaan tanah wakaf juga dicari tahu sebagai dasar pembentukan strategi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analytic Network Process (ANP). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa yang menjadi prioritas keputusan nazhir dalam pengelolaan tanah wakaf adalah aspek manajemen pengelolaan. Masalah pada aspek manajemen pengelolaan yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah kurangnya kompetensi SDM dengan alternatif solusi peningkatan kompetensi SDM. Abstract

This research attempts to analyze the value chain of Islamic banking business processes and to develop a business processes model on depositors’ funds in order to improve the performance of Islamic banks. Four models of Islamic banking operating in Indonesia are used as the objects of the study. This research applies qualitative study (exploratory) approach and utilizes primary data obtained from questionnaire and interviews. This data are then processed by value stream mapping and process activity mapping. This study shows that the waiting time for services is the sub-stage of business process that does not have value added and categorized as pure waste based on VSM criteria.The reengineering of business process of the third party fundraising may reduce collection time up to 1490 minutes for corporate customer and 22 minutes for individual customer.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v8i1.2506

Abstract

Abstract. The implementation of halal certification in Indonesia by Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) is still low, even though there are mandatory provisions according to Law no. 33 of 2014 and there is a free halal certification program(SEHATI). This study aims to analyze the problems faced by the micro and small business sectors in implementing halal certification and formulate strategies to accelerate the implementation of halal certification. The research used the ANP (Analytic Network Process) framework. The data was obtained from interviews with seven expert respondents representing academics, practitioners, the Indonesian Ulama Council, and regulators. The results showed that the strategy that can be formulated to accelerate halal certification for the MSE sector is to combine three alternative strategies in the rder of priority, starting from simplifying the business process of the halal certification submission system, increasing the capability of MSE entrepreneurs, and finally increasing institutional synergy  Abstrak. Penerapan sertifikasi halal di Indonesia oleh Usaha Mikro dan Kecil masih rendah, walaupun sudah ada ketentuan wajib sesuai Undang-Undang No. 33 tahun 2014 dan adanya program sertifikasi halal gratis (SEHATI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh sektor usaha mikro dan kecil dalam menerapkan sertifikasi halal serta merumuskan strategi akselerasi penerapan sertifikasi halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka ANP (Analytic Network Process). Data diperoleh berdasarkan wawancara dengan tujuh responden pakar yang mewakili akademisi, praktisi, MUI dan regulator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dapat diformulasikan untukmengakselerasi sertifikasi halal bagi sektor UMK adalah menggabungkan tiga alternatif strategi dengan urutan prioritas di mulai dari penyederhanaan proses bisnis sistem pengajuan sertifikasi halal, peningkatan kapabilitas pengusaha UMK dan terakhir peningkatan sinergi antar lembaga.
